My experience has been great. Great medical team, clinic and community.

The level of care you receive at this outpatient clinic is disgraceful. My primary care physician acts like he hates his job. The nurses and the people at the front desk treat you like your just a number. I saw my PCP for several different issues recently including renewal of prescriptions. He told me that he would renew them. A week later and those prescriptions had not been renewed. I had to leave several text messages and I even had to call the nurse line (which is not located at this clinic) and have them send him messages regarding those medication prescriptions. After 10 days he finally decided to do his job.The people at the front desk seldom answer the phones at this clinic during hours of operation. Leaving a message is worthless because they dont return calls no matter how many times you ask them to and no matter how important your reasons for calling are.Sadly, this clinic is typical of the VA as a whole. Its a cluster%&^@! A bloated, inefficient bureaucracy. They hire lazy, incompetent buffoons who act like you have no right to be upset when you have to try over and over again to get them to do their jobs. Its like they think because they said thank you for your service (without any sincerity it at all) that you should be satisfied by that and then leave them alone. Its disgusting that a country like the US pretends to care about its Veterans but in reality doesnt.

Doctor here got upset that I had so many issues during my initial 60 minute appointment. He ignored 2 of my issues. I am a 100% permanent and total disabled combat veteran, why would I not have several issues? The lady who took my vitals was rude and cold. Just like the other reviewer, they rescheduled this appointment that i had already been waiting on for 2 months. Except they never told me. Luckily I found out on my own before I had shown up to the appointment they cancelled.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for almost three years, and the only thing the outpatient has done for me in that time is keep me on pain medication which does little to nothing to resolve the issue. They are constantly rescheduling me and giving me the run around between the Denver VA and them and I have finally had enough. Honestly if I showed up and someone just punched me in the face, I would still be happier then getting to see a doctor there at this point. You are better off just going to Denver or another outpatient clinic to be seen.
