I recently got new hearing aids at Beltone in Augusta…..Mark made this an extremely easy and comfortable experience. He walked me through the complete set up and made sure that I could navigate the app to regulate my hearing aids as necessary….so much easier than I could have anticipated! Thank you, Mark!

I have been hard of hearing since I can remember. Being 43 years old, I was embarrassed to take the steps necessary to help my quality of life. Finally, I wanted quality of life more then I cared about what people think. I made an appointment at Beltone in Augusta, Maine. I was treated with so much respect and it was a “none judgment zone.” Mark King went above and beyond in his service. I am so happy I took the steps needed. I have never had hearing aids until a few weeks ago. I have had poor hearing for years and finally decided to get over the stigma of what people might think and made an appointment with belltone in Augusta. I am glad I did, Mark and his staff made the whole process easy and are very knowledgeable. After two weeks of wearing the latest and greatest Amaze 17s I couldnt be happier and wow its nice to hear properly again.

I have been a customer of Beltone in Augusta for over 5 years and just had my semi-annual checkup and adjustment. These checkups are free.First, the improvement in my hearing from the Beltone hearing aids was life-changing from the very beginning. I love how much better I hear, and I love being able to change the hearing aids for the setting I am in, and to be able to do that from my phone.Second, Mark King is a highly experienced professional and has always treated me as if I were his only customer, which, of course, I am not.Bottom line,,, there is no other place to go for greatly-improved hearing, exceptional products, and exceptional service.

Having been hard of hearing since I was 3, Ive had many hearing aid specialists over the years. Mark is by far the best Ive had the pleasure of working with. I wish Google had six stars to rate Beltone! I cant say enough good things about Mark and Erin. Marks attention to detail and service after the fact is second to none. After 3 failed surgeries left me deaf in my right ear for 30 years Mark and his team have given me a new lease on life. My only regret is that I didnt do this 20 years ago. First of all i would like to thank Mark for working with me to give the hearing that i have now!!! I am 53 years old never had very much hearing in my left side.It was very hard to figure out what direction sound was coming from.With my hearing aids i can now hear my grand kids ,tv,use my phone, hear the birds and find them in the trees if you have hearing loss in one ear (YOU KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT). Take the 20 to 30 min. to take the hearing test sit down with Mark he will let you know what he can do for you. Please try not to look at the cost it is about the qualtey of your life this has changed my life so much. Thank you for taking the time to readi this.

My Experience with Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Augusta, ME. could not have been any better! After many years of working with machinery ,my hearing has been greatly compromised. Mark and Becky changed our lives! My 91 yr old father-in-law, whom we care for in our home, has profound hearing loss (close to deaf). Even with his old hearing aids, he was unable to communicate, which made him a discouraged, homebound hermit (with grandchildren who were sad Grampy couldnt understand them).Marks thorough testing, ideal product selection and service, and family education brought new life to Grampy -- company was welcome, talking on a speakerphone with excited grandkids became regular, speaking with his medical providers lost its frustration and inaccuracy, and even got him back to church weekly.Most importantly, Mark taught us as caregivers how to communicate around Grampys cognitive decline, slowing processing, and severe nerve damage. He showed us via testing what sounds Grampy could not process, and techniques to use in talking to Grampy so he could best understand us. Sharing these tips and tricks during his hospitalization was fabulous -- the nurses loved these crib notes posted over his bed.We chose this shop based on the glowing recommendation of another caregiver. The service provided here is so top-notch and compassionate, Grampy looked forward to his maintenance appointments as a time to visit with caring friends.
