The highlights: RUDE and unprofessional staff, dentist just ok.They hung up on me, the receptionist chastised me for being hung up on, there was karaoke blasting in the waiting room, and people can see you in the exam rooms.The good: late Friday night I started having a problem I have had in the past and no other dentist could fit me in. I was able to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The dentist was ok and seemed to be proficient at dentistry.The not so good: Before my appointment I received a phone call and voicemail from the office, I believe her name was Ava. The message said I needed to call back and confirm the appointment or they would cancel it. I called back, Ava answered and asked if I would wait on hold, I said yes, and after one minute of waiting on hold it hung up on me. I called back and a male answered the phone. He was obviously new as he made some mistakes with switching lines but he was very polite and handled everything. I was sent a new patient form through a text message that was very lengthy and I filled it out two hours prior to my appointment. When I arrived they asked me to fill out all of the same information by hand. When I mentioned I only had a digital insurance card Ava chastised me in a nasty tone saying Youre supposed to give us that info BEFORE the appointment. I responded with I called back and was hung up on. No one apologized, the two of them just stared at me. They asked me the same info about my insurance and personal info multiple times which was a bit irritating because there was karaoke music blasting in my ear. Yes, karaoke music. The tv was playing YouTube karaoke pop music with commercials inbetween [see picture]. It took 22 minutes before I was called back despite the fact that there wasnt another patient in sight the entire time (maybe they were all in back?). The room itslef is a bit strange for a dentists office - they kept asking if I wanted a blanket and there was a tv in my face that they kept asking if I wanted Netflix on [see picture]. I guess thats nice if youre a kid or have a lot of anxiety but it seemed strange that they kept pushing it. Also, the blinds were open so several people who were walking past looked in at me [see picture]. One person actually waved at me. I would not be comfortable with this if I was having a full exam. I could hear the receptionists and staff chatting about me through the walls. The dental hygenist was nice and polite. The actual dentist talked down to me a bit and didnt listed to anything I said. She also asked me all the questions that were on the forms I had already filled out twice before.Overall, I got in for a last minute appointment as a new patient but they were rude and not as professional as I would have liked.

Wonderful dental clinic and amazing experience with staff and procedures!!Dr. Patel is very kind and knowledgeable, she always makes sure I’m comfortable during the process. I also had the pleasure of working w/ Kailey, who is very personable and helpful. The procedures are very well done, I’ve never walked away dissatisfied w/ my dental procedures. I can’t speak more highly of this place- if you’re looking for high quality dental care with a kind, efficient team who values communication and respect, myDental at Tech Ridge is the place.👍🏽👍🏽

Moving out from North Carolina I have finally found my favorite Dentist. The staff here is extremely professional, very talented and super helpful. I would recommend everyone to see the hygienist there (Monica). She is very thorough and takes care of every detailed information. I cannot explain in words how great the experience was. Keep up the good work, definitely will be back.

I love this new dentist for my kids and I. They offered us a “Comfort menu” which includes getting a blanket,Drinks and getting to watch my favorite Netflix show. Hygienst took her time cleaning my teeth and explained every step of the way. I will definitely be back to get my treatment done with Dr.Bhore!

I am very disappointed with MyDental. I chose to come here after reading all the positive reviews. I’m sad to say I didn’t have a great visit. Dr. Patel barely looked in my mouth and was short and fast talking. The front desk girl Gloria? She talked in circles when going over my treatment options and was short tempered and rude. They charged my insurance for a lot of xrays and an exam which didn’t take long to begin with. After the visit, they tried bribing me to give them a 5 star review!! I couldn’t believe it. I had a bad experience and they try bribing me. All the 5 star reviews makes sense now. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

This office is hands down one of my favorite dental places to go get any dental needs done. Every member of the Tech Ridge office is friendly and very helpful! They are very clean with modern equipment, and are making great precautions with COVID protocols.

MyDental understands anxiety disorders. My genetic disorder had done a ton of damage in just a few months, and as they were explaining the treatment plan, I started having a panic attack—i don’t get hysterical, I just shut down. They reacted IMMEDIATELY. They seemed to know EXACTLY what I needed without having to tell them. They also didn’t treat me like a crazy person for having serious anxiety—which is how I have been treated elsewhere. I know how much people with anxiety or autism or higher pain sensors will avoid the dentist, but you will be taken care of here.

I felt really uncomfortable in a part of my filling and had to go back to get it fixed. They didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed for returning back and forth instead I felt welcomed and my bite was back to normal in no time. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time here and it was great! I was able to watch Netflix while I had my cleaning- the hygienist was super thorough and FAST! Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to everyone BOH. I was offered juice, sparkling water or regular bottled water- even asked if I preferred room temp or ice cold! I’ve never felt so cared for at a dental office. Would highly recommend and am glad I made my appt here. I’ll be back every 6 months and have finally found MY dentist.

It has been very difficult to find the right dental office to care for my children and to take time in what they do, mydental did just that by helping us and our family feel very happy after ever appointment.

Had a very weird experience here. Had multiple people come see me instead of just the dental assistant who cleans your teeth and the doctor. One guy came at the end going over the breakdown of everything and trying to add different things to upcharge me when I was just here for a cleaning. They also told me I had a chip in my tooth and if I didn’t get it fixed it would become infected and cause problems down the road so they rescheduled me to come back. I already did not like my experience there and did not have good vibes from the place so I cancelled my follow up appt and made an appt at another dentist to check on this so called “chip”. Just left the other dentist and they said my teeth were healthy and there was nothing there or wrong! Pretty scammy if u ask me!

I am so sad but I feel obligated to leave this review. I loved this place the staff are amazing however the dental work my child recieved was very poor. I thought is was great I thought I was doing great every 6 months check up cleaning, fill cavities. I never waited I always acted. But she always seemed to have more issues. Finally one got so bad I had to be referred out. That is when I found out how bad it was. Under a few of her fillings the decay was not all removed. She had to have extensive work on 3 teeth and two extractions, because one of the infection was heading up into her bone. She is 8 years old. I expected more. I am not only out financially but my poor child had to got through so much to bring her mouth back to health. Update I just spoke with Gloria who listened understood and has brought my faith back that they will better communicate with parents and truly do have their patients best interest at heart.

I went last week and had the best experience. The lobby was so clean and the staff so professional. Most of my appts usually take an hour but everyone was very nice, especially the dental hygienist and the guy who helped check me out. I highly recommend MyDental Tech Ridge.

I am a naturally anxious dental patient for a laundry list of reasons, but his calm demeanor puts me at ease! This is the best dentist office I have ever been to and the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth she is amazing and was able to numb up my mouth without 20 shots for the first time in my life she is very cognizant of whether or not the patient is in pain and make sure that they are not I would recommend this dentist to anyone that I like.

My partner wanted to get a checkup for pain in one of their wisdom teeth, and when we went they didn’t even let us see the dentist for options. They just took X-rays and wanted to do surgery immediately which was not what we wanted. Also when we asked for emails of the X-rays later on they never sent it to us despite them literally texting to confirm the email was right. Extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed in this place, which has seemed to have so many “high reviews”. Will never come back again.

After a previous bad experience with a dentist in Austin, I was looking for a dental office where I could come easily for maintenance if needed.It is so convenient that they are open evenings and Saturdays as most other places are all closed and I work a 9 to 5 on weekdays.They take covid precautions very seriously and we have been treated nicely and respectfully.Every employee was professional, friendly and caring. Every exam/procedure/cost was thoroughly explained to us and Dr Patel was amazing.I highly highly recommend this office as Im very happy with the service and well maintained this offfice is.
