Efficient, caring, FUNNY and straightforward. Ive dreaded dentists visits my whole life, and that has changed now. Dr. Pumpalov and his staff made this a WONDERFUL experience. Had me Laughing most of my dental visit. I definitely recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a Dentist that REALLY cares for your needs. Looking forward for my next visit.

Fantastic service! Great staff, great dentist, extremely thorough! Another dentist told me i had 5 cavities and a crown to be done and i came to crossroads for a second opinion and ended up a lifetime patient. I ended up needing only 2, the others were just tiny chips that became tea stained and I wee made to believe I had to replace it! I was ankle to get them polished off in a cleaning!!!!!! Funny thing is that i had an exam while i was at a cleaning at another clinic and they made me fell terrible .. that the cavities were so much theyd spread .. scary to know they tried to convince me that i head to get filings because of it. So nice to finally find a dental clinic we can trust! Will definitely be sending word of mouth! And The rest of my family and friends here. The dentist and staff treat you like family and make you feel super comfortable:) awesome sense of humour! Thanks Dr. IVO AND TEAM

Amy has always been amazing! She has cleaned my teeth for over 25 years. Dr. Ivo...what can I say! Fantastic! I was having the first part of an implant put in over the holiday & they told me that the shot in the roof of my mouth was going to hurt, so I was expecting the worst. I didnt even feel it,. Besides still having stitches in the site, everything has gone really well & I get the stitches out on Wednesday! Everyone is delightful!!!! Thanks!!!

I have been going to Dr. Ivo for about 10 months. They Rock! After needing an emergency crown, they were quick to fix me all up and bring me on as a new client. I was able to get on their in-house dental plan for check up and xrays which was great for someone like me that lacked insurance. Great service and great personalities! My teeth look and feel amazing!
