I’ve had the worst experience with this hospital. There isn’t any communication here. I made an appointment for my daughter and when we got there we were sent to various parts of the building only to be late for our appointment. While we were waiting for the doctor we find out from a nurse that we were scheduled for a physical and not what we had intended the appointment to be. The Doctor was nice enough to figure it all out and wheel in an iPad to speak with a specialist. We then made 4 follow up appointments, and filled out an atrocious amount of paperwork. I get a call a week later informing me that they don’t even take my insurance and if I want to continue going there I’ll have to pay out of pocket. Why wasn’t this figured out before my appointment? I thought that is why I give you my insurance info before hand? It’s absolutely ridiculous that account of stress this place has put us through. I now have to put my daughter through this again to get her the help she needs. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise, because I don’t want her going to place so disorganized.

I absolutely love this place. They are always fast and friendly, plus having the MyChart app makes it so helpful to follow up with his pediatrician or ask questions. They also have a pediatric dentist on site too so it makes for a one stop shop.

I am a single mother with no body to watch my children. I dont trust strangers either. They give no option for single mothers whose child needs to be seen. The policy is we cant take siblings to appointments and their solution was for me to leave m y child with some daycare at the hospital! SO i can take my son to the hospital just not with me? That sounds sketchy to me. I have never left my child with a people I dont know and I dont plan on starting now. Too many child predators to do that!! they need to find better solutions and make exceptions for single mothers who have no other option.

Me and my Baby boy have been coming to childrens clinic since he was born, the staff is amazing and wonderful at caring for my baby and making sure he is growing up smart and healthy ! The resources like child development team are amazing! And they offer amazing resources. We love his doctor she always answers our concerns and any questions. Would definitely reccomend them.

Should have come here first. These folks care, know their stuff and it shows. Thank you!

This location has poor customer service. There is no need for continuity of care between one annual well child visit and the next one. I want an appointment that is convenient for me, not you. I do not recommend this provider. They are bureaucratic and focused on convenience for themselves at the expense of patients

Patient and waited an hour for a appointment that had been scheduled for a month only to find out AFTER I asked why it was taking so long that THE DOCTOR WASNT EVEN THERE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. NO INTEGRITY OR EESPECT FOR PATIENTS OR THEIR FAMILIES!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! YOURE PATHETIC LYDIA!
