The service was prompt and polite. I had no idea what I needed and just brought my employers paperwork with me. They were able to explain everything to me and submitted the paperwork directly to the employer. It’s a walk in clinic and I went at a quieter time so there was no wait.Thanks for great service!

I was at concenta for job screenings twice in the same week as a walk in for two different jobs. The was very friendly and I was seen quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the staff and the services they provided.

I waited 45 minutes for a pre job drug test. I checked in went to the waiting room where there was one other person. I sat as the room filled with person after person. No one was called in, I could hear employees laughing and chatting at the desk, but no one was helped. Finally after between 45 minutes and an hour I was called in and took the test, which the employee was very pleasant. The poor other guy was still in the waiting room with the 7 people who came in while we sat.

Insanely long wait for what should have been a short and simple pre-employment screening. No options to get screened at any other location due to a corporate contract. Won’t be going back at my discretion.

I was helped by a nurse named Patty. She was so kind and courteous that I couldnt help calling her maam, in which she playfully chided me and asked that I call her by her name. Everyone in the facility was thoughtful and gentle; you could tell that the staff were doing their best keeping the facility clean and fully functional.

Staff was very disorganized. 45 minutes just getting through what should have been 15 minutes worth of paperwork because they are trying to do everything electronically, which failed miserably. The girl doing the DOT prelims ( drug screen, eyes, etc ) talked way too fast and was not professional what so ever. Had to sign my name to a DOT medical card with a computer mouse, try signing your name with a mouse…good luck. Not impressed with concentra but also didn’t have a choice where to go.

My sign in without an appointment was flawless, given how busy the front desk representative was at 9 a. m. Forms were exchanged. I was asked to fill out a history online. Then more than an hour passed. Patients ahead of me, but also patients behind me, went through to the back. I have no idea if this wasnt because some had appointments, had a simple need, or confusion, since I was asked after an hour if I had filled out the history. Perhaps there was no indication at the front desk? The cna was totally efficient, in good humor, professional, and decided to recheck my blood pressure which had initially been elevated. The doctors cdl exam was scripted: he read it off a screen. By the end, I had the medical documents in hand, and this from a staff member working alone at the front desk.

Was fairly quick getting seen. Different people administered each section of the screening. No place to wash hands inside bathroom for pee test ( only outside in where u give pee in very public hallway). Lab results were quick getting back to me.

If you like being treated like a criminal and feeling like youre guilty of something then Concentra is the right place for you to go. The employees never seem to be happy and god forbid you sit in the wrong chair or dont do something the exact way they say to. I have no idea why companies use Concentra. Maybe its because they dont realize how bad Concentra treats patients.

The people there were amazing with the information of help that I needed the procedures walk me through with a breeze took care of everything very well informed and very polite and very respectful initially they were doing an amazing job the only problem I have the computer software that were using is locking up on them the computers need upgrading took me an extra 20 minutes to stand there for them to try to keep resetting the computer

The CNA that I had was a superstar in all respects. Everyone I had contact with were very professional.

All the staff were so nice. There was a problem with the computer system however I was informed the whole way and because of that they few extra minutes did not bother me at all. They were professional, explained everything and the wonderful MA that drew blood didnt even leave a mark. Excellent care.

I called and asked about a DOT physical and told them my history. They said it was no problem and to come in. I get there and went through the whole process and was denied for the very reason that I told them about over the phone. $122 later thanks for nothing. Waste of my time and money. It was a cut and dry reason they could have said it over the phone. So now I’m out of work and $122 poorer

Getting there early I would think they wouldnt be too far behind.waited almost a hour in the waiting room,then in the exam room was told be 10 min,took a good 45 min.

Concentra makes their own rules apparently and does not go by state standards. So even if a medication is fine with state standards for a certain job but concentra is not then they will call your employer that you are there for and tell them you failed your physical or test or exam or whatever. So the less you tell them the better.

The staff was friendly enough and got me registered within 10 minutes. I had my workplace fitness/strength test which was easy and only took about 15 minutes. After the test I had to wait to see the nurse practitioner and waited over an hour to be seen which was pretty frustrating since had to travel 45 minutes both ways. I just wish they had better time management for being seen afterwards with nurse practitioner. Lol she also used my personal cellphone flashlight to check my eyes so thought was kinda funny and odd!

First off Patty is a rock star, she has always been very kind, an does her job well. As for the other staff they also do a great job. Very friendly environment for being a doctors office. Stop in for all puns aside Urgent Care. 😆

Too many people in waiting room for my comfort. Signing in and them wanting us to do our paperwork on our phone. My phone is not capable to do that. Had to find me an I pad. Physical : listen to vitals bend over squat . Look at an eye chart. What they really wanted was a urine specimen. I hope the employer did not pay too much for that Physical! Have been disappointed there once before.

