Ive been working at Aurora Manor for over 4 yrs. and have always felt the love and warmth of the residents and staff, making it really feel like family and a second home. My dad spent his last days here in February of this year and I wad so grateful to the TLC and compassion shown him. Everyone is here for one another!

The service and dedication to my loved one was amazing and respectful. The kitchen staff were very accommodating to our needs and left us with the spirit of hospitality. Much respect and highly recommend.

I had a loved one there for a few months. They were constantly incoherent due to what I figure to be medication. They were quite lucid prior to entering that facility. The rehab regressed instead of progressing.

I would not recommend the Aurora Manor, to anybody who cares about here loved ones! my step grandmother has been in the manor for a couple weeks and she has extremely gotten worse. Last Wednesday she went to sleep and has not woken up, they are trying to tell us that she is dying but he has heat running through her body and she is breathing. She is NOT dying! Also my mother and stepfather went and seen her today (5/7/2016) and the nurse made them get out of the room as soon as they realized they was there. The nurses had to clean and change her diaper, that hasnt been change for days. My grand mothers hair was sticking up and madden like she hasnt had a bath in days. if you ask me that is neglect!!
