In the Winter time there will be ice everywhere. I honestly wrote this as I am parked and just witnessed an Amazon Delivery Person do about a 5 foot slide (on purpose) on the side walk. I do not know where the HoA fees go to. If it was summer time this is what you get. Grass half cut on one side, lower cut on the other. Dirt tracks in your yard.

Garbage everywhere .especially in the parking lot. Of Alexandria Lane and four seasons .

Dont even know where to start. Always icy in winter, the property maintenance company just uses industrial salt to melt the ice which is not pet or animal friendly. Garbage in parks is left to over flow frequently. When I go out for a walk I keep finding used condoms laying on the ground for days, weeks and months at a time. Which is disgusting and not family friendly at all. And also have pictures. It dosent matter what road youre on you can always find trash laying on the ground. There was a shooting a couple months ago close to the school. Roads kinda suck too.
