I had a bad experience with a different lash tech not affiliated with Lash Out Colorado a year ago. I was hesitant about trying extensions again. Demi, Heather, and Santiana were all extremely accommodating. Heather did a patch test to see if their glues were safe for my eyes. Then at my actual appointment, Santiana was gentle and asked throughout my session if the lashes felt good or if my eyes felt any adverse effects. After my appointment, Demi followed up with me via Instagram and answered all of my questions quickly.I couldn’t give them enough praise for having such great customer service. Their prices are competitive and the quality is amazing! The studio is clean and comfortable. I will be back and I highly recommend them to anyone who’s seeking a high caliber studio.

Demi and her team are amazing. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now and my lashes ALWAYS look killer. Just how I want them. Now that I’m so comfortable with her and her work, I have an appt for microblading and lip blush! I know she will SLAY it.

I was told by Demi that she would take off my eyelashes prior to eye surgery and put back on for free after surgery.I have texted her, emailed her and called her at least a total of 6 times.She has chosen to ignore me completely.I gave her very expensive dog supplements for her dogs as well as 2 dogs because i thought she was a good person.Apparently she is too busy now to care about people who gave selflessly to her.

Demi is phenomenal! Shes extremely thorough about the microblading process. My brows look amazing thanks to her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Shes wonderful with communication from the time you book your appointment down to the day. I truly have nothing but good things to say and will definitely be recommending her services.

I am super picky about how my brows are done and the result I got with Demi is honestly the best brow wax I’ve ever gotten—she did a FLAWLESS job. Got my brows cleaned up but kept them thick like I like them! She also did an AMAZING job on my brow tint.
