Sici has been my hair stylist for 7 years and my husbands for 9. She’s the only person I trust to cut and color my hair. I love catching up with her after months!!

When I request for my receipt send to my email. After three day, havent seen it. I reminded Sici. She wrote a text said You are the pain on the tail bone of lady. Thought, she is good hair style, good hair cut I havent found. But, over this situation, I decided not to come back again. Even I really like her to cut my hair.

Sici is who my hair has been crying for. I am so glad I stopped in. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and taught me some stuff. I am so happy with the outcome, I even got my confidence back😊 I will definitely will be back and Ill be bringing my daughters in too.

Great salon! My daughter and I walked into the salon and were warmly welcomed by the stylists and her little dog. I ruined my hair trying to do it myself during this crazy nightmare pandemic and I was almost at tears. But the stylist was very professional and she new exactly what she was doing! She made my hair look fabulous and I have received many compliments. My daughter and I enjoyed being in the salon especially getting to pet her cute little gentle, loving dog. The dog was very well behaved and let us pet him. This little gentle dog is not the biting kind I can assure this. The dog is really friendly and the stylist is awesome at what she does!

Best salon in town!!! Was the only place that could get the style and color I wanted. Price was reasonable and affordable!! Had the cutest pup in there that was so gentle and sweet to my 5 month old baby. Place is very neat clean and sanitized. Only place I will be going to get my hair done. For the last 2 years I have been searching for a good hair stylist as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to letting people cut my hair. More often than not I am left disappointed with my cut and feel regretful when I go to pay. Let me assure you, when you get your hair cut by Sici you WILL NOT feel ANY of these feelings. Its obvious she has a lot of passion and her experience is shown through her techniques. She really took the time to get to know what I wanted and how I wear my hair, she also took the texture of my hair into consideration. Dont waste your time or money at any other salon. This is honestly the BEST cut I have ever received. My dry damaged ends are gone, my hair can be brushed with ease, and not only do I love the cut but she was able to keep my length. Ive gone to Sici twice. First time was good. She did a good job. Second time was horrible. She cut my hair incorrectly and now will take months to grow out enough for me to get it back to how it should be. I specifically told her I needed blond around my face, she did dark around my face and throughout roots and then did blond highlights throughout with foils but did not take the color to my roots (leaving nearly an inch from my root). When I brought it up after drying my hair she said it was cause my hair didnt have enough weight to hold the foils. Ive been having my hair done with foils for nearly 20 years and never had this issue. I had told her blond throughout and dark low lights (specifically blond around my face cause that is where my greys show up) as this is how Ive had my hair done for the last 2 years. I had a coworker take pictures the next day and sent them to Sici and asked her for a refund. She never responded. This was highly upsetting that I paid for bad hair coloring and bad hair cut. Not to mention she talks /negatively/badly about the nail salon next door, other clients and even other stylist who work in the salon. I never heard back from Sici, so I went there to try to talk to her. She walked away from me, was rude, and would not take responsibility. She said that she did everything to make it right. She attempted to redo the foils around my face after drying and I had brought it to her attention of how far away the blond was from the root. She was irritated. Said there was nothing she could do cause the foils wouldnt stay put. Its cause she didnt pull the foils tight to my scalp and put the color to the root. This is how my previous stylists have done foils, and there was never an issue. I have been embarrassed of the way my hair looks, my coworkers the next day pointed out that there was even more areas throughout that had about an inch gap from my root. Paying $145 for a bad hair color job and hair cut.I do not recommend this salon and definitely not Sici. Ive never had a stylist be so rude, it was uncomfortable hearing her talk so negatively about the nail salon next door, her clients and other stylist. Im sure she will now speak negatively about me. It is horrible customer service. It is also not how someone should be running business. She refused to make it right or issue a refund even with pictures and my message of concern of how it looks.

I went to Impressions for the first time and have never been more disappointed with a haircut. Not only did I not get anything that I asked for, but what I did get was not done well. I asked for an undercut that would go over my ear and was talked out of it by Sisi. I instead got a simple straight undercut on the back of my head. I would have been happy with this if the cut was actually straight. However, there are chunks of hair near my ears that were missed during the shaving process, which was much less accurate than previous undercuts I have had.When Sisi asked what I wanted done with the rest of my hair, I told her I only wanted a trim. Instead, she cut off 4 inches of my hair, giving me a bob that I did not ask for or want. This was one of the most expensive and disappointing haircuts I have ever recieved.

Ive never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life, ever. Si Ci has been responsive and helpful if there was anything I wasnt happy with. Ive had at least 3 people ask me for the place I get my hair done. I have really thin brittle hair so this is amazing, because as I said, never before has anyone wanted to know who my stylist was. Si Ci is great with hair and will honestly tell you what works/doesnt work with your hair. Im a very satisfied customer.

