Im very happy I found this dental clinic. I put off seeing a dentist the entire time I was in college; so I was in need of quality dental care. The staff put me on a regular check up plan to get my gums and teeth back to normal. After a little less than a year of coming here, I definitely noticed improved dental hygiene. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also, theyre very honest with you as far as prices go and work with you and your insurance to try to save you money when possible. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone.

Both my daughter and husband have been coming regular for some extra work and every single time we come here Dr. Singh and his staff excel in all aspects of service and care you could want from a dentist. We feel like we are amongst friends at this office and they take their time to address your concerns and ease any anxiety. Its hard finding a dentist that talks to you calmly while communicating during all aspects of your care. Youre in great hands at this office! And they are always ready for us when we walk through the door... Granted we have been here a lot recently. When we have waited its never been longer than 5-10 minutes and the office is always clean. Right away Dr. Singh addressed an issue with my young daughter that her previous long term dentist never made me aware of and it should have been addressed a lot sooner. The orthodontist we were referred to said the issue should have been addressed 3-4 years ago and it made me feel so bad as a parent but thanks to Dr. Singh its being taken care of. Im so happy we found this office.

They are the best. They did not just take x-rays but still photos of all my teeth. He examined each tooth and gave me a prognosis. This was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. The doctor answered all my questions professionally. He was extremely knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Smile Aurora.

Great staff and super compassionate. Comfortable setting and much more affordable than any other dentist that Ive been too. Only downside is that if you do not give 48 instead of 24 business hours in advance to cancel or reschedule or you must pay a $50 fee to do so.

Dont go to this Harneet Singh went in for a Crown and ended up needing a root canal after he was done. It Very bad experience! with this DR! I told him I was in pain and he rolled his eyes when i asked for more numbing medications. Then he had his dental tech put on my crown and i asked why he did not put it on and use her... and he said she needed training, but then never checked to see if she put in on correctly so I had to come back in the office 2 times to get it fixed. Now here i am still in pain and he said i need to go to another dentist because he does not want to deal with the headache after he messed up my tooth... Pam in the office is great! Dr Kim was also great but she is no longer there.

I’m a new patient at Smile Aurora Dental and they are amazing here. It’s been some time since I last saw a dentist, so I was a little nervous walking in. The staff was great and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were very thorough and let me know what they were doing along the way. Whenever I had a question they made sure to explain fully until I knew the answer. I have a lot of work that needs to be done, and Dr Kim helped make a plan to get me to my desired goal. The staff and Dr. Kim are all amazing and I can’t wait to continue working with them!!

Went in for a cleaning today it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist. They were so nice. Inside was beautiful and it didn’t feel like a dentist office so I quickly was able to relax. They were able to give me some great advice on how to improve my oral care.They were awesome with my 7 month son as well! Even though it was just a happiness visit for him they were super friendly. For once I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating! Dr. Kim works well with adults and kids, so our whole family goes and I know we will get high quality, individualized attention. She tells you what you need for good dental health, and finds a way to make it doable in your time and financial situation. We have been very satisfied for the last several years!

I just moved to Aurora and was looking for a new dentist and I think I found my forever home! Everyone was super nice and Dr. Kim was fantastic. Dr.Kim is great, She is very thorough. I was having a lot of sensitivity on my back molars. She explained in detail what she recommended and why. She was able to do my fillings the same day. Karina was so fast on setting up the room to be able to do same day treatment. Helen is the Hygienist and she was so gentle with my cleaning. I was able to watch TV during the procedure which made me feel more comfortable. I recommend this office to anyone!

This office is amazing! Ive been coming here for about a year now and office is homey/cozy and the staff is warm and welcoming and always does a great job with their treatments. My cleanings from Helen the hygienist are always thorough and very gently and Dr. Kim is always great about explaining the procedures that will be done completely so that I have no questions or concerns about anything I go through. The assistants are great about getting me comfortable prior to any procedures. I can tell that the staff really cares about their patients. I have been to eight dentists in two countries and Dr. Kim is one of the best dentist that I have ever had. The whole staff is welcoming and willing to answer any questions that you may have. They do not rush their time with you and make sure that you are comfortable and understand what they are doing. I had an appointment that went after they closed and no one made me feel like I was a burden and they just wanted to make sure that everything was okay in my mouth. I am really glad that I found them.

Dr Hana Kim and her staff are all so very kind and respectful. My smile is lovely because of the care provided by Dr Kim, Helen, Gina, and the other staff members. I receive wonderful preventative care, and I highly recommend Dr Kim. And be sure to ask for the massage chair so you can relax while the staff clean your teeth.

Im not one who likes to go to the dentist, however Smile Aurora Dental did everything in their power to help me with the process. It started with Sabra helping get the insurance information submitted early so they knew exactly what my insurance covered when I was sitting in the chair to going over costs and procedures with me. Karina took my xrays and pictures and made it as comfortable as possible. Helen was very thorough with my cleaning and had great suggestions and tips. I was able to hold Bella (such a sweet little dog) for a bit while Dr. Kim checked my teeth over. After two years of not being to the dentist the ladies at Smile Aurora Dental made me feel comfortable and willing to go back in 6 months. I wish I had found this office sooner! Thank you all!

