I was greeted originally by Cory and from then everyone in the store ended up helping me in some way. Everyone was extremely personable and helpful. I came for one pair of glasses and the deals were so great I ended up leaving with 2 pairs. I will definitely be coming back and you should too!

8/24/2021 they repaired my eye in less then 10 minutes. Which surprise me cause I’m normally told to come back in a few hour or the next day. I’m definitely coming back here to upgrade my glasses

Save your time and money and get your glasses elsewhere. If you like pseudo customer service and your glasses to break on you within a week, by all means come here. Spent $400+ on lenses and contacts and honestly feel robbed for the quality I expected. I called customer service and the best they could do was get me another eye appointment that you’re not even physically seen by the optometrist. After a horrible experience with getting my eyes checked by somebody through a screen(I’m sure effected the accuracy of my prescription) & waited patiently for my glasses and contacts to arrive. I received no call telling me when to pickup or anything.When I did get an email to pickup, it was in error and I wasted a hour driving back and forth. The best I could get was a “ I’m sorry, our system is messed up.” Hopefully your experience is better than mine, but I do not recommend.I recommend America’s Best or hell, even Walmart!

Ms. April is literally the sweetest and most patient doctor ever. She answered the questions I had and didn’t give any fuss when trying on contacts.Kyle was also very nice as well. He helped me pick out my glasses as this is my first time having to wear them. He gave me a ton of information on the pairs I picked out.This office is amazing. 10/10 recommend

Get place to get your exam for your eyes. The staff is absolutely amazing. Roxanne was very helpful and Kenneth was so helpful in the examination process. I had a very good experience at this location. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I worked with Zina. She was so professional and patient and answered all of my questions. I left feeling comfortable and clear on everything. The process was easy. I setup my appointment online and was seen the same day. Zina gave me the discounts that she was able too. In order to save me money. The office was very clean and I observed the staff sanitizing periodically. Overall a great experience. I will be back for all of my needs optical.

I was a walk-in for my younger sister and everyone was excellent. April greeted us as soon as we came in and pointed us to the lobby. Miracle figured out everything we needed and handed us back to April who helped make finding our glasses extremely simple. From there, Zina checked us out and we were on our way. Naomi was with a customer at the time, but kind enough to acknowledge us if we needed any additional assistance and we were on our way. This experience was great.

Very friendly staff. I was helped by both Zina and April and they were both kind and helpful. First time Ive had a virtual eye appointment but everything was the same as when I see regular dr, but all went much quicker. Great choice of glasses at reasonable prices.Also, appointment was easy to make. I heard about them on the radio on way to work, got online after I got to work and had an appointment scheduled the same day!
