This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They tried to remove a temporary crown from the wrong tooth. They had me come in repeatedly for crowns that did not fit or had not arrived to the clinic. After spending $2500. the crown did not work, and had to be remade at a different dentist. HORRIBLE in every way! Stay away!

I went here for three years due to my limited insurance coverage and can pretty confidently say this was the worst dental office Ive ever been to. During my last visit, the hygienist seemed drunk or high, as well as intent on cracking one of my molars. I dont know how many times they told me I needed a crown, only for me to talk with my father in law whos a dentist to confirm that they were making bad calls. Six years later, and I still dont need/have crowns on my teeth. From the dentists to the desk folks, I could never shake the feeling that they were mostly interested in making money.

Wonderful dental office! I am very pleased with my root canal! I had a bad tooth for a long time and now its perfect. My treatment was pain free and the service was excellent! Omni Dental Group the staff took excellent care of me. Im petrified of dental work. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I had a root canal procedure and felt absolutely no pain. I would recommend anyone to Omni Dental Group!

Honestly, just bad. The receptionist is dishonest and doesnt do her work well. She attempted to charge me twice for a cleaning and also lied the first time making me pay a cleaning in advance (she told me I could do it all at once.) theyre late all the time (itll be like 1-2 hours there usually) the receptionist had the audacity to call me as Im arriving before my appointment to make sure Im coming when I have been early 5 minutes each time but they have left me waiting hours. The dentists are rude to their employees and criticise them in front of patients, such translates to workers who couldnt care less about their patients. For example, I had a technician offer me a rough paper towel as the solution to blow my nose.Dentists who shouldnt be dentists, incapable of simple hand dexterity to clean properly or give anesthesia without immense pain. And theyre awful at talking to their clients. I know the dentist was bad because the gum specialist a week ago was far more agile and skilled that it made the dentist look like it was his first time doing it.Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE you will not have a good experience and half the 5-star reviews here look fake.I did have a good experience with the gum specialist however.

Wow! If this visit taught me anything it is to read reviews before I try someplace new. Apparently, Im one of many that have a had a terrible experience here. Was there for an hour and a half for a routine cleaning, left with them taking 18 x-rays and a panoramic x-ray that now has maxed out my insurance and told to come back for a two-part visit to have my teeth cleaned. I have been going to the dentist my entire life and have not had any teeth issues...not even a cavity. This was excessive and a complete waste of my time and insurance. Im not even sure who the dentist was as she didnt even introduce herself to me. She talked down to the hygienist right in front of me about his work being incorrect and because she could get the chair down. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They lack integrity and are trying to get every amount of money that they can from you and your insurance. I would give zero stars if I could.

BE WARE of this dental office. I went in there 3 times and none of the doctors ever said I needed fillings, I get a random call from the office saying I have an appointment that day and want me to rush in that morning or i will be charged $100. The lady that called was extremely rude especially knowing that I had another appointment with them a few weeks later on the calendar. They are only trying to make money off of you and lost their personal touch and feel with people. If I can save another client from going through the same negative experience I have this is why I am writing this review.

Omni is charging all patients an extra $30 for PPE (personal protective equipment) for their office staff (not the patients.) They dont tell you this before your appointment, but try to slip it in. Well I paid it, then called my Insurance company to validate I should have been charged. I should not have been. So I called the Accounting Department, only to get Ms. Attitude (either Melissa or Jackie) who says I need to call my insurance because its legit, then hangs up on me. I call back and said that they need to call please because my Insurance said I shouldnt be charged and have them call if there are questions.Next day they still didnt call so I had my Insurance Company call them. Well Ms. Attitude (Melissa or Jackie) lied to the Insurance rep and said I try to dispute all my charges. Ive never once tried to dispute a single charge at Omni Dental in my life. How low!So the result is they credited my account instead of give me a refund. Im really considering taking my business elsewhere but now they have my $30 hostage.I realize were talking about $30 here but we are actually not talking about $30, but a shameful and disrespectful way to treat anyone, much less a customer. To be lied about, hung up on, and made to feel like an idiot. And my concern is for the rest of their patients who are being charged this hidden fee when its the business responsibility to purchase PPE equipment, not their customers.