Smile Aurora Dental has created a safe space for some of us who dont enjoy visiting the dentist. I’ve been unhappy with my smile for 2 years due to trauma on my front teeth. I found this office by looking online and read great reviews. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Kim and she was very understanding and explained everything in detail and the steps to take in order to get the smile I want! Idania was very gentle when she took my x-rays! Sabra was very helpful explaining my treatment and answering my questions! Karina also helped me get scheduled for the first step! They also have a pet dog which made me feel more welcomed!

I am not a fan of the dentist, at all. That being said, I felt way better about the situation right when I walked into the office. The front desk staff is so inviting and nice, the dog is adorable (and totally helped with my nerves) and everyone was so good at explaining everything that it really put me at ease. They offered to change the tv for me, offered numbing gel (just for a cleaning, are you kidding me? So sweet!) and my favorite part, they have massage chairs. I left with all of the information I went in for and then some. I am so happy I chose this office!!

Ive been going there for a year now and I love how the place doesnt smell like most dentist offices. The staff are all very friendly and Dr. Kim is a great dentist. I used to be scared of needles because of how painful it was but when Dr. Kim does it, its almost painless. I can tell she really cares for her patients.

I had a good dental experience here. A tech took x-rays for me, then Dr Kim went over them with me and explained what they meant. Afterwards the hygienist and tech did a thorough cleaning for me. Dr Kim and her staff were all friendly and professional.

It was my first time in today and I’m so thankful for all the super supportive and friendly staff! A new dentist has always been a stressful event for me but they managed it just fine and I’m even looking forward to my next visit.

I went in for a routine checkup and I was blown away by the technology Dr. Kim and her staff used to show my current and potential problem areas. They took pictures of my one cavity as well as areas they were concerned would turn into cavities. Their wonderful hygienist gave me tips on how to better my oral hygiene and also gave me options for teeth whitening but was not pushy about it. They checked my insurance prior to my appointment and were able to give me a quote for my out of pocket costs for my cavity to be filled. Dr. Kim and her entire staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Id recommend them to anyone.

I was so surprised how quick it was I went in for a filling in my cavity they finished before I could even finish my episode of family guy. Overall they were friendly as well and I enjoyed my experience here.

I called this morning to schedule my son in for an emergency visit and they were able to fit us in today. Karina was so helpful with scheduling! She made sure that their office was in-network with our plan because she didnt want us to be billed for something that shouldve been covered. When we got there, they greeted us with warmth and spoke to my son to help him ease his anxiousness. Idania was so quick with the x-ray and I overheard her explain to my son what they were doing. Dr. Hana Kim went into the room and talked to my son in a laid-back manner (not so doctorish tone of voice) which was nice because he ended up giggling and felt a bit more relaxed. She took the time to explain to him what was going on with his tooth and we decided to do the treatment. She also asked if it was okay to do a cleaning on him since he was due. Helen popped in and cleaned his teeth and suggested some proper mouth rinse and toothbrush styles that would help keep his hygiene in check. Dr. Hana Kim and her staff are incredible. I didnt feel rushed and they treated us with such care. Something I have never felt in all the previous dentists Ive seen. Ive already contacted my friends and family to go to this clinic since I absolutely love the dentist and staff there. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Hannah is very talented and professional. I was with the previous owner of the practice and Dr. Hannah seems to be an upgrade. She has all the new tech and is up to date with all the latest practices. She tells you what is up and recommends a course of action, but doesnt take offense when you dont listen. Some doctors and dentists think they are a god and you have to listen to everything they say or they get really childish. She is not that way. Plus she has small hands so I dont feel like I am being gagged. :)

Dr. Kim and the staff at Smile Dental are true to their name... They will leave you smiling and happy you chose this office for all your dental work!I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years due to a rigorous travel schedule for work until the dreadful day a crown popped off my back tooth and left me scrambling to find a dentist. This was a Sunday night so I used my Delta Dental app to find a preferred provider available the next day (or I thought so at the time of booking) and chose Dr. Kim who was about 5 miles from my house. I was nervous about going to the dentist after so long and didnt want to be judged like some dentists do for not making it a regular routine over the year. Thankfully that was not the case with her office...I arrived the next day for my appt and was checking in but the front desk receptionist did not have me scheduled for that day. I pulled up my confirmation email and the appt was for Monday March 4th, not Monday February 4th like I thought I had chosen. The office knew I was in pain and asked if I would mind waiting a few minutes and they would try and work me in. I was so relieved and said absolutely! Less than 5 minutes later I was in the chair and Dr. Kim came over and introduced herself and said she would see if she could salvage the crown and cement back on and then I could come back in a few weeks and get my full exam.She walked me through the entire process from what she would be doing to ensuring I felt comfortable and wasnt experiencing pain. She was able to out the crown back on and I set up my follow-up appt a few weeks later!I have been back in a couple more times for the exam and to get a new crown for the tooth and I really enjoy her and the entire staff! I dont think Ive ever had a dentist that is so genuine and honestly cares about her patients as much as she does. Bonus, the entire staff is the same way and she even has a little pup that wanders around the office making you feel even more at home and it always puts a smile on your face!I love raving about Dr. Kim and the staff and would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to choose this office! I just hope that she will always have time for me since all of her patients adore her and highly recommend her too :)
