This place so far has been great. Ive taken my daughter 3 times in the past 2 months for work and the dentist Dr. Bagger was excellent with the work hes done on her. My daughter gets very nervous but the dental assistant Danielle was amazing at explaining the procedures to her so that she understood what the visit would entail. She was very soft spoken and treated my daughter with so much care and that put her at ease as well as myself. I will be making appointments for my other 2 daughters and look forward to having them get the dental care they need and with such a wonderful team. I hope the visits remain this positive!

Very good with my 3 kids and I....of course, the COVID pandemic screwed some things up for us (ppl kept sending their kids to school with symptoms of COVID and then theyd test positive, so every time I turned around, my kids were being quarantined). No complaints what so ever with this practice! No issues getting ahold of them or overhearing other ppls info, or anything of the sort.

The folks in the office are friendly, well educated, and not only understanding, but good listeners, as well as, professional-- I was rather impressed. I broke a tooth and these folks got me right in for a comprehensive check up on Monday, They had a cancellation so I got in for my lower SBR, on Thursday, Friday there was a cancellation, I had my upper SBR. As soon as I got home I received a call to see if I could come back to fix my tooth. So... I went to this dentist four times in the same week (twice on Friday morning) and got everything done I needed and more!

Really bad horrendous place, the front desk was extremely rude to me, also talking about other patients to the fact that I got up and left an never went back, they also gave me paperwork to fill out and It had someone else’s information as well as their medical history, brought to the front desk and all she says is “oops” literally a violation of ppp. Honestly thinking about calling the state and letting them know. They also don’t clean their equipment properly.

My wife and I have been trying to contact them for months on an outstanding bill to pay and no matter what time we call or how often we call or messages we leave we cannot get someone to answer or call back. If our bill goes to collections I will dispute and show all of our call logs and attempts to contact them in order to pay. Actual dental work is good, but all other aspects of this place is a model of how to not run a business. Very frustrated and disappointed. I have over 200 attempts logged trying to get a hold of someone, and sometimes you know someone is hitting the F U button because sometimes it wont even ring 3 times before going to voicmail during normal business hours.

Ive brought my children here for the past 6 years, the service has gone downhill substantially the past year. Reception is terribly unprofessional, not being acknowledged when you walk in and stand at the window for 3+ minutes. Id understand if she was on the phone or helping someone else, but no, she didnt even look up once for a silent acknowledgement. Receptionists tone of voice was extremely condescending and rude, while I stood there with a smile on my face after FINALLY being acknowledged? Not to mention the scheduling issues, having an appointment card that reads differently than what I was advised via text message hours after I left their facility. Different day and time entirely- re-scheduled for the 1 specific day I said would not work. Pam is my youngest childs hygienist and she should not work with young children, period. Hate to say Ill be looking elsewhere for care after bringing my children here for so long, but each visit gets more and more disappointing. What happened to turn this place into such a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere? Rated 2 stars instead of 1 because at one point, I loved the care my children received from the staff here... Hopeful that it will return to that someday, and soon.

I took my special needs son in for a cleaning today. The hygienist was named Pam and couldnt have been worse. My son was very nervous, he was having a hard time sitting still. She poked his gums and he bit down on the tools, instead of talking to him, she just pulled them out! His gums are still bleeding 2 hours later. She told me to sit down when I asked her to stop. I asked twice for the chair to be lowered so we could leave and she refused!The whole experience with her traumatized my son.

We had a wonderful experience with every member of staff! Dr Howey and his dental assistant provided excellent care. My sons first filling was scary for him, upon arrival he was a little scared but as the appointment went they provided him with a sense of security and confidence that made it all go seamlessly.

We brought my son here for his first cleaning, and the first experience was okay. I always give multiple opportunities, and the first time we went our hygienist was nice and helpful...but we had a very cold interaction with the front desk and dentist, as well as hearing and seeing other hygienists be very mean to the children and fighting with one another in the hall, and complaining about co workers to patients?I will not be bringing my son back after this and how I was spoken to by the secretary, extremely rude and frankly unprofessional. I’m not okay with being spoken down to for asking for assistance with checking my coverage.We will be finding another place that is not only more kid friendly, but pleasant in general.

