My visit to Aspen Dental in Austell was much, much better than anything I expected. First of all, they take sanitizing and social distancing very seriously. Big thank you out to yall for that! Second, Ive been terrified of even stepping foot in a dentists office for several years. The people working at this specific office (not sure how it is at other offices), were so warm, caring, helpful and kind. Thats just beginning with the front office ladies. The x-ray tech, well I wish she was my friend! Thats how good she was at calming me and helping me get through my anxiety, all while taking 18 x-rays of my mouth! The hygienist was so calming and reassuring as well. She explained every step, her tools and how she did things every step of the way. Then, I met the dentist. She was awesome too! She looked at my teeth and was so kind and empathetic. I feel like thats a rarity when it comes to dentists these days. Anyway, she spoke to me in laymans terms but was condescending. At the end, I met with the Financials officer who then explained any and every question I asked of her. She didnt make me feel rushed! And, I didnt leave thinking that i was passed over or that none of my questions and concerns were valid. Thank you all for making me feel so safe and taken care of! ❤

The staff at the Aspen Dental at East West connector were very friendly & helpful, also knowledgeable, willing to assist. They made me feel relaxed and welcome at the facility. Alexis Miller the office manager took time to thoroughly explain & breakdown the different aspects of the financial agreement & all the procedures that were scheduled to be performed as part of my care. Nai, & Dr. O.did an excellent job as well with the x-ray & the oral exam also discussed & explained the best options/ treatment for me. I am very glad I chose Aspen Dental. I also would like to mention the young man at the front desk who went above and beyond to verify my insurance coverage before charging me out of pocket. thanks again for wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. highly recommend!!!

All the staff was very friendly and thorough. First time here and each person that came to help me or see about my teeth explained everything so well to me and let me know what was going on and the next steps they could take to help me. Granted my bill was a little prices (I’ve needed work for a minute) I loved the 3D imaging where I could actually see hands on what my teeth were looking like. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. First time here but think I found my new primary office after months of searching and dealing with horrible dental offices This is the one .

I took my elderly mom to have consultation for her denture. We were there since 2:45 until almost 5:00 for a 5 minutes doctor exam. The staff was decent and the wait was ridiculous! Please be considerate of the time, especially when come to the seniors. Thanks

This was my 1st time going here. I will definitely be going back. All the ladies in the front office was so helpful and professional. I had a dental emergency they gave me an appointment the same day and had me out in less than an hour😊 I have no insurance and the price was affordable. Thanks bunches🤗

I’m looking for a new dentist because mine retired. I made my appointment at 8am and was called and told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half for the whole process and for me to be there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. I get there at 7:30 ( no one was there yet ) 7:45-7:50 employees start showing up. I go to the door and it was locked and no one came to the door. Why was I suppose to be there early if they don’t even open till 8am ? I get there and they take 2 other people before me. By this time it was around 8:30-8:40 and a new person walks in the door and they took her back immediately and she was just getting a filling. I was annoyed because I already been waiting. Finally I was taken back at 9:10 and did the X-rays and waited for the hygienist. After all said and done they told me I need some special cleaning because my gums bleed a little during the gum measurements , my previous dentist never mentioned anything about my gums bleeding. Not saying aspen dental is lying but it could mean I need to floss better in the back. Not that I have n infection and need a $2400 cleaning 😬 I definitely feel like they are trying to take advantage of new patients. 3 hours later I was out if there unhappy. ( 3 hours for a simple exam and X-rays) never going back and they definitely over book people.

I have been taking my 90 year old Mom here to get her first set of dentures. Every person in the office is kind and patient with her. This last visit was to get her dentures adjusted (we knew that is necessary a few times after getting dentures to get the fit perfect). So appreciate all they’ve done for her and me!

