Dishonest company that rips off the union member. Your healthcare decision is not up to you and your doctor or the hospital, the Unite here health wants to decide whether you should get certain tests or not! If you get very sick and go to emergency room and they do tests including blood or CT scan or you do the test the doctor orders you, you do it for the safety of your health , but then Unite here health would deny the claim. Then they make you waste your time calling them again and again to have the claim processed! The so called Prior authorization is a total scam! We do what the doctor orders you to do and if the Unite here health company has questions, they should do so with the hospital or the doctor rather then denying the claim and try to make us pay the bill
