This clear choice are scam artists. They take your implants out n supposedly repair them only to impair them. So they can conveniently offer you a new set that will last n not chip or break. I was told my set would last a lifetime at 45000! But not so, Ive had 1 tooth break n 2 chipped. Now they want to charge another 10000 for a new set!!! Run away n look elsewhere! They are crooks!!!!

I followed media ads to Clear Choice for an all-on-four implant denture. Things became complicated due to another health issue which hampered progress. This certainly wasn’t convenient for any of us, since I reside almost 180 miles away. My fault, but Dr. Pharr, Dr. Howell and extemely professional, caring team were successful beyond my expectations. Having moved further away, I didn’t hesitate to arrange maintenance with a new local Clear Choice Implant Center. I can name everyone that served me in Austin, Texas, because they literally treated my like family.

So happy with the results. There was so little, to no pain to begin with. Recovery was quick and almost painless. I was prescribed a mild narcotic med for pain management, which i never used. I used only the ibuprofen to manage swelling, which also was minimal.The initial - surgery day - acrylic set of teeth were beautiful and completely functional. Fast forward 7 months, and the final zirconia teeth set on 4 implants are hard and beautiful, and seem to be just as functional as were my original teeth.Dr. Pharr, Dr. Howell, Chris, Dolores, Debbie, Karina, the lab staff and the whole team are awesome. Very professional, very helpful. They treated me very well and made this process easy. Thank you all!

With THIS company, I paid $5k per tooth. They made me pay before they would schedule ANY work. During the exam process, everyone was polite and friendly. Once they got my money, they became downright rude.1) They promised tooth cleaning - never happened.2) I had an issue of swelling and area numbness with one implant... could barely roust the doctor on the phone, and then he didnt want to examine it, telling me it would self resolve. It is still painful sometimes.3) During surgery, it was very unhygienic. The head nurse entered without gowning, mask, or gloves. When I told the doctor, he shrugged. He didnt wear a gown or hair cover.4) And although its in my record that I have a severe sensitivity to anesthesia, he gave me way too much and I vomited and diarrhea for about 36 hours straight. Again, couldnt get the doctor on the phone.5) By my last appointment, the staff and doctor were extremely rude to me and as I was leaving, one staff actually TOLD me they couldnt wait for me to leave.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pharr and the entire Clear Choice staff. I accompanied my brother (42 with a mouth full of rotting/missing teeth) on several consults before he finally decided on all on four with Clear Choice. He was absolutely terrified and every member of the staff was warm, sympathetic and professional. The procedure was yesterday and my brother walked out grinning from ear to ear. I stayed with him for recovery and every interaction we had with staff made us both feel valued and heard, and they bent over backwards to make sure we understood all of the follow-up protocols and procedures. My brother is back at work with minimal pain today and has a whole new lease on life. Best decision EVER!!! (Hes got temporary teeth in right now--they look 100% real by the way--but Ill update once the final product is in place!)

It’s been over a year since I’ve had my implants done and because such care was taken with their fit I have had absolutely no problems with them. I am eating better and feeling better. I eat raw fruits and vegetables with no concerns. I highly recommend the people at clear choice.

Well, here I am again, approximately 1 year later from my initial consultation and surgery. The surgery went well and I went through the full scenario of having implants done by ClearChoice -Austin. Unfortunately, during my healing process, I broke another one of my normal teeth which also ended up having to have an implant done - more healing, more waiting. Dr Pharr and his staff are so super to work with. They are the most genuinely friendly people I ever had the pleasure of knowing. They make you feel like you are a member of their own family. All of the people are the friendliest I’ve ever seen! The accommodations are unreal. I went in in the early morning hours and had my teeth in the same day, without feeling any pain! They’re amazing people who make you feel real important to them!

After my regular dentist quoted me a huge price for complete implants, I decided to shop around and remembered Clear Choice from the commercials. From the very beginning, everyone on staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the journey enjoyable. While you do leave the first day with a new set of teeth, the set is acrylic and the fit is not perfect as your gums have not healed; there’s no way they can make a perfect fit. That said, once my hearing completed and I was able to get my final zirconium set, the fit is right, and so far the teeth are performing very well. They look incredible—almost “flossible” they look so real. The question I get most often is “would you do it all over again?” Definitely yes! And definitely with Clear Choice. This is all they do and they have it down pat. Very nice doctors, assistants, staff. Always felt loved there. And the price, while expensive, was $30k less than what my regular dentist—who I no longer need!—quoted.

I am going for my 1st yearly checkup today and after a year, I couldnt be more pleased. I have had a lot of dental work done, seen a lot of dentists so I can tell you... these guys are the best! The surgeon had to remove 2 old implants on my lower jaw and implant 4 new ones --- I have had more pain from root canals! No swelling and back to work the next day. Dr. Farr and his team are excellent and caring. I have had caps and bridges, then snap on dentures... none of them worked for me. I am so happy with my teeth:).

It has been a great experience from start to finish (which is my next appointment). All of the people have been willing to make this a great experience and truly care about me a patient. Chris was great and he sought out all the options and helped me pick what I needed. Dr. Pharr has been there every step of the way and always checked to see if I was ok and if I needed anything, if I was happy with the results. All of the nurses (too many to name) were knowledgeable and great at delivering care and instructions and support. If you are considering implants then this is the place for you.

