I have been going to Always Beautiful Medspa for over a year for botox treatments. I had reconstructive Jaw surgery years ago for trauma to my jaw. After my surgery healed, it was clear that something was very wrong with my chin. My muscles were pulling very hard to one side making a large dent on one side of my chin, pulling my whole face to one side and making it very hard to chew. I consulted with a different surgeon to see if this could be fixed as the point of my surgery was to make it so I could chew again with out discomfort and pain. I now had the same problem plus a large dent that made me self conscious and made my whole face off balance. The doctor said he could do more extensive surgery but it was possible it would make it worse. I had a friend recommend that I go see Ali at Always Beautiful Medspa. She said shes good, I bet she can fix that and you can avoid a no guarantee and long recovery surgery. I figured it was worth a shot. Ali was so kind and spent a lot of time figuring out how to fix my issue with my chin. She finally decided on trying botox and we went for it. Within 7 days my dent was completely gone, my chewing was normal and comfortable and my face was more balanced and not pulled to the side. This was truly life changing for me. I cried the morning I realized my chin was normal. On top of my amazing results, everybody who works here has amazing customer service skills and its always a pleasure to get my treatments. I cannot recommend highly enough.

A highly regarded cosmetic surgeon had attempted to fill my crease in 2014 and $1000 later there was NO DIFFERENCE! When I told Ali that my chin crease bothered me the most- she was confident she could help! I came to Always Beautiful Medspa because I knew the owner Ali and had been a client of hers a long time ago. My consult was scheduled with Angela I have been a client of Angela Lauers since December 2019. I cannot begin to explain just how grateful I am for her.Heres a little history and timeline. I had never had acne and my skin had been luckily very easy to take care of until about 5 years ago. I began to get acne but all things considered it was a nuisance more than anything. Then about 3-4 years ago it rapidly got worse. I read all the articles and tried every product for severe acne and sensitive skin. Nothing worked. Most of it actually made things worse. Cherry on top was that I developed the bad habits of popping and picking.Thats when I decided a professional was my only chance. Angelas expertise and skills are unmatched. My appointments: once a month for the first two months; every 2 weeks February through March. Then Covid hit and I was sure my face would go back to square one but what I didnt realize was Angelas magic had already worked.As it turns out, after using Angelas recommended skincare products and her custom chemical peel treatments for 4 months, while listening to her instructions and guidance for home care in between appointments (including breaking my bad habits) my acne had subsided. I visited Angela once a month the next two months and my skin became even more clear and shockingly even stable.Now I visit Angela once every 6 six weeks and my skin is acne free; so much so that I even got to have my first dermaplane and my skin is glowing! If this extremely long review doesnt convince you to give Always Beautiful a call and book with Angela then let my pictures say it all.

All the staff are amazing, kind, and understanding. During my initial appointment, I was given a very informative consultation for Kybella by Ali. She was upfront and gave me all the details. I felt very comfortable with her thorough approach. I had 2 rounds of kybella and after my first round, I was very pleased with the results although I didn’t expect much of a change the first time. I had my second round today and I am so excited for the final result.

It took me a long time and bad experiences to find a great cosmetologist. Then I found Angela. She has made my skin feel and look great she goes above and beyond to always find the right facials for my skin. Recently I went and Angela did the Diamond Glow facial it took out so many unwanted imperfections leaving my face looking and feeling great! This was absolutely the worst experience ever. Allie uses a cookie-cutter approach to how she applies the injectables. It does not appear that she has any experience with ethnic bone structure. Basically, they brushed off my concerns and used their cookie-cutter approach and therefore my areas of concern were not addressed but actually accentuated. I paid over $3000 for nothing other than looking worse than when I came in. I am so disappointed. I’m just thankful that I have to wear a mask in public until this wears off and I can go to a med spa that will actually listen to me and address me as an individual. If you are of an ethnic background please don’t go here. You will waist your money and your time.

The Ladies are fantastic. The botox treatments were not top of the line. I have since gone back to my previous provider and for a third of the product and cost have reached the results I was looking for. I do not recommend this treatment from this group. Over priced and inferior product. My daughter had a deplaning treatment with a chemical peel. We were very disappointed in the chemical peel. There was not even a flake.

Every time I walk into Always Beautiful, I feel better! The staff is very warm and welcoming, it feels like you are visiting with your closest friends you havent seen in a while! I used to suffer from cystic acne and since receiving her treatments, it is all cleared up! I have always had a pleasant experience, the office staff has always been super friendly, and appointment times are always met. Ali is extremely knowledgeable and I’m always happy with my results.My only issue is that I shared my referral link on facebook, and a Few days later I received an email a stating “thank you for the referral here’s your reward......show this email at your next appointment.” Only problem is when I showed the email, I didn’t know who used my referral link, so I was unable to use my $50 off injections or $20 off skin services.Other then that, I love being seen here.

