We visited Dr. Amy today (3-23-21) in Austin to have a hearing aid adjustment. The staff was very helpful, the adjustment was completed with excellence, and with a smile. The overall experience was above our expectations.

I have been to locations in Owatonna and Austin. Both offices have great staff who are pleasant to work with and very personable. Dr. Swain is a fantastic Audiologist. She has answered any question I have put to her and I have never felt any pressure to purchase certain instruments. I feel she has always had my best interests at heart. I have also seen Doug now and he was also very helpful.

Superb is the word that comes to mind when I think of Dr. Amy. She is caring, easy going, and above all, knowledgeable about every aspect of hearing loss and hearing aids. She richly deserves her award as Best Hearing Provider in Mower County for a number of years running. If youre nervous about talking to a hearing aid professional, you dont need to be. She makes it seem like a visit with a friend!

I just recently moved down to this area. Originally from northern mn. I was in need of an audiologist and based on my past experiences, needed an excellent one. Ive been wearing hearing aids since i was 4 yrs of age, im currently 31. My wife introduced me to Amy Swains office and set up first initial appt. That went very good. Second appt was a recent hearing aid pick up. Got the programming started. Next was getting them honed in. Its tough at times because sometimes it can take 2 or 3 and maybe even 4 appts to get them dialed in. It can be very stressful on my part. I am sincerely pleased with the hearing aids themselves. They are what im comfortable wearing. Most importantly i am absolutely impressed with what the outcome was after all the adjustments have been made. For the first time in 27 yrs we nailed it the first time. Just one adjustment, thats it. Amy has been doing this for a long time. I have been wearing hearing aids a long time. To work together with Amy in regards to what i needed to hear was incredible. I am extremely thankful to Amy and staff. Amy is very excellent at what she does. I am beyond impressed.

We love going to Amy Swains office. it is so welcoming and staff is really nice and friendly. When you leave you really feel cared for . Amy really helped my Mmn a lot by hooking her up with a loaner until her new hearing aid came in. All in all a Wonderful experience!

I purchased my hearing aids from Dr Swain about a year ago. The quality of the hearing aid is A+. Also the quality of service you receive from Dr Swain and her staff is also A+. Why go anyplace else when you can go to the best inDr Swain.
