Would offer no stars but that’s not an option. This guy Keith laughs at your struggles and pokes fun at you. Good luck trying to get responses as well. My probation officer warned me not to go and to say they were right kills me. This place is a joke.

Keith was extremely helpful and got my assessment in a timely manner. Also, very courteous and understanding in the process.

Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE. do not use key to life counseling. There is absolutely ZERO counseling done by Keith. Every single week, he is 15-30 minutes late logging on to the webex, then he takes attendance and takes payment, and dismisses the class after being logged in for 30 minutes maximum because he has something different in his personal life to deal with every time. Not to mention, they are extremely shady with payment. You either cashapp kieth directly, OR they refuse to accept vouchers.

Was a great experience. Truly enjoyed the 55 weeks with Keith!

Something shady going on with payments for attendees.

They made my husband take a test thing online and failed him. After Cashapping Askari the money for it.We went somewhere else for his eval where he did the interview with someone and what do you know. PASSED.

So I cash app the dude, not the company 210 bucks. I take the two surveys, passed my alcohol and substance abuse parts, but because I answered my questions face Im a level 4 out of 5 and they suggest out patient therapy. People suggested that without ever meeting me even though I passed the alcohol and substance abuse. Its a waste of time and money use west pines

Key to life is an amazing place for education or therapy. Keith has been such a blessing. I would recommend him and his colleagues to anyone who asks.

Keith was very rude. He said he would call me back but never did. Then when i called him back he said he would send me an invoice but never did. The next time we spoke I mentioned this and then he sent me the wrong invoice. Then, during my intake he put me on hold for five minutes. What is the point of scheduling time if he is going to put me on hold during our meeting? I mention that the intake process had been frustrating so far and he became even more rude and said, Do you want to do this or not!?!? This is not the type of guy that I want counseling from...

Keith not only is a counselor here, he is a recovered addict who knows what it’s like for us in recovery. He knowledge of recovery not only comes from his degrees, it comes from his own personal experiences. On top of that he’s a cool dude that you can feel comfortable talking to.

Arrived at this locate to complete an assessment for my son. I was immediately met with a standoffish attitude by the gentleman that was at the front desk. I am incredibly disappointed that this is the only counseling option for the Cherry Creek School District.

Keith is relatable, honest, most helpful counceler I have seen. I highly recommend him and Key to Life. Whether it be DUI classes, counseling, or the other services he offers.
