I was REFUSED a walk in test because the lab tech said they have changed their policy and everyone now has to make an appointment to come in- even though their own website does not advise that. So I wasted taking time off from work and will have to change travel plans to be able to take an important test on the weekend. There was no one in the office and she said there were 3 appts in the next 1.5 hours before closing. The tech said there was no way to mitigate the situation and allow me do do the test which would have taken all of 10 minutes max. Horrible horrible customer service and a really bad customer experience. Will be moving over to LabCorp for lab tests for moving forward!!

This Quest lab located inside of Randall by the Great-hill location. I have been here a few times but learned it is annoying every time of the same old grumpy Philippino nurse (named Maria Elisa M). She is NOT professional with her task there at all and doesnt seem to be helpful to patients who go here. She did not changing her surgical glove of between service. I asked her and she was not happy but replied she was. Clearly you can see sweat inside glove only happen when glove not change often.I dont recommend this location unless Quest lab will replace this grumpy nurse.

Great experience...the waiting room is on the small side but it is inside of a Randalls after all

I had several blood tests done 2 weeks ago but you missed the most important one, cortisol. The reason I came at 8 o’clock fasting. At least I haven’t got the result yet. How do we fix this?

This place doesn’t follow the wait list at all. It has shown a 5 minute wait as I was the only person here. Four others arrived after I have and they were called before I was. Plus this place looks messy. Get it together.

Phlebotomist was great, especially being extremely overworked. Judging from the frontline, where the business meets the customers, management of this company is terrible. Don’t give a damn about the customers. It’s all about maximizing the profits. I’m sure the actual lab is just as bad. Hire some people!!!

Quick and efficient. Had an appointment at 10, checked in through my phone at 945. Was seen at 955, was out by 10:03am. The lady Maria who assisted me was very nice.

Poor service. Poorly managed. Understaffed. Uncomfortable environment. Not safe by CDC standards....waiting room occupied to the max. People waiting 45 minutes after their arrival.

Rude staff at this clinic, technological issues, and no easily identifiable signage saying one must sign in on tablet even if they have already scheduled their appointment. Not pleased that I couldnt get my blood work done.I scheduled an appointment in advance via the automated phone system. Didnt receive any further instructions on check-in and thought everything was good to go. Due to lack of seating, I saw you could pick up a pager and be rung up when it was your turn.I entered my info on the tablet and took the pager. Came back and found out that me and the person before me accidently got listed under the same pager number.However, the tech was extremely rude and wouldnt accept my explanation and said my appointment had now been pushed back an hour with a bunch of walk ins before me. I told her this was unacceptable and that I had done my due diligence in scheduling my appointment in advance. She wasnt accommodating, so I had to leave and report this whole issue to customer service. An hour of my time wasted for nothing but aggrevation.

WOW. I am very impressed. I am a notoriously hard stick and Nathan got it the very first try, and in the hand no less. Usually it takes the phlebotomist at least 3-5 tries, so to have someone get it the first try is impressive to say the least. Not only that, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend this location (as long as Nathan is working there) to anyone who wants a quick, easy, and painless blood draw.

When ever I was there ,a dark hair tech. was on duty and she always seem to have an attitude, as though she doesnt like her profession. I came in on 09-14-20 to have labs done , which was ordered in 06/20 and was told there wasnt any orders there for me . I called my doctors office and they confirmed my orders was fax in 06/20 to Quest Lab at 10900 Research Blvd in Randells . I asked could they send another fax to this location and was told it was faxed again. Tuesday 09/15/20 I can in and was told my told oders were there . I had the work done and thought that everything was over and done with and wouldnt have to deal with this rude and unpleasant Tech. for at least 90 days .Well its Monday 09/21/20 and my appointment @ 15 : 45 and I received a call from my doctors office telling me that all my labs were completed. I have been customer of Quest for at less , 10yrs. @ other locations and treated with respect and with a smile . Ive been coming to this location for a year and havent had a good experience yet . I was suggested to go to Lab Corp . May thats a good idea.....

The woman with the short dark hair that works there was excellent. She handled my appointment on Friday 11/22/19 . Very professional & personable.I was expecting an email from the collection site so I could rate the service, but I must have missed it. So, I decided to post a review instead.

The lady drawing the blood was so unprofessional. She is as damn slow and rude.

I am glad I chose this particular Quest Diagnostics center.1) Locating the place ( Randalls ) and parking is super easy.2)There were 3 people in line before me and waiting time was proportional to that. The self check in kiosk has multiple options and though I had to choose the lengthiest option it still wasnt difficult.3) I dealt with 2 staff and observed another 2 while waiting - all are courteous, friendly and professional.I am honestly surprised at the negative reviews and suppose it was simply a bad turn of things for those people.

Nurse did an awesome job! She held a great conversation w me while I was getting my blood drawn, so it kept my mind off things. She was also very helpful with my multiple orders and super courteous - would totally recommend this location, but come early since the staff is so small (1 person). And its INSIDE the Randalls to the left!!

I usually faint when I have blood taken but the nurse was really nice about it. Kept a conversation with me to be sure my mind was on other things then the big needle in my arm. Thank you nice lady!

They don’t have a time for a quick question. 1 person in office and 8 person outside in line. By some reason the system did not checked me while I tried and I was waiting waiting. Everyone know I am next in the line but she is trying to be blind. Even those person after me in queue they told her I’m the next but the responsible person here not listening anyone. I don’t like it at all.

Chantel Ragin was very helpful to me and very patient. We had to call my doctor for requests to clarify and she was very good .

This place is an absolute nightmare. Said a half hour wait when I came. Waited over an hour with three people in front of me. I can’t imagine it takes that long to draw blood on three people. No staff in sight. Truly awful.
