Super weird about how emotional/pushy they get about sending you to a certain pharmacyanother review noticed it too

I have several issues with this office.The first visit you have to get blood drawn and they prescribe you what ever meds to curb appetite or HCG. If you buy other shots you go in weekly but no one ever goes over blood test results with you at any point, so it seems like a sham that they charge you for labs on initial visit but dont discuss results with you. I mean what are they looking for with blood test? They complete an EKG and check vitals and take a quick measurement of waist. In general results are never reviewed.The last time I went it was very disorganized and the doctor lacked professionalism. The doctor decided to complete payment for one of the patients and forgot to have her sign the credit slip since the machine was out of register paper. Then proceeded to spend time trying to load the paper to get it to print for the records. Meanwhile they had an office full of people waiting for the doctor to see them. She should have just left that to the office manager and staff do their job so they could focus on their responsibilities. It was like watching the clown car act at the circus. I do have to say that one of the staff members (possibly office manager) seems to have it together, but the doctor on duty just sends everyone in a whirlwind.After watching that debacle I specifically asked the doctor to send my Rx to go to one place because pricing is better but instead they sent it to their pharmacy of choice. Im not sure if they have a partnership with the other pharmacy or what but it was $20 more than my chosen place.Fast forward two months later- I called to have my Rx refilled during Covid-19 & they had no record of me on file even though I had been there several times. They then inform me that my file was at the Bastrop location?! I informed them that I had never been to that location and I wanted an explanation as to why my medical files were being transported to another location? Told me I had talk to someone at the Bastrop location to get it back.Since then I have decided that I am done with TLC weightloss and Im choosing to go to a clinic that demonstrate higher standards and wont misplace my medical file.

I really like the staff. I’ve been working towards weight loss and management for some time now. I feel comfortable and I’m loosing weight slowly and safely.

This place has the best price for the amount of B12 injections!! Fast, easy, and really nice staff. I wont be going anywhere else.

Very fast service when not to busy, I personally like going there. Staff is nice and take the time to explain the programs that they offer.

Awful new front desk staff. Rules change without warning. They try to nickel & dime you terribly. I used to go to another clinic where I used to live & the difference is very noticeable. They are also horrible about privacy at this location.

Lipolean shots are amazing !!