My brows were ruined here and I haven’t came back in 2 years. It took me 2 years to finally come forward and say these are the worst micro blade job on my eyes brows I have ever done. I felt so much pressure from Aly not to go anywhere else, I felt pressure and got a whole different lady that did my brows this one last time. I don’t remember her name but they said she’s been in office for 20 years of experience. The brows were terrible. I was heartbroken and I will never be back. They ruined my brows and they’re too dark and thin. I want to go to a whole new doctor, but I’m worried they will tell me my brows are too dark to micro blade over. Thanks for nothing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ali at the Neptune location for hairline eyebrows, and to put it mildly, shes amazing. I researched so many places and people and I chose Ali because of her great reviews and she had so many of them. Theres a reason for that - YOU NEED TO CHECK HER OUT. Ali went over everything with me, made me feel super comfortable, and shes a perfectionist. I had drawn my eyebrows on and she made sure they were perfectly even before we started. She took her time with me and made sure I had the exact color that would compliment me. I didnt feel rushed or nervous. She went over the after care extensively and even wrote notes for me on my take-home sheet. She wanted to know what my concerns were beforehand and did everything possible to make me feel assured about the whole process. Ali is very honest and tells you everything. I knew walking out of there that my eyebrows will soften and lighten up a bit with time. She doesnt keep anything from you and doesnt sugar-coat anything either. I mean this in the best way possible - she is very nice but will give it to you straight so there are no surprises. I literally have no eyebrows so I didnt think I would actually be able to walk out of the house without drawing them on over the hairline brows she did for me, but they look so realistic that I have no worries about that now. She did a better job than I expected and I am so happy with my brows. She also offers a free touch-up within a few weeks after getting them done so your makeup looks perfect. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Anyone that needs permanent makeup done needs to see Ali.

I have been a client of Alis for over 5 years. She has performed a number of services for me. She is one of the few people who I actual trust. She is great at setting your expectations, which is key to a successful beauty trip! Ali has recently done my permanent lip liner and eyeliner. She is very detail oriented, has a steady hand and an eye for beauty. She has also applied falsh eyelashes for me for my wedding and did an excellent job on those, as well. No matter what you call upon her for, you can trust that you will receive a great service.

I had really bad eyeliner job done by a different salon lady. I then went to Ali at Always Beautiful for help & she was good at figuring how what colors to use to help fix my problem & make me look better. I was very happy with the results. Because the other lady used carbon ink, I have to come back every year to touch up my “correction” eyeliner and I’ve never had a bad session with Ali. She keeps good notes on what she does for you & I’ve been seeing her for 7 years now. She’s very pleasant, listens to you, takes her time & doesn’t rush thru the session. She cares about your concerns & discusses options with you. Ali has also done my eyebrows & I’m very happy with them as well. I have worked with a few estheticians, and Ali has been the best by far. Ali doesnt need to use additional products such as Lidocaine because she know the proper methods for injecting without pain. Everyone (and I mean everyone) prior to Ali, over sold me on injections to the point I would refer to my appointments as a time to go get juiced up. Ali offers expert advice to improve the toll age takes on us, while not over injecting to the point that you no longer look yourself, or that you are trying to look like you did in your 20s. I highly recommend her! Try her, surely you wont be disappointed!

Sadly I look ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I had botox done. Nope. Lets rephrase. I had partial botox done. I explained what i wanted done and was refused, saying i needed two appointments so my forehead didnt feel heavy. Now I LOOK LIKE A JOKE. I am particularly angry because I voiced my opinions, wants, needs, concerns, and time schedule numerous times to MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE!!! In fact over and over and over so much that the boss was brought in to double explain how they wanted me to come in twice. FOR FOREHEAD BOTOX. Are you insane? I just cannot recommend this Always Beautiful medspa now on my blog or to friends or family because of this. It sort of feels like they just wanted to seal the deal on a reoccurring customer or something. I am sooooo sad at how I look and quite literally cried the last two days over it. I wrote to them and they are aware of my absolute sadness over how I look. In response I received a hopefully I can come back email so sorry email. Problem is I CANT COME BACK AND THAT IS WHAT I TRIED OVER AND OVER TO EXPLAIN TO THE WOMEN IN THIS OFFICE. I am so mad and sad. I now will go through Christmas looking like this. Sigh. Good luck everyone. Have a lot of time to continue to visit this office for weeks if you need any treatments done I would advise.--------UPDATEI wanted to post again 5 weeks later to let you know that the botox STILL LOOKS AWFUL and the wonderful professional place I went to get fixed what always beautiful messed up (by a doctor with MORE than 11 years experience but who didnt feel the incessant need to tell and email me this fact over and over and over during the visit) was completely appalled at how i was left looking from Always Beautiful spa. And in a sidenote was flabbergasted at their prices as well. Its hard to have a face mistake done by unapologetic spa workers and get over it when you have to live with it for 4 to 6 months afterwards. Its just that the heavy forehead theory they have at this office, requiring multiple visits for forehead botox backfired and my forehead was way heavier after they would only partially do it.I hate leaving such terrible reviews. It makes me feel bad. So Ill end with saying that the place definitely spends the extra charges for botox etc on keeping the office looking very expensive and nice and clean. So you feel good sitting in the office. And I like that they use a vein avoiding machine when performing botox. Lastly the first girl that actually performed the botox was very friendly and although she clearly has no say in the heavy forehead rules at the office, she was very nice when telling me ALLLLLLLLLLLL of this aurora offices botox rules and i have no doubt that if she was allowed to do more than 30 units in a persons forehead at one time she wouldve have done it perfectly.