The place was nice and clean BUT I did not return. I went for an exam and cleaning. The dentist came in an said her name and proceeded with the exam.I did not get a cleaning at all. I was told I was all done and the receptionist then handed me an estimate for a deep cleaning with filling repair. The dentist never explained anything about what cavities she found or anything.I was told that they could not do a cleaning unless I also had the cavities filled. No thanks. And then to top it off, I keep getting emails and cards from them when I obviously have not returned!

Do you like to get taken advantage of with your money? Do you like to be told you need treatment that costs thousands of dollars that you don’t actually NEED done?? Then go to Omni! They will LIE to you and say you owe money when you actually don’t! They are unorganized and unreliable. The Hygienist’s dont give a proper cleaning or education to their patients. They make you PAY MONEY to send your x-rays elsewhere because they know they are diagnosing incorrectly and don’t want another dentist to see this!! I don’t care how cheap this place may seem, it’s cheap for a reason. Don’t waste your time or money! Seriously - go to a hygiene or dental school where they actually care and take their time for less money!!Such an unethical AND dirty place!!

Omni Dental Group at William Cannon is one of the best dental offices in Austin that I have ever seen. Prices are competitive. Service is great. The doctors and team will take the time to do the job right. They are very nice. I had to have a few fillings done that had been broken for a few months and I had an implant placed and they helped me with interest free payments and even called that night to see how I was doing even after my cleaning appointment someone called to ask how the appointment went. They care about service and me as a patient. I absolutely recommend you try Omni Dental Group a great private dental practice in Austin Texas that I was lucky to find.

My experience at Omni Dental Group has always been very pleasant. The entire staff is super friendly and inviting. They take time to listen to my concerns and offer their expertise. This is the first office I have been to where the Dentist himself works on you. At other offices I would maybe see the Dentist for one to two minutes. The doctor is very thorough and is assisted by a great staff. The doctor even called me at night to make sure the visit was great and that I had no questions or problems. Wow who in Austin gets a call from the doctor ! LOVE OMNI DENTAL

We are so lucky that we were able to find out about Omni Dental Group. The doctors and staff provides a service to the community by providing dental implants at an affordable price that make it possible for peeple to have teeth. They charge about 1/3 the price of the other 3 implant offices that we consulted before deciding on Omni Dental Group! My mom has gotten 2 quadrants of implants and is now working on the other two quadrants. We are very happy with the result. This is an old fashion group of dentist that just want to do the right thing for patient.

This place is trash. Years ago, they put in a crown and a filling that have since fallen out. Ive been told by multiple other dentists that the other work done my Omni was done poorly and needs to be redone. Also, the billing manager did not submit the proper paperwork to my insurance to be reimbursed. I left multiple message for this manager, but she avoided me. Now I have a negative mark on my credit that should have been paid by the insurance had she filed the correct paperwork.

I have to say, Omni Dental Group at William Cannon office is the best dental experience I have ever had. After searching and reading reviews all over the web, I decided that this was the dental office I wanted to try. Afterall, ratings are merely basic math. It turned out to be the best choice I could have made. From the easy to get to location, non existent wait times, personable staff, and highly professional service, they range the full gamut of greatness and are the reason I am awarding them a 5 star rating. The icing on the cake for me was that the doctor was able to perform a miracle and fix the enamel on my teeth where my braces were removed. It was pretty unsightly, but through the miracle of magic and science, one can never tell now, not even myself! I love my smile and the staff at Omni dental Group.

This is the worst Dental Office I have ever had to deal with, first I came in with a tooth pain and they did an initial visit or so they said. They gave me a card to set up an appointment with the oral surgeon at the north location on Wednesday 14,2018. The reason for the delay from the original visit on 02/08/2018, was that the surgeon was in until the 14.I receive a call saying that the surgeon was not there on the 14th and I had to wait another time. Its been a week with the pain. These people are incompetent and dont care. I will never go to their offices again, I highly recommend to other never to go as well.I had to seek attention elsewhere. The service is deplorable.I had to give them 1 star to post the review but they dont deserve nothing

After reading lots of reviews, I decided that they would be a good place to go. All staff were friendly and nice. Dentist explained everything to me. Financial division was courteous. I really wanted to like this place. The dental hygienist asked me if I came there because of a groupon. I was like No....I have insurance... I thought that was pretty odd. She cleaned my teeth in a mediocre way. I have a permanent brace on my bottom front 6 teeth that tends to accumulate plaque. Every other dentist that I have gone to has scrapped all plaque off. She left quite a bit on my teeth! (I know its my fault that its there in the first place, but once its there, I dont have the ability to fix it and need a professional!) I wont be going back. I need someone who will do a through job and try a little harder.

