They were very friendly, clean, knowledgeable and professional. Got me in quickly for a consult and did surgery shortly their after. Willing to answer my million of question in office and gladly answered the ones I forgot to ask over the phone. Dr Russell even called the evening of my surgery to check in and see how I was holding up and if I had any questions or concerns. Dental surgery is never fun but I am very pleased with my experience as they did everything in their power to make it as easy as possible. I will definitely return if needed and 100% would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Elevated team for all you do.

Oral surgery is not the type of thing that many people look forward too. I am no exception, so when I found out that I would have to have oral surgery to remove a broken tooth I was not looking forward to it.The experience turned out to be a far different experience than I thought it would be. The entire staff from the ladies up front, to the technicians, assistants and culminating with Dr. Russell were the friendliest and most professional collection of individuals I have met in this type of office.They made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the procedure. My resulting discomfort was manageable and by following their directions my healing should move quickly.Kudos to this group of people, especially Dr. Russell. I will be sharing this experience with all my family and friends.

Dr Russell and staff at Elevated are amazing. I have had a tooth removed there and my daughter just got her wisdom teeth out. Everyone is compassionate, kind and knowledgeable about the process. My daughter had an issue with cleaning out the areas--the staff got her right in and taken care of immediately. I highly recommend them. They make every effort to explain everything in detail and make something scary not so scary.

I was referred by a friend to go to Dr. Russel to get my wisdom teeth removed. From start to finish was a smooth and positive experience. I had to cancel my first appointment because of a work conflict and the lady on the phone was very helpful in rescheduling my appointment. Dr. Russel is a wonderful surgeon who I would highly recommend. His office followed up with me post surgery to ensure that I was feeling comfortable and to see if there was anything I needed. Dr. Randall J Russell and his staff worked together seamlessly in the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I had one come in sideways and another that had broken. I had all 4 removed and was in and out of the procedure within an hour. They kindly wheeled me out to my ride and made sure I was fully taken care of. Easy to work with, clean and very professional. The woman on the front desk makes ice seem warm and is extremely sarcastic. The woman who coordinates insurance did not actually bill either of my dental insurance policies and demanded payment of more than $1,500 when my share was about $300. She also refused to allow my dentist to initiate my dental crown for more than two months after I paid the $300 and lied to my dentist’s office regarding the situation.So, more than nine months after oral surgery, I now have a compromised hole in my mouth due to the so-called insurance coordinator which can’t be fixed.Worst part: Dr. Russell is actually an excellent surgeon and nice person who hires excellent medical staff. Terrible shame about the office staff.I have initiated both a BBB complaint along with a complaint to state dental licensing.

Fantastic place to go for your dental work! Luckily, I’ve never had significant teeth problems, until I needed 2 teeth pulled and a implant put in, last week... Needless to say, I had very bad anxiety about my procedure. Not sure how this place doesn’t have more reviews, but my experience here was amazing. Dr. Russell did a magnificent job on my oral surgery. I’ve recovered great with no problems at all. He and his staff really know what they are doing. Even more so, they are really understanding and helpful for those who are scared/nervous about getting dental work done. I asked so many questions and they were polite in their response every time. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Everyone here cares a great deal about their patients! 11/10

I was getting a second opinion on doing and all on 4 dental Implant procedure. I 1st went to clear choiceDental and was quoted $52,000 for upper and lower implants. I am 33yrs old and have battled my teeth since I was young. I felt I was completely ready to go through with the procedure. I decided to get a second opinion before forking out $52K. Dr Russell came in, examined my Xrays and told me that in his opinion I will need a Root canal And some of my fillings replaced. Then he went on to explain the benefits Of dental implants. He then also Went over the negatives of getting full dental implants. I strongly advised against getting implants because Im still young and my teeth are not in as bata shape as I believe them to be. He then referred me to a Dentist who will be able to fix the problems in my mouth for literally a fraction of the price of implants. The 1st dentist I went to which was clear choice Were basically Very insistent that I should go through with the procedure of getting dental implants. Doctor Russell explained to me that clear choice is a huge dental corporation. The reason why Im leaving such a good review for doctor Russell Is because he truly has the patience best interests at hand. He could have easily told me yeah I need to have implants and I would have spent the $52000 to do so. It truly shows the character Of doctor Russell. Which is sad to say That its rare to find a person whos in there a field of work who truly cares about people and not just money. So for that I say Thank You!

Overcharged for a simple exam. Front desk was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the doctor they said he’s too busy to speak to us.

Start to finish the experience was as professional, comfortable, and well informed as possible. I had to reschedule a couple times and they were always super accommodating. They have my full recommendation!

I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth extracted to the point where I was almost crippled with anxiety despite working in the dental field myself. I was especially nervous because I’m in my 30’s. Now having had the procedure I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. Dr. Russell and his staff are amazing. If I could give anyone advice I’d tell them please don’t stress or worry, this is easy and you’re in great hands here. When people in the community/other dental colleagues learned I’d be seeing Dr. Russell there was overwhelming positive feed back on his care. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat and wish I had done it sooner. Something I put off for over 12 years.

Dr Russell went out of his way to take care of my mom when she was visiting. He squeezed her in asap and removed a fractured tooth and also called the next day to follow up. His entire office was professional and very helpful and I wouldnt hesitate to go here again.
