The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brooks is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. She also takes the time to explain things to ensure her patient understands.

The entire staff is so awesome from the time you check in to the time you check out. They make you feel comfortable and explain the entire process to you. I highly recommend the Austell office

I am very dissatisfied with there availability and frequent cancellation. I wish had not paid for my services in advance. Now we are stuck for the next 36 months. Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible.

My daughter had braces for almost 3 years and we had the privilege of working with the Austell, Smyrna, and Marietta locations. Dr. O is awesome and each and every team he works with has been such a pleasure. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for all that you do. Thank you for the laughs and the teeth education. Thank you for loving what you do. We really appreciate the experience and would highly recommend the practice. Special shout-out to the Austell office, that was our home, and Chris and the crew loved my daughter through her process. We love you guys!

I have 2 children that have gotten braces at Family Orthodontics and my experiences have been great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly Chris who went out of his way to help find a solution when we noticed that the spring retainer my child had was over correcting her teeth after the braces had been removed. His attention and care to this situation was remarkable and I thoroughly appreciated his efforts in making sure her smile stays beautiful.

I went to many different locations and all of them are I impossible to get appointment with, they don’t care about there patients only money!! My child’s teeth have been in pain for months ,multiple brackets and wires have fallen off, there’s holes in her teeth ,and STILL impossible to get in touch with. We haven’t been seen for MONTHS and now there trying to force us to pay 800 dollars just to be seen one time.my daughter is forced to drink smoothies cause she can’t even eat BREAD. And on top of that she’s had her braces for over a year and all her teeth have done spread out even more. They’ve been horrible Sense going under new management. Don’t go here unless u want bad services and to be scammed out of all your money.They seem all nice at first but are greedy pigs. If could give it zero stars I would.

Extremely pleased!! Assistants are on point & very detailed. The doctor was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor. They treated me like I was family. Everyone has smiles on and have no problem answering questions and making you comfortable. I’ll be referring everyone I know! Also very affordable.

Our little one was referred to Dr O. We easily got an appointment made in less than a week. The staff was very kind and explained everything as they took us through her initial exam. The doctor explained everything going on with her mouth and teeth and what to expect. We now feel very well informed about her dental health. We look forward to our next appointment.

If I could give 0 stars..... this place took my $200 as a deposit towards the cost of my braces, and when I said I would not being going through with the treatment due to medical reasons they refused to give me back my money. I went to them on a Friday, and contacted them that following Tuesday regarding this! I have spoke to several people and those I spoke with said the money was for the xrays I was given at the time of my FREE consultation. The xrays are FREE since it is apart of the FREE consultation. I confirmed this with 2 reps from the office. Then I was told the $200 is for your records, which consists of you signing a piece of paper about the payment plan, and then taking a picture of your teeth with a camera. How is that $200?!! It has been almost 4 weeks, and I have not received my money back nor am I getting treatment. This is a horrible practice, and I am prepping to take them to court.

Not too pleased with my experience and results here. They switched Doctors on me in the middle of my treatment and didn’t inform me that my wisdom teeth were the problem my teeth weren’t inline till AFTER the fact my treatment was due. Now I’m walking around looking crazy with money and time wasted lol

I was 20 mins late for my daughters appointment scheduled for 8:20am. After sitting in the waiting area for 1 hour, I went to the front desk rep and asked if there was a problem cause I seen people coming and going. It was 10:00am. She said no, but she will go check in the back to find out whats the hold up. Then she came back to her desk and keep helping people sign in without giving me any explanation. After another 30 minutes of waiting. I went to the front desk again, she told me I was late this morning, so they had to see other patients. They wont be able to see my daughter till 11:00am or I can reschedule!! Almost 2 HOURS of waiting!!! I can not believe the charge me all this money for my daughter braces then treat me so unprofessional. Bad business. I told my daughter lets go. They doctor didnt even care enough to find out why his patients is being treated unjustly. We can get better treatment elsewhere. Same day found a doctor closer to my house. They said they will be more than happy to continue her treatments.

My daughter had her teeth done here for 2 years and cost $8000 and I’ve now decided to get mine done for over that price. They scheduled me for a month gap appointment with a notecard. Who has time to keep up with notecards in this digital world, they got my Phone number and email address and they couldn’t take 1mn to call and remind me of my appointment and they could send an email reminder either. I missed my appointment and no one called to check, I had to call them, and the lady on the phone said I was given a card and it was my responsibility to know when to come in. If I’m spending $8K on your business wouldn’t want to call me to make sure you have repeat business. But as long as they receive that money everything is alright, screw the patient. Again being a busy adult in this digital world should a business like family orthodontics have automatic reminders for their patient to come in and receive service and check back on them so they can refer others. I’m really disappointed! They rescheduled me for another month, if I miss it. I’m stopping payment and taking my money somewhere else.

I havent had a bad experience the doctor said great this is my son quickly gracefully and sometimes I have my other children with me that are smaller so I dont want to go into intervene with all the other people in there and they allow me to be in my car and take my son only so its inconvenience for me
