I was so impressed with the customer service here. After booking a last minute massage for myself after a weekend of moving furniture, the owner Eric called personally to tell me that my massage therapist had cancelled and offered me a 90 minute massage for the introductory price of $59.95. He was also very flexible with scheduling this himself. He totally didn’t have to do this, because I understand that life happens, but it was a smart business move and much appreciated on my part. Layla greeted me when I arrived and was super helpful with creating an account for me to be able to access incentives and getting me set up in COVID friendly accommodations. We chatted after my massage and she was super friendly, which I appreciate since this is not always the case in a spa atmosphere. I’ve felt pressured at other spa franchises to sign up for a membership I really don’t want or can afford, but Layla also informed me that all customers are being charged the membership price currently, which is a definite plus for my pocketbook! Finally Gerry provided an excellent massage-just the right blend of deep tissue work on my back with lighter touch on my arms and legs where I tend to bruise easily. He made every minute count and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend, I’ve found my new go-to spa for self care!

Massage Green Spa was great! We went in for a couples massage and we couldnt have left any happier. Garrett was very patient with me, and Elizabeth was very tending to my boyfriends needs in muscle aches. Not to mention the front desk was very pleasant to talk to each time we called. Great team here! Their services were very satisfying.

I’ve been using their services for around a year now and have always been happy with the quality of massages I’ve received. We’re currently in Covid protocols and they are do a great job making sure customers are safe (no waiting in the waiting room, masks always on, thorough cleanings, etc.). I have used a few of their therapists and currently have Elizabeth. I really appreciate her holistic approach to relieving my muscles; combinations of techniques are used to best target their release and she doesn’t simply apply brute force to try to make them relax. She’s very good and I always walk out of there feeling like a wet noodle!!

Glad to be back getting massages and so glad to see my favorite therapist is still there. More precautions now with COVID, so getting back into the swing, but the spa is very clean and they still dont allow a lot of people in the spa at once during check-in and out, so seems like they are doing what the 6 can up keep everyone safe.

Im always hesitant about visiting larger bodywork practices, but scheduled a month ago in a pinch and was very pleased! Their costs are truly affordable and now after having a few of the therapists, I just have to stand by the quality of massage offered here! Front desk service, COVID safety, and atmosphere are also great! Very appreciative!

She does such a great job working out my problem areas (neck and shoulders). Nothing is more disappointing then leaving a massage feeling like it wasnt what you needed. I took my mom to massage green spa for a couples massage and it was Amazing! From the moment you walk into the Spa the vibe is so relaxing. Joey was my LMT and I will definitely be going back to see him. I love how knowledgeable he was about my body without me having to tell him anything, he also made me feel comfortable and gave ma great tips and advice on what would be helpful for me in the future. The girl at the front desk was even pleasant and gave me and my mom tips on where to eat around the area. I will definitely be back!!

I havent had a massage in a long time and I saw Olivia as my therapist. She was very good at working out my knots in my back and when I asked why I had them, she gave me answers I actually understood. She cares about my well being and was willing to give me advice at home to take care of myself. Would recommend if you want someone who will help you beyond a massage.

I r do hate giving poor reviews but I feel like its necessary in this case. The manager was EXTREMELY rude to us over the phone when we called trying to book a massage with a gift certificate. The gift certificate expired during covid and they refused to let us book the massage after it was safe again. We also werent told that the certificate expired at all!

Ive been a member since shortly after this location opened and its fantastic. Always accommodating, great ambiance, great member pricing and yes massage therapists. Ive had the same therapist since the beginning and he is great. Joey is excellent at working out knots, relaxing tense muscles, and ensuring all is right in your universe. Having had hundreds of massages, he simply knows his stuff better than any massages therapist Ive had before. He is always positive and completely interested in helping you relax and walk away feeling better.

