Depends what you are looking for and how much time you have. If you are looking for clothes or shoes...its a hot mess. You can go to your size, and there is every size but yours..In the back of the store is housewares/ electronics & furniture. This is where they spend their time. Cute displays, like items together, etc.And their customer service is top notch. I have always found all employees to be cheerful and helpful. Now if they could just get the sizing aspect, they would be a 10!

I live nearby and on this past Monday went to donate items at the Bellevue store. This was in the middle of the afternoon. I got in line behind about a dozen cars as the line of cars extended to the west side of the building. I was there for about 15 minutes and I had only moved up 3 car lengths. Since I was still a few car lengths from the turn to the south side of the building I was able to turn around and leave. I could not understand why it was so slow and did not want to spend an hour in line.I came back on Tuesday and found the line to be much shorter as I was about the 6th car in line. Well about 20 minutes later I finally got to the drop off point, which I felt was way to long. I have donated goods to the Goodwill for over 40 years and I have never seen a situation where I have had to wait so long. Also the lady working the drop off just pushed a cart to the entrance and said “Put it in there” and turned to do something else. So I dropped my two bags into the cart. She did not come back to see if I needed a receipt. I left feeling disappointed about the interaction. I have decided to find another location to donate to.

Experienced buyers beware.I personally shop every major thrift store in a 2 hour radius of denver and even shop the surrounding states. I spend thousands a month purchasing from thrift stores. This goodwill is not worth your time or energy.- Very limited inventory.- Highest prices in the state (especially on hard goods)- Staff is poorly trained.- Donation Process is poor.- Parking is access is poor.- However, for a thrift, the store is clean and usually organized!- I would Suggest Supporting the Colorado Based Competing thrift chain instead. This being said, please support local charitable organizations to the best of your ability even if its this goodwill.* An edit * I have since had a very positive experience with a manager for this location. That being said, the majority of the hardgoods prices are still the highest Ive seen.

DONATIONSMust unload your donations by yourself without any assistance AND put each item in the correct bin, which are not labeled, are never in the same place, and the staff gets very annoyed if asked which is the correct bin and (approximately) where it is located.SHOPPINGI dont think Ive ever found anything worth buying at this location (and I generally find something to buy no matter where I go!).Skip this location and go to the one on/in Parker or, better yet, go to Highlands Ranch. Highlands Ranch is by far the best store.

The drop off / donation lane at this location is the most poorly organized and managed operation I’ve seen. I have used the Glendale and Parker locations (before it closed) and both were head and shoulders above this one. Nothing about the process here is intuitive or easy. They funnel all the cars through one lane and personally handle every item one at a time. Takes forever - it’s not uncommon to wait an hour on weekends. They have the room - open another lane, move the collection boxes out, supervise people self-sorting. DO SOMETHING besides the disaster that happens here now.

Rude guy (maybe manager or supervisor?) while trying to donate furniture. Was told to unload, found them unacceptable and told us, in the most condescending way possible, to re-load, then told us to unload again.Having to do that with heavy furniture and he didnt even bother to help.If they were unacceptable, fine - thats understandable but he was very rude about it.And then changing his mind again after we had already put everything back in our vehicle, absolutely ridiculous. He pointed to each item and said, No. No. No. No. Take it back.A simple, Sorry, we wont be able to accept these items, would have sufficed. The other workers in general were friendly and helpful but this particular guy needs to go.

My mom came in few days ago to buy a bed frame the staff said they would hold it for her so she left 5 days later she came back and saw that the bed frame still there so she told the Goodwill staff member she wants to buy it and the cashier said they don’t keep stuff over night and she wouldn’t let my mom buy it so she looked around the store for something else to buy and came across the bed frame and to her surprise that same worker my mom spoke too was selling it to some other customer. I am absolutely disgusted don’t wast your time at this store if you really want to buy something try another store.

Extremely rude employees. Poorly managed operation. I was trying to donate items and was yelled at that I needed to park as a truck needed to come through. No truck showed up, instead employee stood outside smoking. Multiple people treated this way. This employee needs to be moved away from customer contact. And if in deed trucks need access, they should be scheduled for slower times or off hours so as to not disrupt the donations center.

