I have been coming here since 2011. I love the doctor and nurses! I have delivered three children with these doctors. I live far away now, but choose to drive to see them when needed! Worth the drive!

I’ve been with D. Lichfield for years and I absolutely love her. She’s thorough, intelligent, extremely professional. There’s no one else I’d rather see for my OB care or own personal care. I would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I both see Dena. She is so personable. She really takes her time to get to know you as a patient and shes not judgmental at all. I felt so comfortable with her. The nurses and front desk are amazing as well, very friendly and attentive.

I find it quite refreshing , to be seeing a primary care physician,who takes the time to be generally concerned , and extremely personable , and professional... almost as if she was treating a really good friend.Dr. Dena has won me over , by her calming nature...to eliminate axiety....at the source by saying one step at a time and were going to get you healthy. My personal experiences with primary care physicians has been not the greatest , but theyre like Gold once you find a good one.....never let go....10 stars.......!!!!!!!

Dena was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G along with Bri everything was so fast and Dena was very understanding i was a new patient today and i am overall satisfied.

This is not a medical office to choose if you have a chronic medical condition. The office staff is burdened by completing referrals. The doctor I am seeing--rarely answers my medical questions or follows up with doctors he has referred you to treatment. This medical office is a wellness clinic. If you have any serious conditions do not choose this doctors office.

Switch if you can. They wont give you test results and they dont care for your well being or if your baby is ok. The ladys upfront are rude and think they are better than the other women in there. Worst place Ive ever been to.

I have been seeing the Lichfields for 16 years now and all I can say is they are amazing. They both are extremely thorough and caring I have never felt rushed, ignored or not taken seriously. It saddens me to read some of their reviews. I am a frequent flier there unfortunately so I have had more than my fair share of experience with them. Dr. Quinn is beyond wonderful. I have recommended both of them for years. In fact several of my family has made Quinn their primary. Wonderful clinic,wonderful Docs and they make you feel like family. They actually do care.

Dr Dena is excellent! She is my primary doctor and just delivered my baby. She is thorough and compassionate herself and has a great support staff!

I love the front end and the back office as well and both Dena and Quinn are amazing at what they do. Some of these reviews have to be a direct reflection of the patient because Ive never had a Bad experience with any of the staff at this office in all of the years Ive been a patient. This team of doctors is very caring and knowledgeable. They are very through in trying to get you healthy and keep you healthy. I am confident in saying that Dr. Dena and Dr. Quinn is the best doctors that I have came across in my 34 years on this planet. Love them!

Ive been seeing Dr. Quinn for several years now. He is very responsive and thorough. I can usually get in within a few days or even on the same day if I call after 8:30 A.M.

My mother and i come to Dr. Dena and we absolutely love her. She is very sweet, kind and passionate. I’ll never ever everrr go to another doctor. She is a busy doctor but she is worth it. And my dad hates going to the doctor my mom made him see dr Quinn and my dad felt so comfortable with him. I’ll recommend these doctors to everyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr Quinn Lichfield for about six years now and wouldn’t dream about switching doctors unless I was forced to. He responds to voicemails, is attentive while visiting patients, and overall we just get along.

My Dr. had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment (understandable) but a call would have been nice so I didnt have to drive to the clinic to find out.

Highly negligent , does not listen nor do they care about your situation when you explain your concerns and or exhibit clear symptoms of sickness, I lost my job dealing with them and trying to get crucial paperwork completed. the doctor did not read the documentation I gave them initially and is clearly not up to date with how ada is done, and in consequence, the experience was drawn out to 2 months!The two months were extremely stressful I was bedridden the first part of it. Puking, loosing my voice, my breath, highly congested with a sore rib from coughing a month straight. I am still extremely disappointed (and sore ) from the ordeal, all I can say is patient beware.. I wish i had acted sooner.I am normally a pretty patient soft spoken person, but by being patient and waiting for the doctor. I only ended up getting worse, it was my family who put their foot down and told me to be more assertive dealing with this doctor. I appreciate them for that but again i was too late.Just go across the street the people there are much nicer, understand situations and take their time with you instead of talking over you, they take you seriously and do not waste your time or half heartily fill out important documentation.My mom had warned me about this place after she was treated unfairly,I seriously should have listened. Good news is I have moved on to another physician and i am very happy there, and i am looking to return to workforce soon.Patient beware!!To the doctors - please take your patience seriously, please become more acquainted with newer practices and policies regarding ADA or at least read the documentation when handed to you, It may seem like it helps to stay or seem chirpy and happy, but to a patient who was in pain, that comes off as you being non caring and not taking their situation seriously- please work on bedside manner. Also, current staff is still top notch..doctors not so much.

Im very picky with Doctors - as Im a nurse myself. I absolutely recommend Dr. Quinn Lichfield! I came to him with a large medication regimen, and he was not only concerned, but very helpful and proactive with managing my medication. Very professional and caring.

My expierience was not well. The doctor heard my issues but decided that he would not listen to them. I have so many problems, I just came for some referrals and an established doctor that actually cares about my well being. Well I was treated very unfairly. He ignored my reasoning behind what is going on in life simply because he did not have the education to know what I was talking about. He thought I was some crazy guy, doing crazy things, because he thinks the medicine I take is a danger. I consume two kinds of plants for medicine. And a drug that the copyright expired so off label is the only way of prescribing. It is not anywhere near as dangerous as a plethora of drugs he was willing to prescribe patients of his. But due to the lack of his education, he considered a schedule 3 drug more of a death threat than all the schedule 2 drugs like Xanax and Adderall he would prescibe. Quinn was rude to me, disrespectful to myself and my conditions. I would never recommend this place, and I really had high hopes for here. Its unfortunate.

Very unprofessional staff, terrible doctors, this place is horrifying all together! The staff that answers the phones make you wait and dont listen to whats going on. Plus the doctors wont do ANYTHING thats on my list to do for my pregnancy. I would not recommend this place to anyone . Youd be better off having your baby in a closet or on the back seat of a car!!

If youre in pain good luck trying to get an appointment, theyll send you to the er so they can bill you 10k for a rx of pain pills or you can wait 5 days to see them

Loooooooong wait in the waiting room. Was hurting extremely bad but they ignored me and kept me sitting in a bad position until they got off the phone.

Bad service, the front receptionist are so rude and they give you the wrong information. I don’t recommend this place and that’s why i will be going to another clinic.

They really need to hire new staff.