1st attempt for employment drug test...no masks provided so I had to go to car to get an old oneFilled out Covid form. Allergy cough do I had to go sit in vehicle to waitI had the order and bar code on my phone. Secretary said they only accept electronic version and their system was down with no ETA on it being back upHad to go back again the next day since I only had 48hrs to complete task for employer. That secretary said she could take form.Wasted a whole morning before work previous day. And an Urgent Care facility that’s requires you to bring your own mask??? Not impressed

I got in there I was there for three and a half hours waiting to be seen to be a physical for a construction job just about fell asleep yes they do walk ins but when you have an appointment but you did I did miss but and told him then I filled out more paperwork than I could possibly do if I got some things but three and a half before I wait for physical is ridiculous

I was met by very friendly receptionist who wad cheerful and kind. I was told immediately there might be a delay because of volume and that gave me a chance to change my plans if needed. I decided to stay.Once i was sent to the back for the drug screening the young lady who processed the test was efficient but not pushy or cold. She was patient and walked me through the process quickly but thoroughly. I did not feel pressured or stressed by the activity.Overall a well managed process.

Theres nothing urgent about this place. If whatever ails you doesnt kill you while you wait, youll probably die of old age before being seen. Tried to call ahead last week but was told they dont take appointments. Two hour wait for a work physical that could be done in 5 minutes. I cant imagine sitting here all day like this if I was actually ill or in pain.

The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Knowledgeable too. They had my insurance processed quickly & efficiently. My medical history and vitals were taken and when I met with Dr. C he was excellent. He explained my situation and suggested how to deal with it. Good advice too...it worked. No waiting was an added benefit!

Weighted there over 2 hours just to get a drug test a tb test and and a physical done. They lost my paperwork so had to redo it then after waiting 25 minutes they claimed they had no info on me so had to call my work and get the code then was sent to wait again for another 35 mins. I watched 10 people come and go as I sat in the waiting room and finally 1 hr and 45 mins in i was taken in to do the drugs creen the tb was implanted then went to the room for the physical where he spent 5 mins then i was done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Came here for a pre-employment drug test. Straight forward and quick to get results. My only complaint is that I had to wait even when there wasn’t many people waiting

Hurt my back back at work, the doctor was excellent. Realized i had a lumbar sprain in my back. He was very easy going and made me comfortable. Also the physical theripist was very polite and knew what she was doing. Overall the really care about my well being and helping me get back to 100%

The first time I went the visit was great but this last time the person who took my urine sample was very rude and not social at all! It made me feel uncomfortable to say the least!!

The front desk lady seemed very preoccupied with everything other than me and I was the only person there at the time. She was very unhelpful, snappy and unfriendly. I would not go back to Concentra solely based on her. Although, the lady that gave me my shots was very kind.

I mean they do their Jobs.You can sense that they are very used to dealing with the average Augusta resident. Which to be fair isnt an Ideal circumstance for anyone of above average intelligence that went to medical school only to have to deal with those who are either incapable or in willing to engage in normal human interaction. So no judgment there. I was there for a physical exam for a job that I was being hired for. Though some procedures are certainly uncomfortable for anyone, especially a 25 year old male, the doctor assigned to me was nothing but professional and courteous.The staff there , although obviously cut out for more and they know it , were also courteous and professional. Nothing like a family practice but keep it up guys. You fill a much needed gap in this towns public care and though these troglodytes view yall as nothing but somone to but Band-Aids on boo boos and make them pee in a cup yall are heros in your own right.

I went to Concentra for a prescribed EKG. They were to be notified of the time and day of my arrival and the test to be done. However, they were never notified and I thought my wait time would be lengthy. This was not true! They were very accommodating and efficient and timely with the test I needed. Great job!

I went here to get a physical as a requirement for my nursing program. The physical was reasonably priced at $35. They are also able to provide with a PPD test that I also needed for school. Staff was friendly. The process was easy. I did wait for about an hour to be seen but there were quite a few people where when I went.

I had a fish hook impaled on my finger. As soon as I walked in I was directed towards a treatment room. As my information was being taken I was told the doctor would be in shortly. I waited about 10 minutes. He came in looked at my finger and told me exactly how he was going remove it. A shot of novacaine and a few minutes later it was out. After a tetanus shot and care instructions, I was given directions to the closest drug store so I could buy bandages and antibiotic ointment. In and out in under an hour. All staff were very caring and professional. An overall great experience.

The staff was very kind. Everything was explained to me at each step in the process from check in to exit after follow up visit. Would recommend to pthers. Prompt thorough care.

Everyone was kind and caring. Fast convenient service. I was told there would be a bit of a wait but I was brought into a room in 30 minuets of being checked in and I was there for less than an hour. Very acceptable for the convenience of being able to walk in to be seen!