I went to Aspen for some new dentures. This is not usually a cheap endeavor. They had a really good sale going, 50% off a set. I jumped on it of course. They told me at the start it would take about 2 weeks. It took closer to a month. The dentures I got are less bulky than my old ones. They also look more natural. THe only reason i knocked off a star was because i was told 2 weeks and it took twice that long. If they had been honest about the time frame it would be 5 stars. Thanks Aspen for my dentures. Do not think they really want me to place a comment about their facility/practice. I went their for help in severe pain for a toothache that I believed needed to be pulled I was correct in the end. The problem is I’m disabled in a wheelchair and on oxygen not sure if this was the exact reason why they told me they could not extract the tooth and that I needed to go somewhere else mind you I had been there for a couple hours already it is not easy getting around for me. The next adventure I was sent on was the gave me a referral to another dentist but he was suppose to be a surgeon set me up an appointment and everything I diligently made my way their of course their was no bus route so my wheelchair which happens to be my Purple Cadillac were riding on the side of the street all the way to the surgeons office just to get their an them tell me they do not except my insurance I would have to pay them out of pocket up to $500 on disability really now I had to go home back the way I came in the low on oxygen power wheelchair going down and it was hot as the devil plus my tooth still hurt so very very much. I have to tell everyone that was my Aspen Dental Story it may not be yours I hope others have a better time than I did I believe in second chances an benefit of the doubt it was just an off day still this IS what happened on that particular day to me stay safe and be blessed. Very upsetting experience!I arrived to my appointment and was told that it was randomly cancelled. I received an email the evening before, confirming my appointment. When I showed up, the office could not find my appointment. Once they looked into it, I was told it was randomly cancelled. Rather than making it up to me or trying to reschedule my time, I was told to wait maybe 30 minutes or so but it may be longer.Its unfortunate. Im quite timid with the dentist (like most people) and this experience does not help.Your time is valuable, schedule an appointment elsewhere.

This was my first time at this location (Austell). The staff was very nice. The hygienist Christie was very good. She made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had and she kept me informed on what she was doing during my cleaning. You can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she’s doing and she made sure that I before I left the office I had an understanding about my treatment.

They only care about money. You can not use their famous coupon even with third party insurance, you must have no insurance at all, even though I pay for my visits. This should never had happened. When booking this appointment they knew I had a third party insurance and that I wanted the free exam. They should have notified me before booking the appointment.Wait times are extreme. I waited for an hour and a half just to be turned away. Then after calling customer care, they got me back in the office for the free exam. It has been three hours since I arrived and they gave me a limited exam instead of a full exam, the one I was supposed to get. Now they are telling me I have to get a full exam before any work can be done on my teeth. Literally, what is going on here?I would avoid at all costs. There must be better dentists out there. I have to believe that.

I was able to get my deep clean and tooth extraction done same day and they were all very precessional and thoroughly did their jobs, 10/10 recommended

All was good and the staff was very nice, however, I was told my teeth looked fine besides the places I cant brush which a cleaning would help. Then I get told they will try and fit me in for a cleaning which is why I came in in the first place. Then they want me to talk to the financial people and they are charging me for a deep cleaning and I told her that was not what they told me. So they bring the hygienist back and she says that is what I need and it will cost 300+. So I decided to leave and go elsewhere as the communication was poor.

My first experience was great. My hygienist April was very professional and has a gentle touch. I will recommend this office to my family.

My overall experience was excellent. However, it is just absolutely ridiculous that a deep root/scale plan cost me OVER $3400.00!!! This leaves NO room or $$$ for me to pay for crowns, a root canal, or ANY other services!!! Cant do it!! Just cant!!

I set an appointment for the Austell location and was 15 minutes late so I had to reschedule. Which is understandable but confusing because they say they take walk ins. So if you schedule an appointment be on time. I went back the next day because the intake lady was really nice and said she could get me in. I did not have insurance so I qualified for a free exam and X-rays. I went in on an emergency due to a broken tooth and root canal that I previously had years ago that went bad. I had 3 teeth extracted at the same time. This Lady pulled 3 molars out within 15 minutes!! Ok! Listen, I have always been terrified of the dentist and this is why I let my teeth get so bad, but this entire staff was very pleasant, comforting and knowledgeable!! I don’t live anywhere near Austell but I will be going to this location for all my dental care from now on. My husband always complains about customer service when we patronize businesses, but this office provided great customer service.

