I have to say from the clear communication, customer service and quality for my services - I am very pleased! I was unsure originally going outside of a board certified surgeon for the procedure I was wanting - But Suzette’s expertise and professionalism has made for an incredible experience for me! I recently moved from New York City to Austin and was on the hunt for a new Med Spa that handled all things skincare. After a careful Google search I came across Austin Med Spa. The reviews were amazing and so I decided to give it a try.My sister (who came along to keep me company) and I arrived a few minutes before my 12:15 p.m. appointment. The moment you open the front door you can absolutely see the place is well kept and exceptionally clean. The waiting area has snacks and beverages for you to enjoy while you wait. I made an appointment with Suzette based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Suzette has been in skincare for almost 20 years and it shows. She is kind, detailed in going over what your expectations are and explaining what she thinks would work best. My sister came into the room with me and the three of us laughed and spoke about all things skincare. I was completely impressed by Suzette and feel lucky I have found a place I will be returning to for all my skincare needs.Baileigh at the front desk is incredibly welcoming. Her client service skills are amazing and everyone business should have staff as attentive with incredible attention to detail and caring as she is. Her knowledge of skin care products are next to none and at her recommendation I purchased an SPF face cream that Im in love with. My sister was also impressed and will be making her appointment at Austin Med Spa soon. Thank you to Suzette and Baileigh for being amazing. Ill be seeing you again soon!

Where do I begin!? Anita is so patient and really goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and give you all of the options for your skin. Brendan is a specialist at laser treatments and talks you through the whole process to make sure you know what will happen. He is also honest about what to expect with results. I highly recommend the business as a whole. They are all top notch.

I have been going to Austin Med Spa for the last 8 years. One of my patients recommended Suzette and I am so happy I have listened. I received a facial here and it was amazing. The dermatologist was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the various services that are offered and which might be beneficial to me. She was very patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. Her recommendations were also very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place and I do plan on going back.

Quite simply its impossible to find a kinder, more helpful staff than here. The ladies are very knowledgeable yet personal with the care they give. The followup is amazing and appointments are on time and relaxing. I feel like Im in my private spa when I visit, its calm and beautiful. I have been to offices where I feel like cattle herding through...never here! Suzette is the sweetest soul and her staff is fabulous!

Tried covering “the big ones” with makeup, bought the OTC lightening creams and nothing worked. Recently, on a girls trip we got to talking about how lasers can remove sun spots and I was intrigued! I’ve been coming to Austin Med Spa since 2012, driving seven hours from Marfa. Suzette does an excellent job! Prior to that I’d had Botox injections done by several different plastic surgeons. The results I’ve consistently received, over the years at Austin Med Spa, are vastly superior in comparison to those from the plastic surgeons.When I decided to start getting fillers I was nervous about it. Suzette educated me about the best options for the areas of my face I wanted to address. She’s always professional and she sincerely cares.
