I am very upset that I was only trying to do a simple thing such as turning in my vaccination papers that I wanted to give to Dr. Killian to prove I got my COVID-19 vaccination. Bridget the girl that takes temperature checks said I did not have an appointment to come in and I asked her to please take me documents and to give it to the front desk. She refused. The doctors office wants us to get vaccinated and to have proof we have been vaccinated. All I wanted to do we to turn in my verified documents to have it in my file. She told me to scream in the hallway to talk to her 6 ft. I told her I will not scream or yell because it is a doctor’s office. She wanted me to scream and yell at her so she can call security on me but I did not. I was happy that AJ stepped in who took my papers fir me to file away but he was also unprofessional. AJ should have asked what is the problem here and hear it first before assuming anything and to act more professional to help the patient. But he took my paper to file away for me and gave me a threat saying “ I know who you are?” So what does that mean? Is he going to kill now or something just because all I wanted to do was to hand over my COVID-19 vaccinations records to someone in the office that they been encouraging patients to take the vaccination? The people who work in Dr. Killian’s office are not profession when all you want to do is hand over records that you have been vaccinated for COVID-19. They will give you threats for wanting to hand over your records of anything to them.I go to my gastrologist and ENT doctor’s office and I did not have to make an appointment to just drop off my vaccination records to them. I just walked right in handed them my paperwork , they made me a copy and handed it back and just told me they will put it in my file. They did not tell me I needed to make an appointment or give me a hard time like Dr. Killian’s office and his pit bull dogs Bridget and AJ trying to threaten me for dropping off paper work. If it is simple for me to drop off paper work to my other doctor’s office then THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM!!! SERIOUSLY!!!

Dr. Killian didnt have a clue about my illness, I was going to other doctors to be checked while in pain and he made me go to see him to react against the other doctors diagnosis, but always ordering lab work or scans. When I requested a referral to another specialist I was told I needed to see him. I understand he needs to pay the rent while a pacient is in pain. I offered to pay for the referral but the assistant wanted me to go there. He never responds by phone, only one of his bureaucrats, and some of them simple lack manners. He has no time for pacients and maybe lacks knowledge

Im tempted to leave the previous bad review up so Dr Killian will remain my little secret. In my ½ dozen visits with him, I have never felt rushed. He always gives more than enough time to discuss my health concerns and explore possible causes, duration and routes to resolution. Hes like the good old smart country doctor out of a Norman Rockwell painting. I love his substance and style. My father and brother are physicians. Dr Killian meets my high standard.

Dr killian is knowledgeable, respectful and shows empathy. His front desk service lady is rude. She had me to fill out the new patient form for a second time on my second visit. I told her that I had already filled it out the first time I visited the Dr. and nothing had changed since, she said she couldnt let me see the Dr. Unless I fill the form. After filling out the form I asked her if I had to fill the form on every visit. Thats when she decided to check, and then said... oh, no you didnt have to fill it again. I know people make mistakes and I wouldnt have been so upset about it if she used a nicer tone of voice. She is just plain rude.

I went in for a wellness exam with Dr. Michael Killian at Red River Family Practice. The check-in process was handled by a rude lady and they charged me a new patient fee of over $100.I wait for a while and was then escorted to talk to Michael Killian in a room. I was surprised to see that his knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and intermittent fasting, was outdated or limited. When I told him about the key role dietary fats play in maintaining our hormonal functions, he denied it. When I told him about putting on muscle mass by increasing weights (intensity) in the gym, he said that I dont really need to lift heavy, just do more reps. Huh? So I can just do more reps with a 5 lbs. dumbbell and increase my muscle mass? This contradicts all science on fitness and nutrition. I felt like I paid over $100 (for a wellness exam that was supposed to be free) to talk to a doctor who hasnt kept up with his field.
