Beautiful location. Peaceful waiting areas. Lots of parking. Very easy to get to. Front desk personnel are so friendly, and they time letting clients in very well to allow safe social distancing. Ive had massages from 4 of their massage therapists and have enjoyed each one. If you call for a massage, you will receive a great one from whomever you chose! My friends and I truly enjoyed the services we received from each of the staff at Halina Spa Westlake. The ladies were beyond exceptional and made our experience amazing! We had awesome Swedish massages and were able to enjoy the relaxation room. I’m so happy we found this place being that we came from out of town. It was the pampering that we truly needed!

First timer at Halina Spa. Love everything about it. Makes you feel welcomed and when walking through the doors, you already feel relax. However, my own disappointment is the masseuse Olga. Went there for a birthday celebration (first timer) and was treated with the worse attitude, felt unwelcome with her, she listened to nothing had to say when she started the treatment. For a first timer at any spa, worse experience with this masseuse. However, the other person I went to had an awesome experience with masseuse Dalton. She has no complaints with him whatsoever. Other than that, I would definitely go back, but I will not go back to Olga.

Absolutely amazing!!! The 2 receptionist are amazing and so kind. The young lady Marissa who did my manicure is just the best and a total sweet heart, shes very easy to talk to. Dalton(spell check) the massage therapist was just heaven!! It was my first time getting a massage and he made me very comfortable and at ease. I love the whole experience.

Marissa gave me the best gel manicure Ive ever gotten! She did SUCH a good job. The gel looked absolutely perfect. It was not too thick, but it stayed for 3 weeks and looked so good. She also helped me pick the perfect nude color for my skin (I get overwhelmed and cant decide). Getting a manicure here was a really peaceful experience--I got to sit in the pedicure chair and soak my feet while she did my manicure. Ive gotten a couple of massages here and they werent my favorite, but I will continue going back for gel manicures as long as Marissa is there!

Had an amazing evening being pampered! The girls at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming when I arrived to this beautiful Spa. Not only did it smell great but I was offered a choice of beverages, I chose champagne 😉 Lauren, my esthetician, was so great! Very sweet and informative with gentle hands. My face felt so wonderful when I walked out of that room. Then I was off to a great relaxing massage with Edith. When I went to check out, there was a personal note waiting at the counter with some skin care recommendations to review and choose from. The entire experience was perfect. Thank you all so much for your warmth and professionalism.

I had the most relaxing and restorative facial of my life. Jessica is great; she was attentive, asked questions, checked in during extractions to make sure it wasnt too much. She considered my concerns and tailored my facial and product suggestions around them. The facility is also beautiful and relaxing. I felt very well tended to. I would only say that the hardwood floors, grand acoustics and gym next door made certain times a little noisy. If not for that, the Woodhouse would get five stars easily.

I probably would have never tried this if my sister hadn’t gotten me a gift certificate. It’s not very close to me and their services are more expensive than any other place I’ve been to, but you do feel fancy when you go in for sure :)They have lockers and provide clean ropes and slippers. They have a relaxation room with comfy furniture and they offer you a drink while you wait. And you can take a shower after you session, which would be really helpful if you need to be somewhere afterwards. The staff was very nice, and I think it was the first place where they actually read my form from beginning to end to not only know my massage preference, but also get to know me a little.I’m not a big fan of Swedish massage, but Bonnie did an amazing job. I went in with great pain in my neck and shoulder and I came back out with only minor soreness in the area.I would definitely like to go back and treat myself with their deep tissue and hot stone services :)

I am a regular at the Woodhouse Day Spa and have been receiving services there for over 7 years. I would never consider going anywhere else. The services are second to none and the atmosphere is absolutely heavenly. The minute I walk in the door I am greeted with the calming lavender aroma and a friendly welcome. I always look forward to my hot cup of cinnamon tea in the winter and a glass of cooling cucumber water in the summer. The spa is equipped with the finest amenities; from the relaxing massage chairs in the nail treatment area to the soft, luxurious sheets in the private service rooms. They also offer an assortment of beautiful gifts and fragrances, in the lobby, for you to purchase and share with your dearest friends. I highly recommend you give the Woodhouse a try. You will fall in love.

The customer service in terms of the front desk and transition between services was spectacular. I didn’t have to wait long for anything. The facial I received was good too. My complaint is with the four-handed massage, which of course was $285. I’m pretty positive one of the therapists was a fill in that probably just started massaging customers. He was terrible! He barely touched me and seemed as though he was very limited on what he could do. When I asked for more pressure, the other therapist increased his pressure too, and then it was painful. For $285, I should have been very relaxed through the whole process. Instead, I was tense and wanting it to end. I went here a few months ago. A friend asked me about this place and I felt compelled to inform others.