Update, since the review below I have been 2 more times. Both times went flawlessly. The appointment was on time and work was quick and good. Teeth cleaning and then a dental crown, both treatments went well and I would recommend. The review left by Michell Davidson is pretty much the same as mine, I would not waste my time going back a 3rd time. I waited both times at least 45 minutes (appointment made min you) before being called in. The first time I went in was for a cleaning, this was my first visit ever at Omni. The first 30-45 minutes were used to take Xrays of my teeth. Then I sat in the chair waiting for the results at least 30 minutes. When I was finally allowed to see the Teeth Cleaning Specialist she only did the bottom since they were so behind on their schedule. Thus the second appointment had to be made, the second appointment was a complete disaster. The teeth cleaning specialist was there but I did not clean my teeth because she was cleaning someone elses teeth, but wait I made an appointment ? Oh yea I did ! The cleaning was horrible, please do not waste your time. I called this week March 2017 to go ahead and schedule another cleaning since the initial cleaning took place last October. I called and spoke with the front desk clerk, she advised she would call me back due to something on my file. She called me back within 30 minutes and advised I would need to see a specialist at their office before I could get my teeth cleaning again. Im not the type of person to hang up but after hearing this and arguing with the clerk about JUST needing a cleaning, I hung. Save your time and money!!!!!!!!!!

I emailed Omni dental (William Cannon) multiple times but they never bothered to reach out regarding my concerns, so here it is...Email to Omni:Before I leave a review on a public site, I wanted to let you know my personal review and give you a chance to respond.Yesterday 12/27/17 I had appointments (6 month cleaning exams) for myself and my 3 children. First up was my 5 year old. The dental assistant Courtney was unable to take x-rays (my 5 year old was not cooperative, said the x-ray plates hurt) so we waited for Dr. Michelle Ansili. The doctor quickly brushed his teeth and had him swish fluoride mouthwash. No plaque removal, no flossing, no mirror looking at each tooth. Next up was my 9 year old. Courtney, the dental assistant took x-rays and then Dr. Michelle Ansili came in and brushed her teeth, quickly examined her teeth and suggested some sealants and had her swish the fluoride mouthwash. Again no plaque removal, no flossing, no mirror looking at each tooth. It felt really rushed and they did NOT receive a cleaning that you would expect from a 6 month check-up.Next up was my 7 year old. In my opinion, he had what you would expect from a 6 month cleaning/ exam. He saw a dental hygenist who was very thorough. I cant remember her name but she took x-rays, brushed his teeth, scraped for plaque, flossed his teeth, went back to scrape some more, and gave him tips on brushing. She also had him swish the flouride mouthwash. Dr. Michelle Ansili came in, examined and suggested some sealants for him as well.My appointment was scheduled from 4:15 but the appointments were running behind, so the hygienist that examined my 7 year old was set to do my cleaning. (I was very happy about this after seeing what a great job she did with him.) Dr. Michelle Ansili examined my mouth BEFORE the cleaning and even commented on what a great job the hygienist had done before it was done?!? That seems a bit out of order and I would think that you would want it cleaned first but she had to leave! When it was time for us to leave, I scheduled appointments for this morning 12/28/17 at 9 and 9:30 for my 7 and 9 year old to get sealants put on their teeth. The receptionist said that it usually takes between 15-20 minutes each so I figured we would be out of there by 10am since we had other things scheduled today. We waited in the waiting room until 9:45, at which time we were brought back to a room and continued to wait. We were told that Dr. Michelle Ansili was in traffic coming from San Antonio. We waited another 15 minutes and then at 10am had to leave. If I know I am going to be an hour late for work, I let my co-workers know so they can plan accordingly. To be respectful of patients time, it would have been nice to know that she was going to be an hour late so that we could have rescheduled immediately instead of waiting an hour. Also, the waiting room was not cleaned between yesterday and today. We saw the same fountain drink on the floor in the second row that was there yesterday. Note: We did not reschedule those appointments and insurance was billed the same for all of us even though 2 of us never even saw a hygienist for a cleaning!!!