By far the best dentist office you can ask for. Dentist and hygienist know me by name, even when i moved out of state. I literally went to that office only about 5 times in total and they know me very well, remember details we discussed almost a year ago.I had a bad experience once i moved out and they took it upon themselves to call that other office to set record straight. They took me back in and took care of my need within the same day.Truly, they are amazing, Id fly over that office if I could for all my appointments.

I went in due to having a wound on my gums, as well as being due for a cleaning. They never addressed the pain I was having, even though I brought it up 3-4 times, and quoted me $2,000 for a dental cleaning. I needed some special things done with the cleaning, however after talking to my insurance it would actually cost me less that half of that price if Aspen was willing to bill everything properly. When I explained this to them they told me either I could do it their way or they werent even going to provide me with a simple cleaning, let alone the one I needed. This location is trying to scam people into paying way more than they should for services, and honestly doesnt really know what they are doing. I will never be returning.

I was seen for my exam and they was able to do my cleaning the same day as well. They gave me a full sheet of all that I would need done and broke them up by visits. It was well organized. The only bad thing is my appointment was at 8:00am and I didnt get seen till around 9am. But I didnt mind waiting on that day.

It is very concerning when the person at the front desk input incorrect date of birth even though she had my drivers license. She did not even ask me to verify. Instead, she told me something was wrong with my insurance. I overheard earlier giving the wrong date of birth, out loud, but I never thought it was mine until she told me about my insurance so called problem. She is not the most welcoming person for the front desk, and her grammar is to be desired.

Went in with mouth pain from a broken tooth and exposed nerve and after telling me what all they wanted me to pay now for and do weeks later they sent me home without doing a thing for pain or anything! I was told a prescription and antibiotic would be sent to my pharmacist but NOPE!!! Seems like they wanted to collect thousands and get it on the books or they wouldn’t do anything! I was even assured they’d call when prescription was called in but not a word! Very disappointed!

I need major work done on my mouth to the tune of 8k after the free comprehensive exam. I dont have dental insurance. They attempted to get me approved for a pay plan. I thought it was in house financing but in actuality I was hit with a hard inquiry on my credit. I was denied and then the woman went to suggest I get 2,3,4 co-signers. Ill never go to them again

Aspen Dental has a very organized team. They have all of the latest equipment and skilled team members to help improve your dental health, as well as your smile. During the pandemic, I had to setup an appointment to re-seat a crown, and they were able to take me in, even though their new processes for taking-in patients might take a little longer, it was still welcoming.My experience was very good. It was all handled within an hour and I am definitely coming back for all of my cleanings.

It was very clean and safe only four people are allowed on the inside and i had to wait because my initial appointment was at another location but i saved time being that my paperwork and everything was complete so i really did enjoy the atmosphere and the results of my visit.

I had a wonderful experience with Aspen but the way you guys explain the insurance seems kinda odd because I have insurance that you guys accept but in the end my insurance basically did nothing. But in the end Quianna Braswell helped me go through the process if not for her I probably would have gone somewhere else thanks Quianna

When I listen to automated it seems like some type of plan would be made available. Which is so untrue. It seems like you are only interested in the money!! I am a senior & yes it’s beets while since I visited a dentist but periodontal cost 2300! And I was not given one paper indicating what I needed& how far that 2300 would cover..my health ins doesn’t cover periodontal cleaning. I feel like it was truly a waste to come to this appointment..

