I had a procedure with Dr. Jeffers on 10/1 and it could not have gone better. The entire office and medical staff and friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Jeffers greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Every single staff member was so efficient, accommodating, courteous and professional. By far the best experience I have ever encountered at a dr’s office.

Everyone presented a professional attitude from the receptionist to the nurse who put in my IV (totally painfree) to all those in the procedure room. I recommend this doctor and her staff for your colonoscopy needs.

The staff was so kind. Mrs. Hope is a class act. I was called to the back after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. I was there for a colonoscopy and took my last swallow of the commended mix. I was extremely uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room, if you know what I mean. There are no restrooms in the hallways on ANY floor. If you needed to go you had to go to the restroom in your doctors office. So, after being called to the back, I was put into another room at 1:18 so that Mrs. Hope could check my vitals and set-up everything for my IV. That took about 10 minutes. I was not checked on until 2:42 by Mrs. Hope when she came in and apologized for the delay. I really did appreciate that, considering, I was half dressed, laying on the hospital bed, with no call button and seriously needing to go to the restroom. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPROPRIATE FOR ANY BUSINESS. You can go a long way by saying, THANK YOU AND IM SORRY. Definitely be prepared to wait 2-4 hours like it says on the instructions. I did not mind the wait, what I did not like is the fact that I was not checked on for over an hour. STAFF poke your head in sometimes and check on your patients. As far as my procedure, it went very well. It is over before you know it :)

The nursing staff was kind & very professional. I’ve had two colonoscopy’s prior to this one at other facilities.I wasn’t put to sleep & my recovery was much better than this one. I still feel funny not alert the day after.I was escorted downstairs in the elevator by a staff person standing had to walk to the car. I think a wheelchair wound have been much better especially since I had been put to sleep no matter how brief it was.

Policy is policy... cant argue with policy right? Im a pretty easy going, understanding person... I feel the first person you come in contact with at a doctors office should be polite, caring, helpful and a pleasantly happy spirit. RTaylor did not strike me as any of that. Customer service skills are essential and should be a priority for the receptionist. If this is who we see first, what are we walking into in the back? Customers are not always right. It is the job of the receptionist to be able to communicate this and be pleasant. If policy is no physical insurance card, no service... say that. It doesnt take much to share the policy and an Im sorry but we will need to reschedule. Thats customer service. Wrong is wrong, ok... lets reschedule. Unfortunately the way I was handled, there will not be a reschedule. I will find service elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience with visiting this facility. I brought a client of mine to be examined and the receptionist was very rude and had absolutely no bedside manner. I even spoke with the doctor and she did not make the receptionist apologize to me however she did say she would speak to her about her behavior.

I am so pleased with the services I got from. westside gastroenterology,. Their staffs were very welcoming and professional, patient and carried me along the process of the procedure. Dr Jeffers also explained my result to me. Initially I was very nervous being my first time of being sedated. But their understanding and friendly disposition helped a lot. I highly recommend them to anyone that has need of their services

I found Dr. Jasmine Jeffers and staff to be very professional in their interactions with their patients. They listen attentively to my concerns about my health and worked diligently to diagnosis my condition. They showed care and concern about my problem and did their best to easy any concerns I had. If it was important to me it was important to them and we needed to work to gather to arrive at a solution. They entire staff treat me as not just another number but as a person .

The staff and medical personnel were very friendly and courteous, providing excellent information regarding my procedure and what to expect afterwards. Everyone I encountered in the practice was professional and kind. Covid protocols were in placed and followed. My only complaint is how long of a wait I had for my procedure to begin. It was scheduled for 1:30, but it didnt begin until after 4:30. I eventually complained about the delay (after about 2.5 hours) and a nurse (I believe) came out to give us an update on what was taking so long.

I am very satisfied with this practice. Everything is extremely well organized and professional. The wait time is not a factor and in general all medical procedures are explained in detail. Those who know me are aware of my desire for cleanliness and professionalism- it is here! I highly recommend Dr Jeffers, her PA and other staff members. JW

I have known Dr Jeffers and her staff before she was a Gastroenterologist and she was awesome. Since she has been in her specialty field I have been to her 3 or 4 times and she and her staff are the best. She is a fantastic doctor.

Today I had a colonoscopy performed by the most knowledgeable, skillful and professional Dr. Jasmine Jeffers. Ten years ago she performed my routine colonoscopy and I was greatly satisfied with the procedure and experience. This morning, all the staff members were very professional and provided wonderful service. From Joyce at intake/reception desk; to Ashley, the procedure technician; to Hope who performed a near painless needle insertion; to Rashidla who performed nursing duties; to John, my anesthesiologist and Yvonne, my escort upon departure. All office staff I had the pleasure to interact with took excellent care of me during my visit and provided a pleasurable experience.

I needed a colonoscopy and then an endoscopy and received excellent pre and post procedure care; and both were in the same week! The professionalism of all of the staff: Joyce, Hope, Rashila, John, Ashley, Yvonne and Renee as well as their compassion and skill makes me and my family return. Dr. Jeffers and her practice are an asset to the community. They work hard to address issues that arise and are very much interested in educating their clients about their condition and needs. I will continue to support her practice by referring others and highly recommend them.

