I like that Carla always assists me when I call because she always answers my questions clearly and always asks how my day is going and really respectful. I always enjoy talking to Carla because she is easy to talk to and gives me her full undivided attention. Out of all the other employees I’ve talked to, Carla has been my favorite so far.

I started out using Joel Kruschwitz when I needed a renters policy years ago. Ive since converted that renters policy to a homeowners policy, added a personal article policy and my auto! Im very pleased with the level of service and pricing Ive received from State Farm. I was a long time USAA auto insurance policy holder and that was really tough to give up, but they just couldnt beat State Farms pricing.Most recently they contacted me about adding an additional amount to the loss assessment part of my homeowners policy since so much of my townhome is covered by the HOA. This recently came up in an HOA meeting and they informed homeowners that if a catastrophic event occurred a special assessment would happen. State Farm was so proactive to protect me on this. I would definitely recommend Joel and his team.

Ana was great she helped me with my questions I had in regards to life insurance. I didn’t feel intimidated while talking to her, she also made the process smooth! She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it. Joel has a great team they are all very kind and respectful. They care about your needs and always try to find a way to help you out. Oh and the best part is majority of them are bilingual! Which is awesome! I definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

State Farm was great when it came to our cars but when it came to our home they were a little harder to work with but Joel was great throughout the process. We had an adjuster come out after last years hail storms and they said there was little damage and nothing to worry about, even though every house in our neighborhood got new roofs from the hail damage and they totaled our car from hail. At this time there was also damage to our siding which they didn’t think was sufficient enough which we fixed on our own. A year later now we are selling our house and the inspection comes back saying there is extensive damage from hail, we had 2 roofers come out and they agreed with what the inspector said, State Farm’s adjuster came out and said the metal has hail damage around the roof but the roof only has manufacture defects. Finding out later this adjuster was a 3rd party. After being upset and Joel standing up for us State Farm decided to send out another adjuster with his manager. At this time Joel came out as well and wanted to make sure we were taken care of which meant a lot. In the end our roof is going to be taken care of it was just a headache. Joel gets 5 stars and State Farm gets less because of the way something’s were handled in the process.

These people are completely and utterly incompetent. Their inability to properly service an account has cost me more time and money than I care to discuss. I am also now left with a lapse in coverage due to their careless practices and lackadaisical attitude towards keeping the customer informed of critical information regarding their insurance. Avoid these bozos at all costs.