Zero stars. I was in severe pain with a nearly ruptured ear drum. As the only person there, I sat in the waiting room for a half an hour listening to the front desk employees chat about nothing. Finally (an hour later) I was seen by a rude doctor who told me “you don’t have an ear infection, your an adult” before physically even looking at my ear. I told him I had a hole in my ear drum from tubes when I was younger. He discredited my knowledge of that being true and insisted that someone along the road of my 28 years had fixed it. After finally examining my ear, he agreed, yes you have a hole. Another half an hour later, I was prescribed drops. After the first use my eardrum became truely ruptured and I ended up in the ER with an infection. $100 (for the drops alone) and countless co-workers and family alike telling me he never should have prescribed me drops! I will never step foot in this place again.

The distance that you have to stand to take your eye test does not meet federal standards! I failed an eye test there due to that and was never informed you had another eye test I could take until May 5 2018I failed my eye test about 5 years ago and was almost pulled out of service pending an eye test!Now I will only have my eyes checked by my eye doctor and I bring the paperwork with me so I do not have to take the test. Concentra has always taken the paperwork but only with me doing a lot of explaining the reason to why I will not take there test.I should not have to see better than anyone else taking this same test at an eye doctors !I would like to hear why it is set up this way!

Fast and friendly people with people that care about you as an individual. The Doctor that sees me every year understands my situation and not only relies on his own medicalexperience he asks and respects that I see an outside doctor that sees me on a regular basis.

Jason Chretien is a joke of a doctor, I had told him everything about my ankle at 3 different visits and the first two times he barely looked at my ankle and just recommended work restrictions. At the third visit he again barely looked at my ankle after hearing what I said and then told me I didn’t need to go back. Definitely dissapointed and unsatisfied with his work.

I have found the staff to be cordial and friendly, the service to be timely and the health care to be above average. Keep up the good work.

Application and orientation was pleasant very friendly and professional team members there. Morale seems fragile in warehouse. However more reflection on first day. Excited about starting there seems to be a good place to wok for.

Had to drop in here while on a trip to Maine, the physician and team were great!

I had an 8:15 a.m. appointment. I arrived at 8:05 signed in and received my paperwork to fill out for my appointment. I finished my paperwork by 8:20 and continue to sit there until 8:55 before I finally went up to the counter and ask why at that time of day they were already 45 minutes behind schedule. I was told that they were coming to get me soon and then 3 or 4 minutes they came to get me to go to my appointment. Pretty disappointed in their performance. The Doctor Who was giving me a back to work physical only spent about 4 minutes with me. He asked me to wait in the waiting room while he checked on something. After 25 minutes of waiting I went up to the counter to find out what was going on and they told me they were waiting for a job description so they could determine if I was capable of going back to work. 25 more minutes went by before I went out when I saw the doctor there and had to discuss with him with the situation was when finally he signed the paperwork. I realize that Concentra is doing the employer is the client but I am still the patient and my rights and should be respected as to my time and I feel that they could be disregarded no matter what they wanted to do they didnt care whether it affected me and not all they cared about was getting the next patient through the door.

Was a walk in, no appointment. Quick and fast, the receptionists and doctors were very kind and thorough appointment lasted for about an hour all questions were completely answered. Very comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant experience.

Was scheduled for a yearly Co. physical. I had already completed most of the required paperwork so my wait was short.I had 2 very professional nurses for the vitals and required tests ie: blood work, hearing test, vision test, and respirator fit test.I was then seen by the Dr. who gave me the physical.I was completely satisfied.

I have used them twice in the past several years and I have to say both visits were above my expectations and way way way cheaper than any other medical alternative. I will be using them in the future for sure.

The nurse was a 3 the doc was a 10 let me explain the nurse was very aggressive in manner toward my wife. She got up to go with me and the nurse stated you cant come with him in an aggressive manner. Then stated something about state regulations and told her she had to sit down. And started walking toward her as if she was going to be aggressive until my wife sat down. This could have been easily resolved by letting my wife sit in the room I was going too. In my opinion she was disrespectful had an attitude with me and my wife. Some people were meant for the job but she deff did not seem like she liked her job.

Bill is efficient, friendly. He explains what he is doing and why and moves you through an effective rehab process.

My spouse was turned away for a dot, which they are not to turn people away. It could be done on paper. It cost him a new job that would have provided him & our children medical benefits they do not have, 401k current job does not provide, 21day vacation pay,discount,bonuses, a huge pay increase compared to current job, & much more. Now he has to wait a yr+ to work for that company.

I came in for a PPD placement for work. The girl at the desk was very nice. I did have a a little bit of a wait, maybe 25 mins, but that’s to be expected when there are people ahead of you. When I came back to have the PPD read, I was in and out within 5 mins.

Unfortunately, I waited an hour for a simple vaccine. There was no apology made for the wait nor an explanation given. Ive had to wait in the past, but not for an hour.

I don’t know if the paperwork they had to do was excessive, but I waited what seemed like a long time considering there was no one else in the waiting room, and the lady that took me out back was standing at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. Other than that I have no complaints
