I went there today to get blood work done for my overactive thyroid. I have a severe needle phobia and I was very nervous, but Shanaye made me feel very comfortable and safe. She did a great job drawing my blood! I didn’t even feel it. I am so grateful and will definitely come there for any future testing.

I’ve been here twice this week for some blood tests and the lady who works there(i am terrible with names but i think it may have been Ms Shanaye?) was so sweet and caring and her bright attitude made me a lot less nervous. I absolutely hate needles and blood but if i need more tests i’ll be back here for sure.

Truly a great experience. I couldnt use the bathroom from not drinking enough. Shanaye provided me Gatorade and water to help. Also she is extremely nice and is amazing at her job. She goes above and beyond. Thanks for everything!!

Amy was great! There were a few people in the office at the same time and Amy was able to multitask perfectly and professionally. We were all out of there very quickly. A very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this place and Amy!

Shanaue was great! Very personable, friendly, and polite! No complaints there... I do feel so sorry for her though and that’s why I only gave 4 stars. For one person to do all that 8 hours a day.... as a registered nurse, I’ll just say I don’t see how she could do it! I think if you guys had someone to work the desk and let Shanaue focus on patient care and lab work, your business would boom! There’s only so much she can do in a day, even while doing it excellently, with a second employee your business could increase 10fold. Between 4:45 and 5:30, I saw her complete work ups on 5 patients, then myself and my husband, with 2 more in the waiting area. Crazy busy! Otherwise, my visit was great, thanks again for the great customer service!

I almost never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because Shanaye is literally an angel and her customer service skills are off the charts. She deserves a raise!!!

I mainly use the services in Indiana where they have two employees at any given time so the wait time is near nothing. But for this location you are dealing with a one woman show and her name is Shanaye. She is incredible, sweet hearted, kind and respectful to the highest regard so be patient with her since she does her job correctly and has no other coworkers. My suggestion for this location is to book an appointment since they don’t give the option on the prompt regarding individual locations.Shanaye, personally I want to thank you for your services and I hope those who cherish great employees see this and take care of accordingly. Shanaye is fabulous. I think its the first time someone made me laugh when drawing blood. From the time I walked in till I left she made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility. Thanks Shanaye, you are the best!

I have been a customer of this location since 2016 and if I could give Shanaye a million stars I would. Shanayes customer service skills are exemplary she always has a big smile and makes me feel so appreciated as one of her customers. She is very professional and very skilled at what she does but she also always leaves me with the feeling like she is genuinely glad to see me. Because of my job there is a lab facility that is free for me to use up the street from this location but I drive right past it to go see Shanaye. At the end of the day I am glad to pay the extra money to be treated so well and feel confident that my lab work is being taken care of by the best of the best. Thank you Shanaye for consistently going above and beyond over the years. You have turned what has been a very difficult situation for me into such a positive experience and for that I will ALWAYS be grateful to you.

I had a great experience at this location with Shanaye and the other lady that works there. Ive been to this location three times and have had a great experience every single time! All three times I received my results within 24 hours. I needed to confirm pregnancy by blood, Im very impatient and all the local OBGYNs wont see you for the first 8 weeks. Thank God I found this lab I dont think I could have waited that long! Both ladies were very accommodating & understood my urgency to get my results quickly. I felt very at ease and comfortable!

I was required to do random drug testing and the Austell location is the closest to my residence. I’m a business owner and can’t soeak highly enough about Shanaye. I’ve seen her quickly expedite testing with a Libby full of customers. Very courteous to everyone not sacrificing her standards while delivering quality customer service. Fantastic