I only came for a free consultation. The gentlemen handling my case was very friendly but the manipulation they put into everything from the video to the doctors follow up and then ensuing text messages made me feel gross. The free consultation 3d scan showed a bacterial infection in a tooth that had a previous root canal and the creepy doctor scared the hell out of me about needing to get it extracted & replaced with an implant or the infection would eat through my jaw line and Id have to get multiple teeth replaced. They were trying to save me money because if a root canal fails, if you get another root canal its at higher risk of failing. When I went to the dentist, they told me that ALL root canals fail. Clear Choice was scaring the hell out of me just to sell an implant. I have to go back to get a copy of the 3d scan to take to my dentist and Im not looking forward to it. I dont like sales people and this place is just full of them. For shame.

Loved that they can do the whole process in-house. No going back and forth between dentists and periodontists. Super friendly. Very open to questions and very customized treatment plans. Absolute perfect match to my existing teeth.My implants involved a lower front hi bridge. Most of the bridges I’ve seen look so obvious, but I didn’t have a choice. Had to have this done. Bone loss and root decay meant my lower teeth were on the verge of literally falling out.So I went to ClearChoice expecting that it might not look perfect, but it would be better than dealing with a removable partial (which would likely look worse any way).I was wrong to have low expectations. Like a lot of people I didnt take very good care of my teeth over the years and the time came when they had to go. Having friends and relatives who wear dentures I knew that was not right for me and that implants were the way to go. I am so very happy that I chose ClearChoice and the All on 4 procedure. I lost my top 4 teeth from stress during Desert Storm when I was a Support Group Leader for the 3rd Armored Division Ladies in Frankfort, Germany. Those teeth were replaced by a partial plate. It lasted 19 years and of course broke. I went to 4 different dentists to select one to replace my 4 teeth. ClearChoice was my last visit, and it was my best. They are through, friendly, efficient, very professional and everyone that has used their services I talked to were very pleased with their procedure. Together we (myself and the Implant Surgeon) decided to replace all the upper teeth, and two on the left lower plate because of damage. It was a simple procedure, I had great results, and I am more pleased than I ever thought I would be. My food tastes better, my bite is perfect and I can chew my food with a lot less effort. This place ripped me off to the tune of $9500.00 and kept my bridge when I decided to not go forward with additional service,s. They propose first a cost of $7500.00, then other services I paid for - and then after months wanted me to pay another $7000.00, which I refused. These Clear Choice Dentist come-and-go, the these dentist leave as fast as they come to work here. I highly recommend anyone looking at a honest, reliable dental implant service to look at anyone but not these folks. Very misleading.

I visited the office for my annual checkup. The visit was characterized by the usual professionalism, efficiency and friendliness.

I’m almost at the end. I’m getting my permanent set very soon. After a rough and bumpy start things have smoothed out. It is pricey but so with the price. I would rather pay once for new teeth than pay for the rest of my life for medical bills. They all are very friendly there and help you as much as they possibly can.

I went to the office to have my final crowns placed in the implants were installed by another Clearchoice office! Im terrified and hysterical anytime I think or go in for dentalwork. To go behind someone elses work and trail of mental trauma from bad dental experiences and make absolute artwork out of what I considered scraps it meant the world. Of course like anyone, I cried a few moments when the crowns began being placed on, but it wasnt just the fact that I was going to have teeth again; It was because it was painless and no mater how bad I wanted to feel about being in a dental chair or that the other office made my crowns....less than perfect, Dr Pharr, and his staff wouldnt let me have a negative thought....no matter how hard I tried to hate the flaws in my own teeth and my new crowns they wouldnt let me beat myself up and he worked with the crowns to make them better. They made me feel like everything was going to be ok and it absolutely was! I am now in the process of getting an appointment with Dr. Pharr for my general dentistry work! Had I met him years ago, my teeth and all of my friends/familys teeth would be perfect. He makes me and Im sure he can make anyone feel unafraid and like they have control over there destiny when it comes to their dental health! I drove almost 2 hrs and will continue to do so because of his kindness and wonderful work! Please trust me and choose this office. For the first time in all of my life....I got through a dental procedure without being on meds. I left without sweaty/musty armpits. I left without being criticized. I left educated. I left without feeling or knowing that I was being talked about when I left. I left feeling in control. I left happy. I love my new Teeth that Clear Choice made me and Implanted in one day, after several Free meetings and consultations, to plan my proceedure, I came in for surgery at 8:00 and they pulled all of my teeth and by 4:00pm I walked out of Clear Choice center with a full set of upper and lower Implanted teeth, I never felt any pain durring the whole proceedure just three days with ice packs till the swelling went down but still no pain or discomfort, after 10 days I retured for follow up Care, and now the new teeth feel like my real teeth and I know this was the best decision I ever made to improve my health.. all of the Clear Choice staff, from receptionist, the orthodonist, and the surgions were caring highly skilled professionals, who treated me like one of the family, and took great care in explaining each proceedure, and what options I had, I recomend this to everybody I see.
