Aurora Bright Dental is the place to be! From my initial appointment to my first ever cleaning in 3 years, the ladies took care of me and teeth! I can say without a doubt Dr. Kanani is a phenomenal Orthodontist! She not only took care of me, she walked me through step by step, what fixing my teeth/journey is going to look like! I cannot wait until my follow up with her!!

Me and my kids been going to Aurora Bright Dental for 4 years. My youngest daughter’s teeth was not very good. One of her front tooth was very small at its facing backwards. With the treatment plan Dr. Kanani made, now you can not even recognize my daughter. It’s like... is that you?! From then my daughter smiles again so proud and confident. I’m so happy and the staff here are very friendly, clinic is very clean, organized and beautiful as well.

I havent been to the dentist in years and although my previous dentists were always great at what they did.. I dont think Ive ever had an entire staff that is as exceptional as this one here. I used to be so fearful of my trips to the dentist as a child (and even up to my adult years) but this staff knows how to not only put you at ease, but actually follow through with minimal to no pain at all! They are constantly explaining what theyre doing while theyre doing it and are so willing to answer any questions you may have. All the way from the office manager Ameer, to the dental assistant Sunny.. To the dental hygienist Jazmin and of course the amazing Dr. Kanani... I honestly cannot emphasize how friendly they ALL are and I am so mind blown with their professionalism! I cannot emphasize how blessed I am to have found this place. I pray that I never have to go to another dentist office other than this one! Thank you guys for providing such phenomenal service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AURORA BRIGHT DENTAL!

I have complicated teeth (filings, bridges, root canals, etc.) and the team has been very open and flexible about my options for care. I was able to get my concerns addressed as well as speak about long-term care options. Yasmin and Seny are very gentle (I still cry because I hate the dentist) and Ameer has been very pleasant.

I’ve been going to Aurora Bright Dental since July of 2020 for cleanings as well as orthodontic care. The office is modern and clean. All the staff there is exceptional! Dr. Kanani is amazing, she always walks me through what her plan of care is for my appointment. Seny is a dental assistant that works alongside Dr. Kanani when I come in for my orthodontic care. Seny is wonderful, she always goes above and beyond. She is compassionate and remembers the littlest details! Jazmin is the dental hygienist, she has educated me more on oral health then any other dental hygienist I’ve seen in the past. She is kind and always answers my questions with ease. This is by far the best place to get your dental needs taken care of.

These reviews are not the whole story. I was a longtime patient of Dr. Kanani (over 5 years) She was a great dentist. Unfortunately, she decided she wanted to expand her business and hired a brand ambassador for her online reviews. This person has repeatedly treated customers disrespecftully (especially women), and will not work with the customers regarding payment. He has done what Dr Kanani hired him to do, which is to:1. Make sure the business is paid, no matter what (including demeaning a mother in front of her two children for non payment )2. Manipulating online reviews to make it appear that the business has overwhelming online support. THIS IS NOT SO!!Do not trust these reviews. They have been manipulated by an unscrupulous person operating on behalf of Dr Kanani. Bottom line, Dr Kanani is an acceptable dentist but her aggressive business practices are abhorrent.UPDATE: The business claims they did not hire anyone to manipulate their reviews but, if you watch, many negative reviews disappear or are otherwise removed. As for calling to talk about any problems, i tried that after my wife arrived for our childrens dental appt only to find it was cancelled because a bill had not been paid. They never called to let us know they were cancelling. When my wife arrived with 7 yr old twins in tow and was told the appt had been cancelled with no warning, she was rightly upset. As for her behaving in a publicly acceptable manner this is a good example of the demeaning nature of how this business treats customers. My wife is less than 5 ft, not prone to argument and has never been in trouble with the law in her entire life. She asked to talk to Dr Kanani and was refused by Ameer, who has been accused by others of disrespect toward customers, especially women. Rather than apologizing for the cancellation and miscommunication (my wife couldve paid the bill right then), Ameer told her to leave. When i heard the story, I called to speak Dr Kanani. Ameer answered and i told him in very clear terms that as a longtime patient, i expected Dr Kanani to call. As I waited for the dr to call me back to speak about the issue, police arrived to my door. THATS RIGHT. THEY SENT THE POLICE TO OUR HOME BECAUSE I CALLED, WHICH IS WHAT THEIR RESPONSE TODAY SAID TO DO. UNBELIEVABLE.I must state for the record that ive never had a dentist, or any other healthcare professional for that matter, call the police to my door because i asked the speak with them but that is what happened here. It wasnt necessary and didnt have to end this way. It did, at least in large part, to lack of communication and agrressive actions on the part of Aurora Bright Dental. Now lets see if somehow this review is removed

Had a very pleasant experience. Specially with current time (Covid19). I had to get an emergency root canal. Everything was excellent, from making the appointment which took little time. Once there all safety measures were there. The doctor and her assistant assessed the condition and explained me my options. The root canal was done over two appointments, I will have the crown made in a future appointment.As an added bonus the assistant also speaks Spanish which would definitely be helpful if someone needs a translation happen.Excellent experience and will be setting this practice as my go to dentist for me and my family

Theyve done a massive amount of work on my teeth after I had some very poor dentistry done by my previous dentist. Always quick to get me in, always upfront about everything, and they never try to rush you into anything. They always work to keep you as comfortable and pain free as possible. Ive been going for over a year now to them and cant speak highly enough about the entire staff. Ive had many root canals and crowns done there, some extractions, plus a bridge, and working on some implants. Dr. Kanani and the entire team are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental office that can meet all your needs in one place.

