Fantastic service here!! Each time I come in staff is courteous, quick, & helpful. Its easy to get in and get out.I very much appreciate a pharmacy capable of handling the volume UCH Atrium does while still being small enough that staff remember who you are and call you by name and I will continue to come here for all my prescription needs.

I really liked the fact that I didnt have to go down to the pharmacy, the pharmacist herself brought my medicines, which the doctor prescribed for me. It was very convenient for me in my health. Thank you!

Best care I have ever had.I was in room 636 from 8/7to 8/12 cant remember all the teams names but I remember Montana & Ngasi sorry but if u can find the rest of there names give them all a reward cause they were the best.God Bless & stay safe. T.Gramling

The staff is usually very helpful and courteous. I started using the Script Center and find it absolutely amazing! No waiting in long lines in order to pick up and can do it at your convenience.

I had a great experience leading up to my surgery and especially the day of surgery. My pre-op nurses were very kind and kept asking me if I had questions. My post-op nurse was very gracious in letting me sleep for quite a while after I got out of surgery.Another great feature, was that they kept texting my husband with updates of how things were progressing and how I was doing. The surgeon actually called him after the surgery was over and explained everything.This morning, I got a call from the hospital asking me how I was doing, which I really appreciated.

If it were possible to leave zero stars I would. Ive never actually spoken to a person here after 15 phone calls. they had my script for two weeks and I ran out and they wouldnt even return my call. Laziest staff anywhere.

The physician that attended to my issue me being far from home do to an emergency and being without my medication for almost a week hitting the super highs of withdrawal.. All i can say was he made it ok for me to have asked for help ..

Update: It WAS another 24 hours before I got a callback, but the person was very helpful and pleasant. I talked with Patte -- she will be addressing processes with staff and they are working on updating systems. All you can ask is that people acknowledge issues and work on them. Every interaction isnt going to be perfect but if they work to fix it. Thank you Patte for your time.Trying to get a mail order prescription started is torture -- their recording states to do it thru myhealth connection, but mine shows the option is not avaialble at this time, so I called to get it straightened out. They dont answer their phone -- you have to leave a message -- it was 24 hours before I got a call back -- we then got cut off -- probably my connection, but you would thnk they would call back since I had already waited 24 hours, but I had to start all over again. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . Waiting for another callback -- guessing it will be another 24 hours.

The L&D unit at UC Health was absolutely amazing! The nursing staff is beyond talented and so incredibly compassionate and accommodating! I had a complicated postpartum experience after delivery and there was not a day I didn’t feel supported or cared for with experience and knowledge! Dr. Harper and her amazing team of fellows and residents also took great care of me. After delivering and being diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia, I was terrified to say the least. These physicians and team of nurses did everything to keep me safe. Thank you! If your considering where you should seek to have your care, I would one hundred percent highly recommend UC HEALTH.

They provide consistently great service. I recently had a problem with my insurance not wanting to cover a medication I needed that day, in spite of an updated prescription from my doctor. Logan and his staff worked with my insurance and got it resolved, and I was kept updated throughout the process. Thank you!

After being released from the hospital it was to be very convenient to pickup medications needed at the same place. This experience was far from convenient. I was in pain and the pharmacist did not check to make sure I had pain medication as I paid. They sent me home with no pain medication and I had to return the next day to pick it up. This is an issue especially for patients who pickup who are not 100% healthy and are looking to the pharmacy to make sure they are taken care of.

I have witnessed the technicians and pharmacists accommodate last minute requests including complicated orders for very sick patients. They offered to mail out prescriptions that were not in stock to patients who lived far away. I know they are extremely busy from open to close and wait times may be longer than people would like. However, these are the most skilled and caring people you want managing your medications!!

We’d been at the clinic all afternoon into the early evening. I never felt rushed. I did feel heard which is; by far, the most importantpart of any treatment program. When we thought we could leave we had one more thing to do - pick up antibiotics. The pharmacist had to clean up someone’s mistake with the Rx that was being filled. He was so sweet and helpful it made me realize how much employees like their work and I like that.

These guys are crazy busy all the time. They have hospital discharge patients and complicated outpatients with lots of prescriptions and questions. And yet, I have one simple outpatient prescription and they handle this really quickly and efficiently. They’re always courteous and helpful. I love that I can interact with them by requesting my refill online with My Health Connection. Because of their volume of care, I can be comforted that they really know what they’re doing in case I DO have any questions.

Just got off the phone with a rude woman who would barely answer my questions and got an attitude with me for asking questions. Very disappointed in uchealth. Its the holidays and this has been a rough year for all of us. Show some respect.

I have been involved as a patient at Atrium Pharmacy for over a year and have had nothing but prompt and professional service there. I am most recently pleased with the Atrium representative who today politely and efficiently set me up for mail delivery of prescribed meds, saving me an hour round-trip drive to and from Atrium Pharmacy.

You need more staff. You can never get to an actual live person. And its a 50/50 shot that some follows-up on the message you left. Reason given Were short staffed I dont know how thats my issue. UCHealth has had exponential growth in the HealthCare business but linear growth in staff augmentation.

I think this is the Atrium Pharmacy (?); i called ahead to ensure my prescription is ready, im told it is, the doctor sent in the request over a week before; i get here and guess what, its not, at least 20 minute wait im told. Lots of bad reviews for this place and i see why. Try and go someplace else.

Waiting lines vary. It helps if your doctor can call in or fax your RX in for you before you leave.so your wait time goes.down. They do.have chairs just outside the pharmacy if you need to wait.

One of my complaints is that of all the staff who attended me, there was one person who was very unprofessional, I take away the medications that I take daily, and keep them according to him in a safe, for reasons of the policy of the hospital, but when I was discharged the person was not there, and the staff who was there told me that the place where it was kept could not be given to me because I had a meeting, so I went home without the medications that I take daily .