As a former employee of this company I must express my disgust. Literally I lasted there three weeks and was highly upset with the way both patients and employees were treated. Never have I worked for anyone whos staff overturn happens so frequently as Ive seen in this office. The longest person there was about 5-6 months and in my 3 weeks 6 employees left. I also experienced an issue with my tax withholdings on my first check, and when I notified them of the mistake they corrected the next check but Donna refused to correct the one she had the mistake on, which was her mistake. When I asked her about it she acted like such an animal refusing to correct her wrong and threatening to call the police all while I was holding my 7month old son. She is the most unprofessional person Ive ever worked for, and quite honestly Im embarrassed to ever say I was a part of Omni dental. Before choosing your dentist read up on them first because theres no way all these people are lying. The reason I was let go was because no call no show in which I have the record of calling her and the text notifying Donna the night before that she claims to not have... my greatest pet peeve is dishonesty!!!Luckily I also recorded picking up my last check and her denying to fix my check... threatening to call the cops while I was in no way out of line or disrespectful, just kindly asking her to correct her mistake!Theres so much more Id love to say but Im going to stay within my legal boundaries while I handle these issues.**** it forced me to put 1 star!!! Its actually ZERO stars!!!

My regular dentist recommended that I see a periodontist to treat receding gums on two teeth. I consulted with Omni Dental Group and another periodontist in Austin and both agreed that I needed the procedure; I chose to be treated by Omni dental Groups practice mainly because she was willing to work with my insurance, but also because she had the recommendation of my regular dentist. The office/waiting area is comfortable and nicely appointed, and I really liked her staff. My insurance information was handled without hassle, and I didnt have any issues with billing. My insurance did end up reimbursing for $80 less than the initial estimate (I had to pay the difference), but given what I know about how screwed up health/dental insurance is in this country, I can hardly hold that against Omni Dental or Dr. Bodapati. At my initial consultation I quickly felt confident in Dr. Robinsons skill and the treatment plan she recommended. The actual procedure was scheduled for a few weeks later. The procedure itself wasnt too bad - no pain at all after the initial injections for the local anesthetic. I didnt choose to be sedated for the procedure, and dont think its necessary (although its obviously a nice option for people who are extra queasy about dental procedures). Everything was done in about 15-20 minutes. Overall, Id rate this minor gum graft as less obnoxious than getting fitted for a crown (the recovery is more involved, though). Dr. Bodapati gave me her personal phone number, and I was able to contact her over the weekend when I had a question about my recovery. I would recommend Dr. Bodapati and Omni Dental Group to anyone who needs gum procedures done, and certainly intend to call her first if I need any periodontal work done in the future.

Im DONE with this place! My three kids have been going here for a couple of years. There were things that always irritated me like the crappy parking and cell dead zone with no office wi-fi, so I cant work while waiting an average of 45 minutes in the claustrophobic, freezing waiting area that reminds me of a bad flight on a 737, with Kelly Rippas cackling laugh on repeat. Three visits ago, we went back to be told the dentist I had scheduled with was not there and the owner(?) was driving in from San Antonio. We waited for an hour and 45 minutes. I asked if I could reschedule after an hour as I had to pick up a kid from school soon. They kept saying, oh shes just down the street. Finally arrives (no apology), decides that what was going to be a filling is going to be pulled, no asking me if this is OK. I had to stop them to say I wanted an explanation. Then dentist proceeds to complain to me about the size of the mask on my child. Im sorry my kids face is...small? Kept huffing. Weird. Mental note...not this one again. Two visits ago was good with Dr. Novak who I liked. No nonsense, no weirdness. He was very reassuring to my son, who was a little nervous after that last tooth pulling episode. This was a filling and we scheduled again with Novak for yesterday to complete the last filling. So we show up and sign in. Miss Jersey accent says that one of the procedures needed was denied coverage. Ok, ask Novak how important that is and maybe I can just pay for that OOP. Oh, hes on vacation. Umm, ok I would have rescheduled if I would have been told that. She ignores me. Calls me back up and says that actually all procedures were denied coverage and they will have to figure out why. Have a nice day. I say OK and ask for a school note and Miss Jersey says no because I didnt see a doctor. Are you kidding me?! You didnt call me to say that the coverage had been denied, that our doctor was gone, and I took an unpaid day off work and you arent going to give me a note for my kid to return to school because its after 10am? I usually have no problem with the office staff at this place, even though they seem a little unorganized. This lady needs to go, because you just lost us. Shes awful and disrespectful.
