This agency violated my rights and my hippa often. I had this agency for more than 4 years for my family. I was discharged immediately and black mailed for asking to file a greivance for malpractice and hippa violations. They are not professional and there is a very good reason why they do not have a waitlist as in comparison to quality companies where people stay emloyed and provide quality services. There turn over rate is high, if you choose this company you are in for a world of hippa violations!

The financial dept (BJ) in the augusta office needs further training on how to process reimbursements correctly.