I LOVE the Woodhouse Day Spa. Yesterday I enjoyed 2 fantastic treatments - an 80-minute stone massage with Katie and an 80-minute facial with Kelsey. I had never had these two service providers before but they both did an excellent job. I highly recommend Woodhouse Day Spa. It is a beautiful and relaxing spa and it always provides a wonderfully refreshing experience.

My husband & I traveled to Austin to specifically enjoy the Woodhouse Spa as we have had a positive experience at the Corpus Christi and Plano locations. We made the appointment weeks ago. We arrived a half hour early for our couples massage appointment, as requested, and were told that only one of us would be able to get a massage while they offered me a manicure or facial instead! A phone call sharing this news prior to us arriving at the front door would have been appreciated. The staff didnt seem too concerned when we cancelled all services we had scheduled for the day. EXTREME disappointment doesnt begin to describe how we feel...

I just want to give a huge shout out to Tracy at the Woodhouse Day Spa (Austin). I decided to try a new type of therapy today instead of my regular deep tissue massage and, oh my, it was worth it. The YOGA massage is the ticket if your body is out of balance!! I have a pretty labor-some job and my body gets pretty worn out and unbalanced. I suffer from lower back pain and chronic tightness in my hips and the whole right side of my lower body. Ive tried chiropractic adjustments, foam roll, deep tissue massages, yoga, and regular stretching. Let me tell you...this massage (The YOGA massage), incorporates stretching and massage and Ive never felt so loose and balanced from any of my other efforts. This is a must try!! She actually has studied this amazing technique abroad Thailand and you can tell she knows her stuff and is passionate about what she does. Give Woodhouse (Austin/ Westlake) a call and ask for Tracys YOGA massage...you wont regret it!! It would also be a great gift idea😉

Everything was great except I was there for multiple services and was never shown where I could put my purse nor given a robe so I was having to carry all of my things to my appointments and having to fully dress and undress for each service. Not a big deal but everyone else had a robe and didn’t have to carry around their things. It took away from an otherwise great experience.

I was one of the first customers when the Austin location of Woodhouse opened. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very attentive. There have been several changes in ownership over the years, but it didnt affect the level of service. However, recently there has been a sharp decline in the quality of the spa and the services. I have mentioned several things to the management, but these issues remain unaddressed. I will not be a returning client because of the poor management at this spa.

Wonderful service and very relaxing! Exactly what I would expect from a day spa. The ambiance is great so many small private rooms where you can relax between and before services. They have a locker room with private changing rooms, showers, beauty essentials, and personal lockers with a lock. They provide you with a very soft robe and slippers then escort you to the private relaxing area where you can choose between fruit water or herbal teas. I have only had the sweedish massage and organic facial and loved them both. I recommend really talking to your masseuse about you want out of the massage so that they can customize it to your perfection!

I have relied on Jenn M at the Woodhouse to do my waxing for the past 6 months and have been incredibly satisfied with the results. She truly takes the time to properly shape them and is a perfectionist in her work, ensuring that you leave the room with a brow that you want and one that accents your face in the best way. She is efficient with her time and in doing so makes the situation as close to painless as possible. I also received my first ever bikini wax from her, and received the same type of treatment. I no longer have any hestation with waxing thanks to the treatment I have received at the Woodhouse!

After a long work week, I left the husband and kids at home and stepped into total bliss. Upon entering the doors, the lovely smell let me know that I was in for a treat. When I put on the ultra cozy robe, I mentally went to a five star Caribbean resort. I sipped cinnamon hot tea (which was awesome) in the waiting area, where I ran into a friend; and we caught up while I waited for my treatment. I got the Woodhouse Escape, which is five separate massages in one. It was heavenly. I loved their use of reflexology and essential oils. Afterwards, I spent a little more time in the waiting room savoring my afternoon mini-vacation before stepping back out into the real world, where Im responsible for so much. It was really really amazing, and I will definitely be returning, but not soon enough.

Best massage ever! My mother gave me a gift card for my birthday last year. I dont usually do the massage/facial thing but I figured why not. I have been missing out!! As soon as you walk in you get this great aroma. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I cant wait to go back, especially for the cucumber water.

A dear friend of mine bought me two vouchers for the Woodhouse Day Spa. It took me three years to go and use them! I had a wonderful experience at the Spa. The facility is luxurious without being pompous and the staff are delightful. I had a facial and reflexology and left literally walking on air. I loved it. Wish I had not wait quite to long to experience it. I will be back!

Jessica did a great job for my first Hydrafacial. However I wish she would have mentioned aftercare of my face, as I am almost certain that I am not supposed to use certain products after my facial. Otherwise it was very enjoyable and my feel and looks wonderful.

