This is the best VA Medical Center I have ever had appointments at. The employees are friendly and professional. This facility is the cleanest Ive ever been to. I return by Octobers end for surgery, driving at my own expense from S.W. Virginia, an 18 hour drive. I TRUST TOGUS to perform my surgery over my current VA Medical Facility in Virginia. I received phone calls from TOGUS to give me test results, whereas prior, at all other VA Medical Centers, one had to go to facility to be informed. It is a time saver to be informed over the telephone. I LOVE TOGUS VA MEDICAL CENTER. Personnel at TOGUS care and are respectful.I have no complaints about TOGUS. I am grateful for such a place.
