ABUSIVE AND UNETHICAL I had an appointment that I scheduled here. I was concerned about a lump. I had an office visit then I also paid for labs as well as an x-ray, but Texas oncology is double charging me and heres how that happened. Not only did I not receive ANY email or telephone correspondence at all from my lab results and appt that took place on May 26, but on August 2nd I called and they were shocked they hadnt reached out to me. Yeah, me too. And then they said I needed to schedule to come in for the test results. Now Im freaking out because it is my experience and understanding that you would do not go in for a result of it was something they needed to speak with you about. So I freaked out all day, what if I have cancer only to go in Aug 3rd and be told everything is fine. Now on the phone with the nurse I said do I have to go in person and she specifically said yes. So why do I have a full office visit charge for going in during covid when I didnt want to only for a negative result that should have been delivered at least a month prior. Explain that to me please. Never using this place again and I would NOT recommend.

I was dx with leukemia (apl) in April this year. I go TX Oncology in Austin on Renfrew way.. Front desk greets you by name & always so energetic. Nurses are AMAZING! Dr.Albinos nurse always call you back promptly if you have a question. Becky my infusions nurse is so sweet and caring. She is always making us smile. They provide snacks, drinks & coffee while waiting & while you are doing treatments. Albino is the most passionate Dr I have ever met. Even while being in the hospital twice for kidney infections he made it a priority to check on me. Even though the internal med Dr had it under control. If you are looking for a dr and staff that go above & beyond for their patients . Texas Oncology in Austin with Dr Albino is your answer.

This place is horrible. Its a cancer racket. The answering service is non existent so if you are sick and need to get help your call is put on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes then it disconnects. Extremely frustrating.

I read the reviews about the staff here. I was SO concerned that I asked my doctor to send me somewhere else. However, MY experience was really good starting with Jennifer in scheduling, to the front desk. Dr. Gorrebeeck AMAZED me. She was so good, so caring, so personable, I would say that she was a throwback to the doctors of years gone by... except she is still so young. So far...I like this practice VERY much.

Dr Keuck did my surgery. Before my surgery it was great. Staff was pleasant. After my surgery they give me their but to kiss. I have been in pain for weeks and no one wants to return a phone call and when you mentioned their eras they get a nasty attitude . The staff is rude disrespectful and horrible. I would not recommend anyone go to this clinic. They are about to face serious litigation.

Dr. Kueck and her staff were exceptional . Very compassionate and informative. The office staff were pleasant. And the Entire infusion staff could not have been any better. Very comforting and very skilled at their jobs. She ( they )saved my life. And got me through a terrifying year of my life.

My wife was very worried about a issue and visited this clinic and was given a price. They were pleasant to deal with. She paid self pay in cash. 3 months later we received a bill in the mail for $800 more. We called to discuss the charge and the ladies we spoke with were very demanding on the payment and refused to agree that they didn’t tell us there would be additional charges. Do not go here. They do not operate a fair business.

I have no complaints about their medical treatments, but their office people are AWFUL. They never answer the phone, and never return a call. Even when youre lucky to be answered, then they hold and transfer your calls around, and finally respond with very rude attitude. I dont think I will return there.

Could not be better. I experienced non of the negative postings, except for the fact you can never talk with them until they call YOU back.

In a word ... the best. At this location (and Balcones) the doctors (Dr. Netaji, Dr. Nuesch) and their staffs are great. Everyone is kind, professional and greet you with smile. Same goes for folks in the lab and the infusion area. Im thankful that I was referred there.

Texas oncology demonstrated the lack of concern for patient. They never return calls, they lost all records, the office is very chaotic. When you reach someone they are not very concerned with the patient query. Avoid this place. Do yourself a favor, go to MD Anderson. Your life may depend on it.