Initial xrays and dental actions identified; Aldona provided outstanding dental cleanimg/advice; Carmen performed dental impressions. I got a plan mapped out for the upcoming months. Went to Aspen Dental for a quote on a new top plate of dentures. Was never given a quote on a top plate for dentures was told needed a new bottom plate implant and top plate was given a quote for one price then call in to discuss the price and the price went from $2500 to over / $4,000.So Aspen Dental never tried to address what I went there to see them for they tried to redirect and sell me a whole different product.And when trying to contact them after my appointment it took over two days to get anyone to reply back to us.

Nice people generally but the dentist that seen me just left me in excruciating pain the same way I came in and then didn’t send any antibiotics or pain medicine until 2 hours or more after my appointment so needles to say...I won’t be back here only because I felt as though the pain I was in coming and to have to leave the same way was completely unacceptable!

Been here more than an hour waiting each time. Still havent received my final procedure. Very frustrating! I see why the reviews are so low . Go somewhere else!!!!

Aspen Dental is a great place to go for people with no insurance. I had all my teeth pulled and they have all been under $400 to get pulled. The staff is nice and friendly, and they are following social distancing guidelines.

Absolutely wonderful! I have never, ever, in my entire life left a dentist office smiling. Not only was it a pleasant experience but the staff was overwhelmingly and genuinely nice. It was just such a great experience I cant say it enough about it. The office, treatment rooms, (and bathroom) was so clean, like I was the very first client although this location has been open a year.Tee, my hygienist was not only careful, thoughtful and surprisingly gentle with my cleaning, but she gave me new tooth bushes , paste, rinse, and instructions as to how to really brush & floss CORRECTLY. ( I thought I knew). Once I got home, the technique worked and I am so happy with my smile, I cant stay out of the mirror.Dr. Rhonda Norris, is the most friendly dentist Ive ever known, they are all so well trained, well mannered, respectful, thoughtful and was willing to work with my budget and my schedule. The flexibility is awesome!Ive already scheduled for other services in the three month.

Have you seen that commercial where the Wallet runs because the patient is going to the dentist? It is definitely a great representation of this office!! There is no humanity at all and compassion for the patient! Only what they can sell you and when you are not immediately buying they quickly exit You out the door! Humanity needs to return to the medical field. This practice is more concerned about their cost center then they are about the patient. No discussion was made on how we could achieve my dental health mainly because it was indicated that I was not presently ready to spend thousands of dollars with them. If they had inquired further they would’ve realize that there were ways to achieve what they wanted. I steer anyone who is looking for the old fashion compassionate dental experience away from this office!!!!! If you choose to go hold onto your purse!!!!As I was leaving the comment was made “ if you win the lottery come back and See us” that should give you an indication of the amount of money they wanted. Also if I did win the lottery I would buy this practice and I would fire everyone there

They was really nice from the receptionist to the doctor the really play their parts

I had a 1:15p appt and was there 10 mins early. Got to the door which had instructions to call the office (inside). The temperature was in the low 40s, and I and other patients waited outside the office for over 90 mins until someone called. I just wanted a second opinion on a procedure I needed. I was so cold when I finally got inside, they took 1 head xray then sat me down to take my blood pressure. The first attempt resulted in a error on the machine, the second had the wrap extremely tight, results were off the chart. Another person came and attempted using another pressure gauge, again wrapped very tight, even with my protest. The whole experience was awful. I will NEVER return and will tell friends to stay away.

My experience was awesome...This was my initial visit. I was looking for a friendly, professional staff and they exceeded my expectation. The Austell office in Ga was really clean & stylish. The team was prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my care ( because I was whining about overall dental needs, smile). The Dr. was a 10+ and therefore...I WILL have my work done there!!!

This place is all about $$$$. My visit was so disappointing, the dentist basically did a rush job. She was unprofessional and just left the room when the procedure was done. She didn’t even ask how I felt about the procedure or if I was satisfied because she had too many patients to deal with, which means they overbooked probably due to $$$$$. Worst experience ever, will definitely not be going back to the Austell Aspen location again.

