We stayed two nights at Highline Trail RV Park. Its a beautiful setting. The RV sites were very large and utilities were situated well. There is some road noise but nothing that bothered us or that is abnormal for campgrounds. The park was quiet, bathrooms were nice and the staff helpful and friendly. Wed stay again if back this way.

We truly enjoyed our stay during memorial weekend. Was full but didn’t seem overcrowded. RV sights are great. People where great. Was a very fun relaxing weekend. Hope to go back next year.

The pull through lot has no grass or shade. With the temperature at 105 degree, we were not allowed to sit on the bench table under the tree unless we paid for the space. The area were never rented. We just wanted to enjoy the out door with a little shade. There was no other place to enjoy the outdoor other than your RV. We will never stay at this camp site again.

The location is convenient and the hook-ups are excellent. The RV spaces are closely spaced and dusty. There is no grass except for at the tent sites near the river. The spaces are also close to highway 30. Each space does have a nice fire pit. The swimming pool is very popular and draws a lot of day-use traffic.

I booked a camping reservation through Roverpass. The booking was easy online. When I needed to cancel the reservation, the process was also easy, however, the fees incurred were ridiculous! Unfortunately I hadn’t checked the cancellation fee ahead of time which was $20. Somehow with service and other fees the total amount I ended up paying for a reservation I canceled was 36! I will not use this service again. If I had just called the RV park myself, I never would have paid a dime.

This is a great place to camp!We went the tent route, so I do not know about RV and placement, and they have a few cabins and tree house cabins in the park. The tent sites have electric and water which was great for lighting and cooking (yes we cheated :) Did hotdogs and smores over fire and had a pot and electric cooker.People that host/manage were great and they are on top of things to make sure its safe and comfortable for everyone.Night time can go to store area like town hall meeting area and just hang out and talk and meet some great country folk. There is a small store, swimming pool, putt putt, BB, shuffle board, horseshoes, couple boats and lake that does have fish.Caught about 4-5 bass and son caught a LG mouth bass about 10-12. we threw them back, just fishing for fun, (I believe they want you to anyway to keep a good stock) most everyone has food anyway.Only problem was a lot of algae near edges in front so we tried down the left side spots and that was a little better. Would be great if somehow they could clean that up a bit.A nice swing on the hill that overlooks the lake, you have to spend a few minutes to sit and take in the best view in the place! Maybe they can build another next to it :)It was very hot those days and the nice showers & clean restrooms came in handy, they were clean enough without any complaint.(Made mommy and daughter happy........ dad to)The gravel driveway off road is a little rough so just drive slow to not kick up dirt all over and near camp with people, kids, ducks close by.I definitely recommend this place for a good all round camping trip.Thank you Cross Creek in Eldon Mo

Pleasant RV experience. We first checked into here on our travels and it was an open RV park in Iowa in the winter. However I needed emergency surgery and they let us extend our stay as needed until released from hospital and able to travel again. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! We camped, and my wife loved the idea of having a little bathroom that only campers could use. Happy wife, happy life haha!We went on a couple of hikes nearby. We plan to come back and stay there to do some water rafting (also close by). They have a little store with everything you could think of just in case you forget something. We bought some wood for our fire to cook meals on.We also spent some time in the recreational room, played ping pong, shot some darts and just hung out, it was a cool way to spend an evening after some outdoor fun.Quiet, super friendly camp ground!

Excellent location for a quick walk to town. Not an RV park - just three spaces with hookups. Do not drink the water (or even shower in it) - brown, non potable. Mostly long term 30 feet RVers here.

I received a confirmation email that my request for reservation was received, but it stayed in pending status for a few weeks. The phone number of the park was wrong and RoverPass didn’t have a way for me to contact them to mediate the situation. I finally got an email directly from the campground on the evening of the day we had requested to stay there stating they didn’t have any vacancies. My frustration is that RoverPass doesn’t verify the contact information to make sure you have a way to reach the park. They also don’t have any follow-up to make sure a situation is resolved as it approaches the requested reservation date. My request is still marked “pending” in RoverPass and the date passed four days ago.

On the way to a state campsite in New Mexico on April 16th and 17th we tried by text and by phone for 35 minutes to get a site. The person on the text through the website kept referring us to the website that had bad information and rejected our reservation request and finally gave us a phone number to contact them. When we arrived at the campground we paid with the pay envelope at the entrance and went in to the site. We then were able to contact RoverPass by phone after 17 minutes on hold to make sure that they did not book the site we just occupied. Customer service finally said they couldnt do anything and that this site is to be reserved exclusively by them and not the system at the entrance. We paid again with the added $4 fee and tried to contact the ranger the next day to no avail since his number did not answer. We Stayed a second night and figured we would sort it out if someone else rented the site. Bad experience here, but other sites during our trip did work fine.

No phone number. No people. Wont accept calls. I happen to live here so if yall dont refund me and give me a way to speak with someone Ill just come down there. Refund my money!!!! The campsite was not explanatory and has NO transportation out of the woods. Obviously we cancelled. And we cancelled within 10 minutes. It says youve refunded me but you have NOT. If I dont see it by tomorrow Ill just come down to your headquarters

Good luck getting a refund on a cancellation made through them. Despite the RV park authorizing and agreeing to a refund, it has been 5 months. CSR wont be courteous enough to answer my emails and my requests to expedite to upper management.

I made a 1 night reservation at a cabin in KY. Campground called and said they have a 2 night minimum policy. I said I had already paid for 1 night and had my reservation confirmed by the campground owner. They cancelled my reservation but only want to refund $30 from a $167 reservation! Told me to contact rover pass. I feel I shouldnt have been able to complete the booking without selecting a 2nd night and should be given a full refund. I filled out a help report on rover pass but they emailed me saying I should contact the campground directly. Tired of being the run-around and just want my money refunded. This was NOT my error as I knew I was only camping for 1 night.

I was rently diagnosed with COVID. As a result of being quarantined, we had to cancel our camping trip and RV site reservation. Obviously, I did not want to risk infecting other campers. I emailed Roverpass but no one replied.Because my cancellation date was within 14 day window, I could not get get a refund. I called the park to reschedule but they were booked the rest of the year. They said that I have a 2 year credit, which seems extreme.I understand contracts but feel like Roverpass did not even listen.