Got some great bowls. But its a good will, what can I say, you get mostly used and lower end items. But occasionally youll find some real diamonds in the rough. The merchandise is constantly turning over so you never know what to expect. If youre on a budget, its worthwhile to drop by and take a look at the selection you never know you might be surprised by finding a great item and getting a spectacular deal on it

Waited around because no one was on the sales floor or at the cash register just to see something in a locked case. Then finally someone opened up a register so stood in that line to ask them to open the case for me just to get told to wait. Then my husband had to go find someone else to open the case for us.Poor customer service. Definitely will not be returning to this location. There much better goodwills to stop at besides this one which is obviously having issues on staffing or keeping staff available for Customers.

Prices are getting RIDICULOUS at this place. I have been shopping at this store for nearly 5years. I find myself more and more going to other gently used stores or EVEN WALMART or other stores for purchases. Funny when you can find brand new items STILL IN THE BOX, cheaper than going to a thirft store. I thought the whole point of thrift shopping was to beat prices of regular stores not OVER CHARGE for items that are donated!

Review №34

I know a few of the workers here, they are great and have great customer service. However the “supervisor” Stella who is absolutely pointless to the store is the worst worker I’ve encountered at any establishment. At my job being a mellenial I understand customer service 100% more than she does. She walks around glaring at customers acting like she is better than everyone else. She also has been verbally aggressive towards customers and employees. The few times I have been there she just stares at me. She doesn’t say welcome or hi to anyone coming into the store, nor does she respect them at the front desk. Honestly if you hate your job then don’t have one. She is the WORST employee I’ve encountered anywhere. I think she needs to be fired immediately. This place wants to help out people and give back to the community, they would do a huge favor by letting her go. Company image is a huge part of a successful business, this STARTS at staffing. She probably should be a janitor at some place where she does not have to encounter people. I cannot stand when people do not understand customer service. I will be contacting corporate very soon to discuss this, it’s very aggravating to not like a store I am at regularly due to an employee who sucks at their job. Also for being a “supervisor” the store is very disorganized, messy, etc. She barely knows the prices on anything and half the time makes up a number when asked.

I have been to this Goodwill multiple times and it has not been a good experience. Items are over priced, employees yell at each other, and managers who do not have their store prepared for customers. I stood in a line 20 people deep and 1 register. That employee called multiple times, the manager appeared 15 minutes later and then spent 10 minutes preparing registers. Ridiculous store!!! Would not tell no one to visit this store.

After having called this location about a donation, I was told that Goodwill would love it. When I arrived, a very rude man told me that they would not accept it. I advised him that I had called the store previously. He informed me that I didnt talk to him, and he threw the items back in my car and asked that I leave. ARC was thrilled to get our donation. After years of donating, this is the last time for Goodwill.

I shopped here a few times and thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but it is truly just them! They had an item that had a Goodwill tag marked $12.99 and when I went to pay she charged ne $26.00! When I pointed out the tag she told me that was from the last store that had it and showed me where they had written their price in what looked like crayon in a hard to see place. So it clearly didnt sell at another location for $12.99 so in their infinite wisdom they decided to sell it for double?!?!? They are always very rude and it is hard to get answers about any item because they say they will go check in back and you never see them again!!! I will never shop or donate there again!

Poorly managed concerning customer service at the register. Had a token for 20% Off of total purchase from Goodwill (no specific state, city, or store mentioned on token or accompanying literature). Neither the supervisor nor the manager could figure out how to apply the discount and would not override the system. Their initial solution was to offer a 30% discount on one single item and later offered a 10% senior discout. Doubtful that Ill return to this particular store. Otherwise, just your typical Goodwill with dirty and haphazardly stocked shelves.

Was recently an employee there and they have the worst management Ive experienced. The back room has black mold (where I worked as a processor) and I got sick and many other co-workers have been and are still sick. Ive talked to management myself, I even talked to Angel the area manager and he said he would work on getting rid of the black mold and almost 2 months later still hasnt done anything about it. Tom one of the better managers said he talked to corporate and that they wont do anything about the black mold and any other problems that are going on in that store. Angle is full of unbroken promises to all of his employees. There so many more bad things I could list off about this place but whats the point no one cares about goodwill employees anyways.

This is a relatively new store in a fairly nice area of town. The store is neat and clean (even the dressing room), and the staff is friendly.People here seem less inclined to move every year (leaving everything they dont care to move with the local thrift store) like they do in other parts of town. As such, housewares and books are not in great supply. However, if what you seek is a pair of (ladies) jeans or khakis, this is your store. Donors here are clearly label-conscious: Gap, Old Navy, Express, and other name-brands abound. Some of these items still have their original tags on them - new, never worn. Cant beat the prices. For about $5 I picked up some Patagonia slacks that likely would have gone for $70 originally.
