So you people tell me that your appointments are out over 6 months. My spouse has been unable to urinate properly for over 6 months. No urologists take medicaid in Colorado Springs. It was either you or Canon City (and there are zero medical rides in that direction). I surely hope my spouse does not have cancer ( he has family markers indicating that he is more likely than others to get cancer.) If he dies I will hold you responsible because. you basically turned us away. I jope your conscience hurts every single day and God reminds uou every single day. This is unjust.

Zero stars if I could. Horrible patient care. I’m a urologist who referred a patient (who was in great need) to them. I told her that they were the “experts”. They gave the patient an appointment 6 months later, and then 2 weeks before her appointment, they cancelled the appointment and told her that they “don’t take her insurance” (which had not changed). Be warned- they do not care about you, only your insurance.

Unprofessional, uncaring, poor post-surgery care. Zero follow up. It seems all they care about is taking your money.