I need a LOT of work done. So last October I went in to have an exam and create my dental plan. All the work I needed done had a total of about $6,000. Well since I didn’t have insurance I 1st got a plan and then waited a year to go back.They told me I had to go thru the same procedure as last time since a year passed. That’s understandable, so I went in for another exam. After the exam we went in to discuss pricing and a dental plan thinking it may change for the better now that I have insurance. And it didn’t! They now said my plan was $20,000 worth of work, WITH insurance 😱.So then I asked to see my dental gameplan from last year to compare and they said “they could no longer print it”????So in conclusion, I don’t know what kind of scam they’re running, but I know it’s something not right with the way they operate. Please beware!!!!!!! And get a 2nd opinion.

My appointment with Aspen Dental was not good. They did not take my Kaiser HMO which the attendant said that they would take when I made the appointment. They could not work on me because my blood pressure was too high but the dentist never even came and even looked at me or said anything to me and I think this was very bad.

My husband Calvin Colquitt is very pleased with the service he received on his first visit. The staff was very understanding and informative about his situation with his broken dentures. He has a few more appointments to complete the process. He sings praises for this office.

I feel that I was deceived because when I questioned, via phone, about the price, I was told that your price started at $399.00.Then, once I get into the office, Im told that I dont qualify for the $399 price, then all these others stipulations.Good business practice set the straight out price out front with having to con the public just to get them into your office, in order to run more s scam on them.

This is the first dentist Ive visited where the dentist was rude and they dont prescribe pain medication after pulling your tooth. Ive been in pain since they pulled my tooth a week ago. Then they charged me $322 to pull the tooth. It was definitely not worth it. Will not ever go back there and i dont recommend to anybody else.

I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I was told that I would have to have a series of X-rays and then they would give me an appointment at a different time to get my teeth cleaned. I said a number of times I just want my teeth cleaned I dont have any other problems. I was finally told that I could have the health screening and get my teeth cleaned the same day. When I got to the appointment they put me through a series of x-rays while never mentioning the teeth cleaning. I finally said when am I going to get my teeth cleaned. I was told maybe well be able to work you in today. I had taken time off work for this appointment. I left with my teeth uncleaned. They were dishonest and fraudulent in that they had no intentions of just cleaning my teeth that day they wanted to find some other problem that will cost a whole lot more money. I do not recommend them for anyone.

Great staff from front desk all the way to the Doctor. A big shoutout to Ms Wendy, she was so very nice & comforting. I definitely recommend.

I havent had good luck with the dentists in Georgia, but my first impression of the Aspen was good. Very informative. My first visit took pretty long, but Im sure it was because of all the paper work that needed to be filed. Well see how the next visit goes. I hope Aspen is the exception of Dentistry in Georgia.

Front desk staff excellent, once in the back not so pleasant, the equipment wasn’t functioning correctly which made my experience uncomfortable 😞 . Getting checked out was 👍, medical assistant made me feel comfortable. She was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable of my questions I had regarding my follow up appointment, she is the reason why I will be returning and the reason why I’m giving this visit 3 stars

Today was my second visit to aspen dental Austell, Ga. Both visits were time efficient plus the staff is professional & positive so you get the feeling that they enjoy what they do. I am 100% satisfied with the results. 👍🏾😁

This office is awesome!! It’s a new aspen location. The service is superior. The staff are well trained, educated, and professional! The service is quick and they offer special financing. They met allMy personal needs as well as future service needs. Keep up the great work!!

I was scheduled and received a confirmation text for an appt 10/17 Sat. @ 9:00a.m. The office is closed on Saturday. This is the second appt that has been scheduled incorrectly.

Everyone was so kind to me at Aspen Dental. I am a big scary cat when it comes to the Dentist office but they made my experience so nice. Darius was so pleasant at the East West Connector office. He will see me again.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental I must give them 5 stars for the professionalism that was shown on yesterday. It was a wonderful experience from the x ray tech to Dr. Norris. I must give both thumbs up and a five star to Sierra Hygienist, she was absolutely EXCELLENT! I cant wait for my next visit in 6 months.
