Dr. Andrews is amazing but her staff is complete trash. They don’t care about your health. I really hope she moves to another hospital system.

They get 4 stars because of the front-desk/administration staff. They’re not too friendly and comes off as being a tad bit unorganized. However I love, love Dr. Andrews, Lauren (NP) and the medical staff. They’re kind, polite, detailed, have great bedside manners and always seem to care for my health. The office is always very clean. I’ve been a patient for about 5 years (every since I moved to GA) and I’ve never had a bad experience or problem with them. I would highly recommend this practice.

My schedule is very hectic. My only available day for appointments is Fridays. I asked Shari the receptionist if she could put me on a cancelation list. Shari was able to get me an appointment in a short notice. Great customer service.Dr. Andrews has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. She and I came up with a plan and some health goals that I am striving for.My last stop was the lab where I had my blood drawn by Noel. She was also amazing. I usually have to endure multiple sticks due to my small veins.I will definitely share my experience my with Dr. Andrews and her staff.

Dr. Andrews is awesome. Her bedside mannerisms are beyond outstanding. She is a doctor that speaks to you and not at you. She shows much empathy when dealing with her patients. Dr. Andrews is always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy her patients.

Dr. Andrews is a very caring doctor but I cannot say the same thing for her office staff. It’s very hard to reach a live person via telephone. I was accidentally disconnected twice and then Eventually placed on hold for over 15 minutes just to schedule an appointment. The secretary explained that they were short staffed and she needed to place me on hold again to check out other patients. I realize punctuality is important but I was denied service for being 17 minutes late ( the grace period was 15 mins). You have to wait on the staff but the staff DOES not wait on you. This was my experience.

Staff at front is great. But medical staff seem disenchanted and just want a 5 star rating but not deliver.First, I asked for some blood work and was told by the NP that I had that test. I said I haven’t she said you have and she wasn’t doing it. When I got home I emailed the Doctor on my request and they apologized and said I could come back ! That defeats the purpose to save time.Then I had a stomach nausea feeling and again tried to see my PCP but fat chance. Saw another NP. She prescribed some stomach coating pill that were gigantic. I only needed something to take away the nausea. She prescribed 240 pills! They were expensive and they didn’t work and I would not have prescribed that many on a test! I still have 238 of them.Then I went in for a wellness exam including a requested test and although my insurance approved it weeks before and herbilling/insurance people knew it was approved the nurse said your insurance won’t pay. The nurse NOT billing. She then said they were not doing it. I called my insurance again and again said it was approved. I emailed Doctor again and said what happened again they said if you gone babkcee will do it. DUH!! I went to a specialist. But again a waste of time.Fourth, I had a large bruise on my left leg and went X-rays at Wellstar facility andxehen they sent the records to my Doctor to copy to my Piedmont files, they made an error and said the right leg. Medical records ERRORS are very critical.I asked for a survey since I have been having issues over the last months but no response and no survey. I used to get them after each visit.I have been with this doctor since 2015 and seen her just 2 times after specifically wanting to see her as my family clot not a covering Doctor or NP. Healthcare is too high to see people you DIDNT sign up to be your PCP.I think practice is a ratings game. Youcsign ip but you will not see your PCP. and you will only get a survey IF they know you had a good visit.I still have not received a survey.

Went to her upon referral by a family member and friend even as they did so with reservation. My visit was in June 2017 and long story short it was yet another waste of time and money.I didnt expect much and thats what I got. Was spoken to like I was mentally slow although Im a 48yo nurse of twenty two years with no significant medical issues until recently.She told me my symptoms werent indicative of anything specific but I did my own research with little effort and that was completely untrue as I strongly suspected .Im just baffled and dont understand why doctors today cant diagnose but are so quick to dismiss your health and will write a prescription for pain meds without hesitation. I wont ever return to this office her lack of actual care concern and apparent knowledge is frightening.