They are so professional, friendly, gentle, compassionate, and understanding. I always dreaded the dentist as a kid into adulthood, and when I found Dr. Kanani and her team I trusted them instantly. My kids immediately loved Dr. Kanani at the ages of 3 and 4. As a single mother of two boys, I truly appreciated them. They always scheduled treatments or payments to fit my needs. I’ve had everything from cleanings to Pinhole Surgical Technique (PST). People always compliment my smile. To say I have recommended my family and friends is an understatement- I recommend everyone! Dr. Kanani and her team are a second family. ♥️

Everyone at this office is wonderful except the office manager. I had started a implant procedure that was going to cost thousands of dollars and paid for the work that was done as it was done but because I did not pay on a schedule (for work that was not yet done) he said my agreement was no longer valid and the price had increased almost by $2k. I was told I was given a special price while business was slow and business was no longer slow so I had to pay the new pricing. Needless to say I have left but now I just have a hole where a tooth should be.Be sure any pricing you receive is not during the slow business time and even if you are not past due for the work that has been done, be willing to pay I advance for things that haven’t been done. It took more than 3 months for my gums and area to heal from removing my previous tooth, they did the bone graft and I had to wait.

Ive been out here for 2 cleanings so far and had a pleasant experience both times! Staff is informative and willing to help make sure clients understand proceedures and charges. I have had no complaints either time and they work with my crazy busy schedule and any changes I might have to make. I have really enjoyed my dentist visits, which is not something people say often... plus, I got a new toothbrush from them!

I have been going to this place for many years. They have done many procedures. But today was the worst experience ever. Went for a dental cleaning and left cause they couldnt do anything because they wanted me to pay for a laser treatment that was not covered by my insurance. And was asked the same question over and over. I told them if its not covered I wont pay out of my packet. And so after having them check my teeth and do all of that. They could not finish what they started cause they wanted me to pay this laser treatment and so nothing was done. It was just a waist of my time. I will no longer come here cause I feel like they push you to much to have things done and at the end have you pay cause insurance did not cover. But literally you guys lost a loyal customer.

Weve been patients of this clinic for over 10 years and have experienced nothing but excellent service from the front office staff to the dental team. Amir is friendly, polite, professional. He always makes you feel welcome. Jazmin is wonderful. She has great bedside manner and her technique is gentle, confident and thorough. I have a problem with TMJ and she always makes sure my jaw gets frequent breaks :). Dr. Kanani is great. She is kind and thorough as well. Her office is well-prepared for this pandemic. Appointments are spaced out so the waiting room is never crowded. The waiting area is well-decorated and clean. Each treatment room has a negative pressure fan, UV filters in the ceiling vents as well as a UV lamp to sterilize the room at the end of the day. Staff are well protected in PPE as well. COVID19 doesnt stand a chance in this office. My wife and I highly recommend this place and will be coming here for years to come (well. . . as long as we have teeth).

Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted & introduced to both people at the front desk and then every person I came in contact with. They have very impressive equipment and complete all proceses in that office. I had x-rays & cleaning, which came with extensive explanations & fully answered every question. I was treated with respect the whole time. Such a nice change from my previous dentist office.

I have been to many places for my dental work but this place is clean as you first step into the office with a nice welcome from friendly staff and all were professional. The team (all) had a high energy that showed me they cared and this gave my experience a high quality of service. I had a decent experience with the dentist when I visited . The customer service up front is not worth the hassle. My prior visit I purchased a Waterpik. My 2nd visit I purchased a tooth brush with my HSA card when I was in the office. For some reason the transaction didnt go through on their end before I was sent on my way. They sent multiple bill statements from January to early March. Ameer would not remove the $18 fee but offered to adjust off $7. The practice admin should have enough common sense to not lose a client who has purchased additional items each visit over a $11 late fee.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I got in a fight with Ameer harvery not only was this man disrespect and not professional but he didn’t even know what he was arguing with me about. Called my mother irresponsible and that her job was not an excuse for anything he continued to argue and yell with a firm voice as a professional you should never scoop to that level no matter how mad the customer may be. He even denied us to talk to the receptionist that was the lady that told us everything and she Knew more but he stilled continued and when I said I had anxiety he just laughed. Honestly I’ve never gotten into an argument with a person who was supposed to be a professional to scream and tell my mom that the only reason she came was cause she was sent to collections so honestly I’m disappointed we never got an apology and he continued to say everything is done how he says, charging us 100 and some without even know why or telling us a reason. Honestly I know the owner is gonna try to comment something just to try to make them look better but, no go for yourself read everything carefully. Even somethings they say they aren’t true to their word about. I don’t wish my experience upon anyone that is why I reviewed this I would give 0 stars if I could they don’t deserve not one. My mother was their patient but she has a better dentist in saint Charles that doesn’t argue and is professional. He still wanted her to leave a voice mail when it’s not even translated to Spanish, they never call, and when they do they hang up. She left voicemail like I showed her they never called back, so wow what a great business you have and they are so “responsible”.