I have had a membership for about 6 months. Joey does an amazing job. I have neck and back problems and I always feel so much relief after a message with him. He really seems to know what he is doing! Last night I scheduled a couples massage. My husband hasnt been getting massages for long but he said Natalie did a wonderful job and it was the best massage he has ever gotten. I like that the therapists at Massage Green Spa change up techniques to cater to the persons needs. I plan to keep my membership for a long time.

I went there two times, first time the guy I think his name is Jewel did a massage and It wasnt that bad. When I had my second massage done, he only did it for 35 minutes instead of 1 hr and he didnt do whole body massage. I will never come back here again because they really dont do anything. Very disappointed in this place. Really.

I found out about This spa from the farmers market and decided to give it a try. A couple of my friends have gone to this spa before and Olivia helped them and made here as a suggestion. I went into get a massage after moving to a new area. I was apprehensive about changing masseurs but after my first visit with Joey I was hooked. He made a headache that I had had for over a week vanish in just an hour. I look forward to every visit and I always walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in. I can’t say enough good things. He is by far the best masseur I have ever had.

Do not come to this massage salon. They will charge you even if you have a legitimate reason why you could not make your appointment. I am a veterinarian and had to go into emergency surgery on a dog that was hit by a car. I pleaded my case to them and they refused to reimburse the cost of the $45 fee. I advised them I wish to cancel my membership and they charged me $60 to cancel. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company as I refuse to pay for a service that was not provided to me. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. I have also submitted a complaint to the better business bureau.

I had my first massage here yesterday and overall the experience was good. Although..... they used some hot towels on my back and they were sooooo HOT that I almost screamed. But I didn’t and it didn’t happen once but twice!!! Today my back felt little weird and when I got home I told my daughter it almost feels like I have a sunburn. She looked at my back and it is red like a sunburn and hot to the touch. I literally got burned!!!! I’ve left a message for the manager but not sure exactly how they can make this right. I have been a member at Massage Greens - Southlands for a few months now and Joaquin has been amazing. I went in with terrible pain and I walked out the very same day feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend booking Joaquin when you go. He is extremely friendly and helpful. He does a wonderful job of making sure that you are comfortable and he makes sure that the pressure of the massage is right for you. Every time that I have gone, he has provided me with great tips about exercises, stretches and overall wellness because he knows that I am working to become healthier. He really tries to get to know you so he knows the best way to help you with your individual needs. Again, I would highly recommend Joaquin.The Massage Green location is a nice environment, clean, and quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Before every appointment you receive an email reminder and the staff reaches out via phone to confirm that you will be there. Whenever I have a question, the person at the reception desk knows the answer. They are always polite and knowledgeable about the different product offerings. The customer service that you receive is astounding!

I went to Natalie, had extreme pressure and knots in my shoulders and back. Did a trigger point massage/deep tissue. And relieved all the pressure. She was great definitely would recommend!!!

Joey was HANDS down the best massage therapist I have ever been to, and I have been regularly receiving massages for years! He helped me get back in tune with my body, and gave me so much instruction on recovery (I am an athlete). I felt so comfortable, and after I felt AMAZING. The massage was sub par. They didnt have everything necessary for a prenatal massage so I was perched precariously on pillows that felt like they would fall out from under me at any second. I thought I would give it a second try so I tried booking another massage. I told the receptionist I needed a prenatal therapist and she suggested someone. Another therapist overheard and said that person doesnt do prenatal. The receptionist, who never stopped talking, continued rattling off times but I brought her back to the fact that that person doesnt do prenatal. She seemed surprised by that statement but we found someone to book me with. This was a process in itself because I prefer Friday afternoons and not the weekend because I have a family and will be quite busy this summer. I relented and decided to go with Sunday at 5. I signed up for the membership (silly me) because my massage would be cheaper and decided if I didnt like it after this one I would just cancel. After much thought I decided to cancel my membership on 5/23 over the phone before my scheduled withdrawal. The receptionist, who I could barely understand, said that was fine and they would cancel my membership and appointment. On 6/1 I received an email saying they withdrew money for my membership. I called them immediately and told them I canceled previously over the phone and that I would like a refund. They said I needed to come in to fill out paperwork and they would refund my money at that time. So on 6/2 I went in, filled out the paperwork, and the receptionist said her manager would be in and he could issue me a refund. She said they would call me in 15 minutes to let me know. Two hours later I end up calling them only to be told that they cannot refund me my money because their system isnt set up that way. I was pretty irate because I thought I had done everything necessary on my end and am annoyed that Im still working this mess out. I recommend you STAY AWAY from this place; no one knows what they are doing.

