Courtney and Aiysha have taken such continuously good care of me as it pertains too my case. Ive been so blessed to have them in my lif. The non-profit has aided me in finding temporary housing while I battle a court-case in Jefferson County and battle my usual demons. They have made the transition from in-custody to the community an easy one. All the while, they work hard to keep my eyes on the overall goal of returning to a world that is otherwise difficult to return to. Sounds like a walk in the park right? You and I both know its anything but that. These people will work hard with you if you put forth the effort and even when you dont, thier advocacy is paramount. Thaning God for It Takes A Village every day! :)

My experience here was very nice. I was kindly greeted at the front and I was quickly taken care of. The process for HIV and STI testing was about 20 minutes. I appreciate the help and comfort of the people there. They also provide sex education, free condoms and some other necessity for safe sex.

What a refreshing group of positive caring people who can help navigate through todays complicated and sometimes uncompassionate society This team and other clients made me feel respected, hopeful, creative AND welcome. What a wonderful place. Thank you all

Imani was always nice to me, but last time I went there that Nevaeh trans lady was rude and brushed me and my situation off. I dont understand how she was allowed to treat me like that, and I even ended up crying. If she still works there then I dont know who else she was snobby too cause thats what it felt like. She was too good to help period.