This is our follow up visit. Service was great. The staff are very kid friendly and professional. clinic is always clean, it has a very comforting setting. My 3 yr old was scared to come to the dentist. But she was easily calmed and she enjoyed her visit. The dentist is always nice. I would recommend any 1 to come here.UPDATE 🥰We met Dr Yasmin Kanani when we were at our lowest. My 3 yr old suffers from sleep apnea. She had her tonsils and adenoids removed at 2 yrs old but problem persisted. The 3rd sleep study showed blockage but the Dr didnt know what was blocking. Sleep machine wasnt an option. Surgery to see whats blocking was their recommendation. And the 1st surgery was ruff on my baby, I didnt want her going through that again. So I searched online and found out that Dentists can treat oral issues as well. I found Dr Yasmin Kanani. Our 1st visit went well. My 3 yr old easily warmed up to Dr Yasmin Kanani and her staff due to their kindness and familiarity with children. I was impressed because the other dentist I use to take my baby to, she was not friendly, my 3 yr old was always scared and uncooperative. I toldDr Yasmin Kanani about my daughters sleep apnea and her health history, she listened til I was finished. A big plus for me. She diagnosed my baby with an under developed jawline all by doing an exam. This was the problem, jawline too far back, causing blockage while sleeping. Tongue relaxes while sleeping blocking airway. She recommended the oral device called The Habit Corrector. Im like how is a mouth piece gonna help this🤔. She informed me that it will help with grinding, tongue thrusting, align jaw bone correctly, mouth breathing, snoring, etc. My 3yr old HAD the tongue thrusting at night, mouth breathing, snoring, grinding, all which caused sleep apnea. My 3 yr old was skeptical about putting this weird device in her mouth. But Dr Yasmin Kanani is clever, she told my daughter this is her own special pacifier and that she can wear it in the daytime too. My daughter smiled 😊 and allowed Dr Yasmin Kanani to place device in her mouth. So we tried it out that night. I noticed with nightly usage that it will come out my daughters mouth cause she moves about alot. So I only let her wear it 3 or 4 times a night. She rarely wore it in the daytime cause she just wants to play. I noticed recently my daughter doesnt have to wear the device at night anymore. She keeps her mouth closed at night now and breathes freely through her nose, no more snoring, no more waking up gasping for air, no more tongue thrusting, no more grinding and most of all , no more sleep apnea😃.Dr Yasmin Kanani changed our lives. We now get much needed sleep. I would definitely recommend Dr Yasmin Kanani to anyone who is looking for a real loving and caring Dentist. She gives hugs and is concerned about any issue you may have. She seems eager to help. There arent enough words to express my appreciation to this dedicated Dentist. My God bless her. OH and this is not a paid review either. I am a real Mom of 4. I have 3 girls. All my girls had sleep apnea as toddlers. My oldest 2 girls were corrected with surgery. But my baby wasnt corrected with surgery. So I was not happy. No one got rest for the beginning of her little life. And 6 months after meeting Dr Yasmin Kanani, we are cured of sleep apnea. YESS CURED. If this is your issue, she is the one to go to.

I was sad that my former dentist moved to Seattle, but then Im glad that I was introduced to Dr. Kanani. Shes very patient, friendly, GENTLE & meticulous with her work. She also has a wonderful team that always making sure Im comfortable & theyre always there to help with anything we need. Except for one girl that I dont remember her name, I wasnt comfortable with her & I requested that shes not assisting in any of my future visits. They honor my request & Im very pleased with that. My husband & my mother both are also Dr. Kananis patients.

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Kanani for years now. The entire staff are always very kind, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Kanani is one of the best dentist I have ever encountered, very skilled and also makes you feel like family. From when we first walked in for our appointment and til the very end, Lisa was very professional, nice and helpful throughout.

Dr. Kanani & the staff at Aurora Bright Dental are the best! I never liked going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Kanani last year. The staff is nice & accommodating. They offer options for people who don’t have dental insurance. The office is modern & clean. It’s a good environment! Everyone knows you by name. I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room forever to be seen. Always on time. Highly recommend!

After avoiding the dentist for the last four years,I scheduled an appointment at Dr.Kanani ‘s office.Upon arriving,I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff,who were friendly and helpful.they made me feel comfortable while I was waiting,which wasn’t long.After an in-depth examination,Dr.Kanani took the time to explain to me what she had found and answered all of my questions thoroughly.she also gave me several options for treatment,so that I could choose which would work best for my situation.Im very happy with the results and my next appointment is in two weeks.I would highly recommend Dr.Kanani and her staff.

Ive been taking my kids to this dentist for about 2 years now. So far so good. Staff is very easy to work with and have always treated my kids very well. Daughter is 6 and son is 11. This should help some of you with kids on making a decision. Before this I was taking them to a different dentist office where they would almost always come out of room crying which didnt seem right to me. Im glad I switched.