(Id post pictures if I werent so embarrassed). I had ABM microblade my eyebrows. Long story very abbreviated: My eyebrows are uneven, misshapen, not what I asked for, and opaque (not at all like the feather-stroked results I was promised and saw as results on their website). I did try to show sample pics of my desired outcome to both techs, but they didnt even peek. After voicing my concerns post treatment #1 and being completely ignored (no response to 4 texts and 2 calls), I went in for the follow-up procedure (which I could kick myself for to this day). The only person that I was able to talk with could care less and was clearly anxious to get me off the phone. If she told me one more time that everything would be taken care of in the touch-up session I would just scream! This is MY FACE!!!! Well, come to find out (from the brow savior who repaired me to the best of her ability), there are different kinds of equipment used for this procedure. Without knowing the technical verbiage here, Ill just it in the lamymans terms in which I understand it: one tool creates a tattooed, solid, opaque, penciled-in looking brow), and the other the feather strokes we are all looking for from this procedure. ABM uses the first. While my brows are still far from where I had hoped, Im no longer embarrassed in public. My brown savior said we wouldve had greater success had I not gone in for procedure #2. It was procedure #2 that really created magic marker brows planted on my forehead - with semi PERMANENT make-up! I rarely take the time to review, but I really dont want this to happen to anyone else. Im truly at a loss for words as to how/why ABM receives positive reviews (maybe its for their other services and their beautiful facility?) Surely theyll now (and finally) pay attention to me by responding to my review here. It is what it is, I cant help that or help what happened to me, but I hope Ive helped you. Find another to work on your precious face.

I saw Jessica for derma planing. She was very pleasant, thorough and didnt push products on me. I felt very comfortable and could tell she was very knowledgeable and I will be going back!

I had my eyebrows done by Ali at the Hampen location and have been extremely pleased. She worked to get the right color. I have read hair and she used a combination of two colors to get shade that was good for me. I appreciated her knowledge and patience working with me. Her background in nursing and professionalism gave me confidence is the outcome.

I went in about two weeks ago to Always Beautiful for a renewal of color on my brows that were about two years old. They were faded-which was NOT the fault of Always Beautiful, as I lived in North Dakota when I first got them done and wasnt able to make my follow-up visit like recommended by Always Beautiful.Regardless-for 2 years I had lived in the GLORY of NEVER having to fuss with my brows in the morning. My entire routine is mineral powder and mascara-then out the door! And that was only made possible by my initial visit two years ago with Ali herself (the owner if Im not mistaken)! You can look up my old review-I gobbed over how awesome she was!This time it was Alison that I had. I believe she is one of the newer staff brought on, and I was hesitant before my visit. Trusting someone ONCE to tattoo your face is enough much less having to do it twice!! Eeek! But never fear-Alison kicked BUTT!! I am now totally excited for the SECOND time as now my brows are not only consistent in color, but there are no longer any spots where pigment has fallen out!In summary-I would suggest this place and ANY of Alis staff to tattoo my face ANYDAY! You are all rock stars and my life is truly better because I have met you all!!

I had my eyebrows done Feb 9th. I was nervous to begin with as we are talking permanent stuff. Ali did a great job at putting me at ease. She took, what seemed, 40 minutes to speak with me, answering any questions I had and choosing a color. Then, after I had shaped my eyebrows with a pencil, she then proceeded to do a reshape, taking extreme care and measurements. The actual process was a lot less painful than I anticipated and didnt take long. I healed fast, experienced minimum discomfort the day of procedure. I have followed the steps of healing meticulously, that part. Is important. I will be returning in a couple of weeks for my touch up and loving my new eyebrows. Motrin is a must and Arnica really helps.
