Unable to reach anyone by phone! There is NO website. No fax number to send a referral. As a providers office trying to refer our patients, I am not sure why we cannot reach anyone by phone.

I have no complaints about the Dr he has always been ok but after a combined 4 years as a patient I have constant struggles with his office. There is constant Billings they can’t explain for services never provided. They continually bill the wrong insurance. I never receive the supplies I am supposed to get and that I get charged for. Please do not waste your money there is way better and more professional offices out and about that care about their patients unlike this office.

To start, I did schedule an appointment. I arrived a half hour early. I was ignored for awhile, and then told I was in the wrong place. I should go to their other office next to CarQuest a few blocks north. They did not know the actual address. I learned the other office does not exist. In fact there is no Car Quest anywhere close. 45 minutes later (with anothers help), they admitted I did have an appointment at their location. From the start, I realized this was a racial problem, and I was not welcome there. But please dont send me to an office that does not exist! And please do not waste my time! Tell me, and others that look or speak like me that we are not allowed, and please put a sign on the door so I know. Shame on you! I would never have treated you the way I was treated!

This is the only sleep lab that Ive ever been to, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this was a bad experience for me. I was tested for sleep apnea, which my doctor pretty much already knew I had, but had to be verified so that I could get a CPAP machine. My usual sleep hours are from 1 AM to 9 AM but this place didnt care. I had to be there to go to sleep at 9 PM - no exceptions. And then they wired me from head to toe with an itchy wiring mess and ordered me to sleep, Well I couldnt.I wound up getting only 2-3 hours of sleep that night, which was not conclusive, so guess what. I had to go back and get drugged to sleep and do it again, and then I managed to get about 4 hours of sleep. And then, after all was said and done, and I had the CPAP and it was over a year later and I needed it adjusted, I requested my records from them and they wouldnt even return my calls.Terrible place, IMO!