And I must say Dr Jeffers and her Staff is awesome. Dr Jeffers has performed two procedures on me thus far ,and I’ve always felt comfortable understood what she was doing. I’m not in the medical field so some medical terminology I don’t understand; however she took the time to make sure I knew what I was having done and what for. Her Staff is very very caring they make you are comfortable as well. I will not go anywhere else to have a procedure done that Dr Jeffers can do she is the truth and I promise you will be happy with her as your Dr and her and her staff bedside manners are amazing! I have used this facility 3 times, my only problem with the last visit was the waiting time, arriving time was 10:15 and walking out from the office was 14:10, I do not mind waiting if the staff would inform me the status of my long waiting time, otherwise everything else was excellent.

My appt was at 9 am. When I got there I was told it was 10. I waited until 11:15 to go back to have my procedure. The staff was very nice and kept checking on me. My husband was waiting on me downstairs. I didn’t get out until 12:30. That is a little long. The Dr and her staff are very professional. I’m not sure why the wait time was so long. They called me the next day to check on me.

Im not going to lie. As a black male I was very optimistic and afraid to get the colonoscopy. Get upon walking in the door abductor Jeffers office , I was meet with outstanding customer service. I had a colonoscopy today (11.16.2020) at Westside Gastroenterology Associates. I was somewhat apprehensive about the procedure, especially in this Covid-19 world.My interaction with the receptionist did nothing to alleviate my fear. She was cold, professional, and by-the-book. I needed the warm and fuzzies. I did not get that from her. It was a different world once I was called to the back. Every person that I encountered was professional. They were kind and patient. This was demonstrated when they were trying to put in an IV. (My veins were not cooperating.) I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I no longer felt fearful. The procedure was explained to me. I asked questions. (And no one seemed annoyed that I asked!) My questions were answered without hesitation. I felt my questions were answered truthfully.Dr. Jeffers and her staff are top-notch! My procedure went off without a hitch! I will go back, in 10 years, for my next colonoscopy. More importantly, If I have any gastroenterology issues Dr. Jeffers is my go-to. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers and her staff. (Thank you, Dr. Jeffers and staff!!!)

Imagine how i feel i was scheduled for an appt back in sept. went in and they told me they couldnt see me that day because they didnt get authorization before my appt from my insurance company before i came in. Its november. No one has called me back at all. And ive called at least 3 times to check.

Dr. Jeffers and her staff are extremely comforting to deal with. They are professional and caring, and do everything possible to make otherwise very unpleasant procedures as comfortable as they can be. The center performs the procedures onsite - so much better than the assembly line clinics other doctors send patients to!

Once in the back, every one was very nice made sure I was comfortable, it was a very satisfying experience!!!

Over 2 hour wait to see doctor, then they jus lt put me with NP, and rushed me out. If you just want me to get colonoscopy why do you have to talk to me at all. Given meds that were expensive- called back multiple times for help or new medication- no callback. When I call it takes long time to get someone and office staff not very caring. Would not go there- will be finding someone else even if there’s a wait. And that may be a clue to what I got. There was no wait to get an appt with this facility. Poor bedside care office staff definitely- in fairness never got to see doctor

WGA has one the best medical staffs that I have encountered. I did not get any names, but my Prep nurse was very informing, very concerned and very comforting. My anesthesiologist was the same. I had two other staff members come in and prep me for the procedure, they were very kind and professional as well. As for Dr. Jeffers, well, I only briefly met her right before I went under, however, that brief meeting was very pleasant. So I only imaging that it is because of Dr. Jeffers and her office mannerisms, her courtesy, her concern, and her professionalism, that her staff is so well equipped. Thank you all.

I went to my appointment was there 15 minutes before and wasnt actually seen because my appointment was at 1pm and I had not been seen it was 3:30. So I had to leave. And when I walked out of the office no one bothered to stop me. And I havent received a call to try to get rescheduled. The receptionist was a little loud and inappropriate with the contents of her words and could not tell me exactly when I would be seen. I left never returned and I wont be going back, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

We have been going here for the past couple of months due to my fiancé having issues, this whole office and team has gone out of their way to do whatever they could to make us feel welcomed! The process for an appointment takes too long why arrive on time for ur appointment if u r never seen by that time. Coming to an appointment here takes at least 2-2 1/2 hours to be seen. And on occasion staff are rude and short with patients. So today I came in for a regular check up and was told I could be no longer seen because of this review. Todays date is November 6,2018. I have been a patient here for 5 years and now I am no longer a patient due to conflict of interest. I thought leaving a review with my name and complaint was what reviews are for.. so this is because I voiced my opinion on their sight. 5 years and I just got treated like I stole something from someone they had me come in to my appointment and wait. Then I was escorted me to a side roomy to tell me theres a conflict and was said to me that I should know the reason I cant be a patient anymore. Its because I voiced my opinion before this in the very beginning of my treatment 5 years ago. The current receptionist needs a class for manners and appropriate things to say and not say to a patient. Very unprofessional. This post was actually originally because of her and her inappropriatness. I have never felt so jilted in my whole life. And Dr. Jeffers couldnt even tell me herself. She sent another staff member to tell me this. Again, inappropriate. This however is not the end of this situation. I hv been advised to talk to an attorney .

My visit to Westside Gastroenterology was nothing but professional. I will be returning.
