This place was wonderful... i have been to some bad places and this place felt like a spa compared to the others... they were so gentle during my cleaning and the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean!

I really am impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the clinic. The girls are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The previous dental clinic I attended had a less caring staff and they always hurt me, even with the routine teeth cleaning.The dental technicians at Downer Place Dental were very gentle and careful. It’s normally hard for people to be relaxed at a dentist clinic, but I was.Great job girls!

I love my daughter’s current dentist at Downer Place Dental. She’s super kid friendly which makes my child feel at ease. The dental hygienists are also very sweet! The most personable and professional. I just removed one star because I wish they had more availability when booking follow up appointments for children with special needs such as needing laughing gas, etc. Overall, I recommend Downer Place Dental.

This place is B.S. My son had an appointment at 2pm. Wasn’t brought into the room until 15 mins later. Half an hour passes and was told that the dr. was running behind because one of the rooms isn’t working. No communication. I would’ve appreciated if I was told earlier that there was going to be a long wait. Then I would’ve decided if I wanted to wait or reschedule. It’s hard to find a good dentist office around the Aurora area. Very disappointed!

Everytime i come here i wait an hour to be called to the back while i see Hispanics come in and wait only 10-15 minutes which is normal so why do i have to wait an entire hour to be serviced!

One of my older fillings came out suddenly and the staff at Downer Dental were so helpful and accommodating. The receptionist was responsive, friendly and scheduled an appointment for me the following day which put me at ease. I was seen by Dr. Kabir who was reassuring, kind and gentle. She explained everything that she was during the the procedure to replace my filling and it took less than an hour start to finish. I havent had such a positive experience at a dental office to date. Will definitely be returning to Downer Dental.

Staff was great but the Dr we had was a no. Didnt even try or want to fix any cavities on my son. This is my second time here . The first visit was great and that Dr actually fixed 1 cavity. Disappointed in this visit.

Made an appointment and Then they canceled when I showed up… never called to reschedule then said the dentist I’m seeing is on vacation.. didn’t you know that before appointment was made last week..! And I have ppo insurance

All staff and dentist are very patient. I know my kids hate going to the dentist, even with some staff I can see there annoyed but they dont ever speak on it or let my kids know. They treat them great. I mean lets be real its annoying to hear kids cry especially over a xray (like mine) but they keep calm and never let it show. Great staff and dentist!

I don’t understand why they schedule appointments when the office is closed. My appointment was at 9:30 the dentist office doesn’t open until 10:00 I was the first person there and they didn’t see me until after 10:20.

Excellent and efficient. No long waits for your appointment. The doctor is so amazing she is absolutely wonderful she had helped me with a major problem pulling two of my back molars. I actually was sent from another Doctor Who couldn’t get them out and just kind of left me hanging. They are absolutely wonderful. Effecient, clean and caring.

11/5/19I give them 2.5 stars. The doctors and staff are friendly and very professional. However, if you call them, you will be on a hold for at least 20 minutes (every time without fail). I have called three times within the last month to get information or to give information, without fail, I am put on hold for an exponential amount of time. The first two times I called, I thought that is somewhat understandable because it was at peak hours. However, now, I am realizing that is the default interaction on the phone; it doesnt matter what time you call. Whenever you call, the first thing you will inevitably hear is, Please hold! After that, get ready to wait for at least 20 minutes. If It wasnt for the phone calls, I would give them 4.5 out 5 stars. So, as long as you dont have to call them for anything, you will love this place.11/6/19So after reading this review (above), management has promised to make some adjustments with the management of the phones. To me, that makes them even more noteworthy. Businesses are not perfect. However, it says something about the morale of a business when they actually value customer feedback and make positive adjustments (within reason) to negative reviews . I was told they would place an additional person to manage the phones. My new review is a 4.5 stars

Everything seemed to be professional except when it came to managing my pain. The dentist clearly saw how bad my situation was and told me she would manage my pain but did not tell me what she was going to prescribe me and I was not aware of any medication until I received the prescription which was acetaminophen 500mg which I can get from the local grocery store without a prescription. Epic fail and I am still in pain.

Dr. Kamal and staff are very professional. I highly recommend coming to this dentist. She took the time to explain things and asked questions about the patient (my son). You can tell they truly care about helping people. The other staff there are very friendly and helpful.

The dentist and the assistants are great. However, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

This place is wonderful. My family and I were greeted respectfully. The doctor and assistant that assisted my kids are amazing. Lorena greeted us, walked us to our rooms and explained what is going to be done. My kids were shy and scared. Lorena was sweet, kind to my children and opened up to her. Dr. Chung is awesome! My overall visit was astonishing. My kids want to see Lorena next time we come. So glad I found Downer Dental!

My daughter who is 4 years old found out she had cavities and needed a tooth pulled. I went not knowing what to except and found that Dr. Kabir is a great dentist. I highly recommend her. She took her time explained everything I asked and my daughter had gas placed on her she had a shot and no problems with it because of dentist and the assistant did a great job.

This place has been giving me a run around for 3 weeks now. Sent me an hour away from my home town just to find out the Dr she referred me to doesnt take my insurance when she said they did. I called them back the same day (today) and all they said was go to this place in Chicago which is hard for me at the moment because I live in aurora. This lady doesnt wan to help anyone and has many other bad reviews. I guess Im gonna have to stay in pain until I can find an honest dentist

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, which one dentist told me to come back if my pain didnt go away in a couple of days prior to all of this . So here i am at My appointment, at 230, they didnt see me until 3pm.. I waited for another 30 minutes for the dentist just to tell me he was going to recommend me to an oral surgeon. Why didnt they just tell me this in the beginning ?? Total waste of my time. They need to get better at communicating.