This was my first time at Massage Green Spa and I was more than happy with the attentiveness with the staff. Ive had issues with my neck and right shoulder for a while due to work and exercise. Cassia was great! She was kind, listened, and knew exactly what I needed including taking into account my soy allergy. Ive gotten massage work done before and this is by far the best experience Ive had, Id highly recommend Cassia as your therapist when you come in.

I’ve been coming to massage green to meet with Joey my massage therapist for about 6 months now. I had incredible neck pain that was causing headaches and tension for me daily. He’s the first massage therapist who actually listened to me when I told him to focus on my neck and shoulders and my body is so much healthier for it. The rest of the staff are very polite and welcoming and the facility is very calming and clean. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Joaquin is funny and easygoing--easy to talk to and makes you feel 100% comfortable before, during, and after the massage. He is the utmost professional, and can find problem spots like no other. I love this place! Cassia was awesome, definitely knows her craft. I had severe neck and shoulder issues and she was able to find all the trigger points and was able to loosen the entire area. Massage Green Spa has a great atmosphere and professional staff. Ive been getting my massages from Sam for the last year and a half and shes really helped me reduce my muscle tension. Not only does she target the areas that are really tight but she suggests stretches I can do on my own that target the same areas. I highly recommend both Massage Green Spa and Sam!

Olivia is wonderful! Every time I leave, I feel totally relaxed. I request her all of the time! She is always making sure that I’m comfortable, that the pressure is good, and concentrates on the areas that I request her to work.

My wife sent me in for a massage for Fathers day. I have had pretty lack luster massages from other places and I always feel super sore after them. So I will be honest, my expectations were low.However, Olivia was a first for me. I asked for medium pressure and I got medium pressure. I asked for her to work my hands, feet and neck and she did. I even felt asleep at how great the massage was. After reading some reviews on Olivia, they all state that she can relax you to the point of sleeping. It was amazing. If you need work and a cat nap, go see Olivia.

Dont let the negative reviews influence you...its not the companys fault if you show up late for a massage. These are all franchise locations, each location IS a small business - having a same day cancellation policy is common practice, as last minute cancellations affect the therapist and business. My first time here I used a Groupon as well, and had no issues at all. Since then, Ive been coming here monthly for a year and always see Joey - he is awesome! He is super knowledgeable, listens well and remembers me and my needs. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Rudest Management as well as workers! My daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday for her and I to have a message together. I called and scheduled our massages at least 2 weeks in advance. They took my gift card number to hold the appointments when i scheduled them originally. The called my 24 hours before my appointment and told me there was not enough on the gift cards for both massages (but when they sold them to my 16 yr old they told her that the $139.95 would cover both massages) They told me with out giving them a credit card for the additional $50.00 they would have to cancel one of our appointments. I was driving in rush hour traffic and could not give them a credit card at the moment. the man told me well I will just cancel one of your appts I cant hold it for you. at this point i told him to cancel both appts and I would go to a different massage green!I would never ever recommend this to anyone,! Horrible! This is second time this shop has been rude to us!

I am traveling to Denver and bought the Groupon special so I can use while I’m there. When I called Masaage Green Spa and asked if there was any availability next Monday the receptionist said they were open. Once I said Groupon he immediately told me there were no openings for clients who purchased though Groupon. Confused I stated that he just told me they were fully open with availability and he then begins to tell me that those slots are for memebers only and non members excluding Groupon clients. Wow! After telling him how confused I was he did mention that I could get a refund through Groupon. Speechless

Joey is the massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with about four times. When I have specific areas for him to concentrate on, he really works them, and manages to find sleeper areas to work on as well. He is very knowledgeable in his practice! He can tell what side you sleep on, if youve had a previous accident or injury, if you have a headache, etc. I highly recommend Joey!