I visited the Woodhouse Spa after a long day of travel to Austin. Upon walking in I was impressed with the location and how welcoming the staff was. I signed up for a 60 minute swedish massage. The service was fantastic and I left feeling relaxed a rejuvenated. Great location, friendly staff, luxury surroundings, and impressive service.

I had a massage with Vicki, and she was wonderful. She is not only a GREAT MASSEUSE, but she also gave me some exercises to do at home and nutritional advice. The spa is very relaxing, and their staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

I have been going to Woodhouse for at least 3 years mostly for facials. Occasionally I spend the day getting a manicure and pedicure, a massage and a facial. They use top of the line organic products. It is a very peaceful, relaxing, friendly and rejuvenating spa. I highly recommend it.

My visit to The Woodhouse Day Spa was fabulous. My sister gave it to me for my birthday. The massage was awesome and the facial was spectacular. I had never had a facial before and did not realize what I was missing. It was truly a first class experience all around!

The spa is location and environment is very nice. I had an excellent swedish massage by a talented message therapist. The amenties are nice as well. The only drawback was not being able to experience a nice hot shower after the message because the water would not get warm enough in the single shower room which stayed very cold taking away from the relaxed feeling after the message.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is my new refuge. The atmosphere is luxurious and inviting. Lindsay’s facials are wonderful and extremely relaxing! Service is exceptional. I look forward to my next appointment.

Several reasons for my not being content with my experience from them calling me 20 min before my service was starting to ask me toMove my appointment (when I was going with a friend so our appointments were booked at the hours they were for good reason and my driving in from San Antonio), to the staff not even knowing I had back to back appointments, then them telling me I could do a massage right after a pedicure (which I did and ended up with sheet marks on my toes which I told them Would happen) to a woman listening to a podcast on her phone in the “tranquillity room”/ quiet room (without earbuds) so we would all have to listen to it...2 stars is all I can give.They were very nice when I was there but all these other things just added up to a bad experience at this location. Sorry guys!!! I wish I had better things to say about my afternoon there.

Nice spa, they give you a robe and slippers when you walk in. Wine is good. Very good service overall. But the actual massage was just okay. The facial was really good.

My good friend and I went here for a spa day on her Big Four Oh B-day. First I had a facial with Vitamin C booster and eye contouring with Svetlana - who I personally thing gives the best facial in Austin. Then a massage (Chelsea is so amazing)! Then mani pedis with Morgan - they even brought out mimosas and cheesecake bites for us to enjoy while we were being lavished. From the soft robes, to the private quite room and the amazing herbal teas and infused waters - every detail was considered.I have been here before and this is just the usual experience - even if you come for only one service. Its my favorite spa in Austin. If you havent been, youve gotta go.. Oh and they sometimes have killer groupons. Keep your eye out - just be sure you tip at the original price. ;-)

Okay, they have redeemed themselves! A few months went by and I received an email from the New General Mgr. Miriah. She apologized for the bad experience and asked if I would try them again. This was all I needed to give them another chance. I made an appointment on a Saturday morning and I was greeted by Miriah. She was very gracious and kind. I received my massage from Sarah, who was very attentive and great. We finished my massage with a cup of hot tea and I sat in the lounge just soaking in the massage I just received. Now thats service! I ended up buying the tea and left with a relaxed body. Thank you Mirah and Thank you Sarah, I will return next month.Previously....I was very disappointed!! I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get a deep tissue massage that was very much overdue. I visited the spa before I made the appointment and I was impressed with the people that greeted me and the beautiful, sweet smell when you walk in the doors. Needless to say, I was very excited about my first appointment. When that morning came, it was a Saturday. I was so looking forward to my massage. I was greeted, taken to the changing rooms and was asked to sit in the waiting area with my robe on. So I did, along with 4 other women. As I waited, the women that were waiting with me were slowing greeted and taken to the back for their service of choice. I continued to wait and eventually, I was in the waiting room by myself. A young lady went by and accidentally offered me a mimosa. She said oops, this is not for you, sorry, she later returned and said she felt bad so she offered me one anyway. I am now 30min in to my wait. I wasnt sure what was going on since it was my first time. 45min later, another lady came back and introduced herself as the General Mgr. She apologized for the wait and stated that my massage therapist never showed up. Well, by this time I was waiting there for almost an hour. I was very disappointed because this was my first time and I was so excited about getting my massage. I feel like the management should have offered to have me back and given me some kind of complimentary discount or coupon or something for my inconvenience. Nothing was offered or said as I got dressed and walked out the door. I live in Westlake and I would definitely discourage my neighbors and friends to visit there.

This spa sells itself as luxurious but it falls short in atmosphere and the masseuse I had was horrible. Im sure there are good ones but mine was less than pleasant.