Cici is amazing!!!! I was a burgundy red and I decided to go blonde. We did 2 sessions but what a difference after the first! I’ve never gone somewhere that actually cared about there clients and told them upfront the truth and gave real expectations! I am now fully blonde and it didn’t damage my hair! At my initial visit, which by the way, was squeezed in due to another hairstylist at another salon destroying my hair color and cut after recently moving to CO, finding Sici was not only a blessing, but a diamond in the rough!She listened to my concerns, saw what was done to my hair, saw what my previous hairdresser and dear friend, prior to moving to CO, had always done beautifully to my hair, and proceeded to get the job done of fixing this disastrous hair color and cut to my original style!Sici’s studio is very easy to overlook in Aurora. After relocating about 2 years ago to the Aurora area, I was searching for a new stylist. After several misses and this last disaster, I was very fortunate enough to find Sici.Sici is the best stylist I have ever had here and a keeper! I have beautiful hair everyday! Prices are so reasonable and even more so considering the level of knowledge, skill and service I receive at each appointment.Sici is so terrific and I am frequently asked who I use as a hairstylist. I even have a friend/coworker who now sees Sici and very pleased with her talent as well!Sici is truly one of a kind in today’s world of customer service and I am very fortunate to have her as my hairstylist!Thank you Sici!

Best service ever! She was the nicest lady and really did an incredible job on my hair. I have super long hair that was damaged because I bleached it at home previously. I walked in with damaged splotchy hair and when I walked out of her place my hair looked fabulous! She does incredible work 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

She does beautiful highlights, and I have a great time every time I go in. I just sit back and let her be in charge of my hair and she always does a fabulous job. I initially went in with a bad home dye job, and I have not colored my hair at home since! I love how my hair looks each time. The cut and color is always incredible, to match the customer service! I highly recommend Impressions Hair Salon.

I came in on short notice for a quick trim, and ended up with 3 inches cut off of my hair and bangs that she didnt finish because they made me look 12. I understand that it was last minute and she was rushing to get home, so gave the cut a shot and after a week was still not liking it. I contacted her to see if we could negotiate a solution, she first resent me photos of my hair cut with no additional text, then when i replied she accidentally sent me a text that was clearly for a spouse or partner asking them what she should do, then sent me another text an hour later expressing her surprise and not addressing the issue at all. My reply did not go through, and its safe to assume she has blocked me. This is the most unprofessional, insulting experience Ive had with a hair dresser in my life.

Always extremely satisfied with the work Sisi does on my hair! Shes great giving advice when I dont know exactly what I want, and knows exactly what will look great! Its nice to be able to put that kind of trust into a hairdresser!!

Chop Shop, I know a place in Houston, Texas, that literally only employs Asain barbers, that cranks out $4 haircuts all day...in the same store where they do $40 haircuts.You just dont know how to run a real business.And, clearly, Youre another one of those people who have no idea what whiny means.Edit #2: Furthermore, I find funny how you just made fun of Great Clips...which is a Corporate Establishment.I just tried to find out the size of your company a moment ago from writing this edit...and Ive only found one specific location.Ive found Great Clips in multiple places in Houston, Texas alone, then in Galveston, Texas.Personally, and professionally, I think Great Clips would Love to hear how you see their quality of business. 😛1 star because you wanted to charge me $28 for a Bald Fade.A Bald Fade is a haircut that can be knocked out in like 5 minutes.Whereas I can find places that will do it for around $4...I would even pay around $10, if you had great service.What Im really saying is, Unless youre about to give me a North Korean face massage with that haircut...Uuuuhhh...No.Theres literally 2 other barber shops in the same area that are cheaper.Theyre in the complex across the street.

Went for the first time today and had a great experience. Sici was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She did a fabulous job on cutting my hair. I’ve had a very hard time finding a hair stylist that I trust and like but now I’m thankful I’ve found Sici. She exceeded all my expectations, I highly recommend. I have been carrying around some dead hair for months after a balayage gone wrong. I woke up the other day and decided I couldnt stand another day with it. I called up, explained the situation, and was in the salon 2 hours later. The color has been expertly textured out and feels so fresh! There is still a little of the colored hair left in order to maintain length, but its good to know where I will be going to get that taken care of, as well as any other of my hair needs in the future.

Sici has been doing my hair for a year now and now I will never trust anyone else to do it. She not only is a talented colorist but cares about the health of your hair as well. She provides a 5 star experience

I came to see Sici for the first time today. My hair was all fried and damaged. She had to cut a good chunk of it. I needed to color my hair too. She suggested we color the roots only to not damage the hair even more. She colored the roots and extended the color so it blends in nicely with existing color. It turned out very nicely and looks as if I went to a pricy salon. I liked that she suggested and did what was best for my hair. My hair looks much healthier, Ill definitely be back!!

Had my hair cut here once and I liked it I recently had my hair highlighted and didnt like it and wanted it dyed over. With the product being on my head was stinging a little bit and I just politely expressed my concern. She rudely said I know what Im doing do not rush me. Um my head was stinging what would you expect me to do? I asked for brown and my hair is black.

This is by far the worst hair color Ive ever had. I walked out of this place with orange hair. I read its great reviews and found only disappointment. Im NEVER going back. I specifically told her that if she couldnt do it I could go soowhere else but she assured me she could. Please stay away from here! You have been warned. These reviews must be from family.

OMG! My hair was in desperate need of keratin for several upcoming events - but I was on vacation. Though Impressions Salon is closed on Tuesdays, Sici made an exception to come in and do my hair. The salon is bright and spacious. Sici is truly a master stylist. She even trimmed my bangs and offered coloring suggestions. If I lived in Denver, Impressions would be my hair salon!