I saw Olivia already has a lot of testimonials from other people so I will keep this short: go see Olivia if you want a good massage.

My fiancé and I booked a couples massage here because we had purchased a Groupon for it. When we arrived for our appointment (after driving 35 minutes to get there), we were faintly greeted and told that the room used for couples massages was not available. They offered to provide separate massages for us during our time slot, but to me that defeats the purpose of getting a couples massage.A) why were we able to purchase a couple’s massage if their room for doing couples massages was “unavailable”?B) there was very little apology offered from the staff. I couldn’t help but feel that since we booked through a Groupon that the company had no problem booking another more profitable customer in our place. To be fair, they did call twice the day before to try and inform us of the unavailability. But both times they called, I was at work so I did not answer. The issue was discussed with a manager and the best they could offer was to call back and request more contact information be added to my customer profile.

Waste of my money and time. Therapist was very sweet but I didn’t get what I asked for. We went over the are I needed most in conversation which was my neck, and she never did my neck. I talked about it, I just don’t understand. It stressed me out more than anything.

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage at a different location and some how managed to get my appointment booked at this location by accident. Followed the Groupon instructions to a T. Showed up at the location I booked the appointment at only to be told I had the wrong location. We called this location to try to clear up what happened and were told that we would have to forfeit the massage because we “didn’t cancel our appointment in time”. The owner/manager were completely unwilling to understand the mistake and help us find a solution. It was just like “tough luck”. We then find out that multiple other customers have had the same problem where they book at what they assume is the proper location only to find out upon arrival that, oops! sorry, wrong place and you loose your service! I’ve worked customer service m for 10+ years and have had many owners/managers not charge for the appointment when something like this happens, or at least only half price. Nope, lost it all! I understand it’s inconvenient for the employees, but when something like this happens, a little bit of understanding would be great. This was the first, and now last, experience with this company and I will NEVER go back. Do yourself a favor and support local massage businesses over this chain spot.

This place does not care about the health and well-being of their customers at all. They hide behind “company policies” that punish you for wanting to reschedule your session. I tried to reschedule today due to a migraine headache I woke up with this morning and the fact that at 5:00 I was going to ha e to take my 17 year old chihuahua to the vet to find out if she could be saved, or would need to be put down. The constant tears were not making my headache better, and I thought tomorrow or Friday would be a better day to get a massage after all this stress. Well too bad! Because they are going to charge me for missing the appointment. So I went. My therapist did a good job considering my state of mind, and I gave her a nice tip, but I WILL never be going back because I choose not to support companies that go out of their way to punish their customers.Funny thing is I’ve needed a same day appointment before and had trouble finding an opening anywhere. So... not sure this policy is needed whatsoever...but it is a good way to lose a loyal customer.

My wife and I went in on a Groupon. My massage was fantastic. Olivia worked extra hard to get my deep pressure but also my want to relax. Thanks a bunch!

I get massages regularly with Groupon and oh my lord, Olivia is by far the best I had. She cares so much for her CAREER, this isnt a job to her. I asked questions about my shoulders and she gave it to me straight that one massage cant always fix things but at the same time she wasnt pushing a membership and upgrades down my throat like other places do. I was a bit tired coming in but I have never fallen asleep in a deep tissue massage before. Olivia literally put me asleep with deep tissue and wasnt even sore the next day. I actually felt like a new woman! I am proud and surprised that she is new to the field too because her skills and the way she explains things doesnt make it seem like she is. Go see Olivia if you want work done but relaxation too!

Matthew was my massage therapist today and my massage was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. I definitely recommend the location at Southlands and will book again with Matt.

Joey is fantastic. I had significant cramping in my calf and he identified the issue and released the tension and pain with one massage. He’s super knowledgeable about the body and how to fix it with a massage.
