I waited for two weeks to get estimate for just a consultation. I have great dental insurance, and I spoke to EVERY person in the office. I finally got the office manager who was VERY rude and told me she would call me back after verifying my insurance which she never did. When I finally got a hold of someone they said my consultation would be between 350 and $800! Again she said she would call me back after verifying my insurance. Again no call back. !!!There are plenty of other endodontist that charge a fourth of this for a consultation. Go somewhere else!!!! Bad vibe!!

Altitude is the best in the business! Going there for a treatment from Dr. Ricketts is almost enjoyable. The only thing I would change is your location. Aurora is a very inconvenient place to go. I’d like to see something more south.

His team helped me coordinate my wisdom tooth extractions and my root canal therapy on an adjacent tooth. He listened to my concerns, answered every question I could think of, and his team was dynamic, engaged, informed and responsive and they work so well together. I honestly almost fell asleep during my root canal because it was such a painless procedure. I never leave reviews but this is a practice I am happy to stand by / refer friends and family too and recommend. Great experience for the most part! Staff and endodonist were amazing and kind. So professional and attentive! Gorgeous facilities. My only disappointment was the cost, over $400. I spent more on this appointment to not get much done except a fancy 3D xray (which I guess I didnt really need now that the tooth is gone) than I did to actually get the tooth extracted elsewhere ($75) or at my first appointment at my own dentist.

Exceptional care. They take their time with you, are friendly and accommodating, and professional. The office is very clean. Dental procedures make me extremely anxious, and they are able to help with this, my dental tech (I’m having a memory lapse and cannot remember or find her name, short brunette with curly hair) is also so sweet and offers such a calming presence. Would recommend this office to anyone. I was rescheduled both visits, and I’m not sure if this is common or not but did want to mention.

I was referred here by my great dentist when I needed a root canal. I am not a fan of tooth work so I was not thrilled to go in, but at the end of the experience, it could not have gone better. When you arrive , they explain how the procedure will work. Dr. Ricketts was professional, meticulous and patient. It turns out I had something rare like a triple root and he was able to navigate it successfully with minimal pain. A few weeks later, they even gave me some tickets to a movie. The price was reasonable and if I ever have the misfortune of needing another root canal, I would go here without hesitation.

I highly recommend Altitude Endodontics! This is my 2nd time visiting and they are very thorough! All of the intake information is detailed & they ask a ton of questions to make sure they know everything about your needs & concerns. They are also VERY detailed when it comes to COVID procedures. Excellent!! I dont think anyone likes going to the dentist, but the visits I have had have been great. I havent enjoyed the reason I had to go, but felt comfortable, at ease, and well cared for. The first visit was to investigate the issue I was having and I was honestly a little scared (first time at a dentist like this and I have some anxiety with dentists, it takes a lot for me to trust a new dentist). The assistants were professional, compassionate and put me at ease. Dr Ricketts is very knowledgeable and after one visit I feel I can trust him. I just had my second visit and I was calm and relaxed walking in because I knew I would be well cared for. I highly recommend, and while I hope I dont need another treatment, I know where I will definitely go if I do.

Our only concern was the follow up visit was scheduled 6 months in advance, but when we arrived, the office was closed for the day. It wasnt a problem re-scheduling though.

Im picky about letting people work on my teeth and Im also a bit of a sissy. The folks here seemed more concerned with my comfort than I Wad. This place is a gem.

The best experience I have ever had at a dental specialists office. Every single staff member I have encountered at the office has been incredibly warm, kind, and genuine. When I was a child, I had a horrible experience at a dental office that left me always dreading to go see someone. Even to the point of almost passing out the first time I had a root canal. But with Dr Ricketts and his staff I felt so comfortable that I actually dozed off during one of my procedures and that was with only local anesthetic. If you are on the fence about being seen at a specialists office, I recommend setting up a consultation-type of appointment here as they do a wonderful job of answering questions and are also very transparent about their billing practices.

I had broken a tooth fairly badly and needed a root canal. Definitely not an optimal way to meet Dr Ricketts. I am SO glad that we crossed paths. Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Dr. Ricketts is young, but he has experience and knowledge in his field. I was a bit skeptical when he recommended a 3D scan, after discussing some teeth mobility issues; but his suspicions were verified and further action was needed. No other professional in the dentistry field has ever commented on the issue that I had.I originally went for a root canal correction and whiten of the tooth. He continued to treat me (several visits) until the tooth was the desired shade. Dr. Ricketts constantly went above and beyond in order to meet my needs.

Id heard horror stories about getting a Root Canal, but my experience with Dr. Ricketts and his staff was absolutely amazing. My root canal procedure was a breeze. Felt next to zero discomfort. Root canals suck! BUT Dr. Ricketts and his staff are wonderful! There was a mix up with my appointment and they figured out a way to get me in anyway. Im 20 weeks pregnant with severe anxiety about the dentist. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. Dr. Ricketts called me personally the day after to check on me. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