They are every good with my kids i have no complaints.

My experience with these folks was amazing, staff and dentist were all very friendly. I’m not one for the dentist at all and they made this appointment very easy for me as I was getting a tooth pulled, everyone was very polite and I have nothing but good things to say. I also received multiple calls the next day from the office and the dentist himself to make sure I was feeling well and had no issues :) I highly recommend this place to anybody, I will go here from now on over anywhere else

I had a tooth pulled here and it was quick and painless but other then that I do not recommend this place. Most of the workers here are very rude and snappy towards the patients. They rip on my mouth and send me home with soars

The front desk staff paid no attention to the fact that I was standing at their window and then never gave me the appropriate paperwork I had needed. I was treated HORRIBLY at this place. I would NOT reccomend this place to ANYONE... EVER! So rude and crass and completely unprofessional! They rush you and then tell you that you wasted their time!? I would not send my worst enemy here!!!

Called me for a quik fill in spot that was supposed to have me in and out in an hour. I left work to make it. When I got there they had me waiting in the waiting room for an hour knowing I had to be back to work. Left and will never go back!

I went in here to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the procedure was quick and painless.

I went here with my special needs child who has has an issue with cavities her entire short life. The woman cleaning her was not watching my daughter in the chair. When I spoke with my own child and was helping her calm and stay in the chair the old woman yelled at me. You have no authority every to demean a parent or question them or snap at them if front of there child. Unless I am doing something to harm my child it is not your place and for the record allowing my child to climb off the side of the chair while its in the air is not acceptable. This place is awful and if it wasnt for the fact that I can not find another place within 2 hours of my home that takes her insurance I would not go back.

Just went to open house at this clinic. Moved into Ballard Center. New office is bright, cheery painting, everyone was super friendly. Will Continue to recommend to families in the area.

Needs real administrative support to; keep things organized, bill correctly, schedule correctly and communicate on the phone with patients and insurance companies. Save yourself the stress and dont go here.

The hygenist and the dentist were both very cold and snappy towards me and my children. I tried asking questions about my cavities and they acted like they had no time for me. They are very snooty here. I would not come back here if I had more choice in dentists.

They dont even deserve 3 stars trust me. Lousy receptions, dentist & hygienist. They may have a plan but they are not good at all when it comes to telling the patient!!!

Just gave this place a call about a dental emergency. I understand that dentists have most days booked up, understandable. I asked when the next available appt was, it was a couple weeks so I just said I will keep calling around. The girl hung up on me. She was very snappy the whole conversation and very unprofessional. From the looks of others reviews it may be a good thing I cant get in. Definitely a huge thumbs down for this place.

Very disappointedHad a filling put in in last week of February 2019. Filling was not put in right because they were In a hurry...(they seem to be in a hurry every visit by the way)now my cavity is larger, foods getting packed in the tooth, have tooth pains, they won’t see me until end of May.....Terrible customer service also, just attitude over the phone as if I am the problem and not the patient, will be looking for new dentist office.

Dirty office. Lacking the professionalism of a real practice. They get confused over there own notes and scheduling. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your families needs

Myself and my siblings have been patients here for years. The dental hygienists and dentists here have always been great to my family. We have never had issues here.

Never get a reminder call from this office. So I can yesterday to confirm my sons appointment for today. The lady says okay thanks...I said no you need to check because I didnt get a call.she checks and says no he doesnt have a appointment, hes not even in our system?! I said yes he has an appointment check again she does and says oh yeah 2:40(not the right time but okay) we wait 25 minutes and go in for his fillings and the say yeah were going to do xrays and sealants..thats not what hes here for! I left and on the way out told the receptionist what had hapownha and she asked if id talk to a higher up about the other Lady because they had had multiple complaints!!..I agreed..waited another 20 minutes and gave up. Would not reccrecom this office.

Very caring staff and dentists with experience take care to make it a less than traumatic experience.

I think this is a great place theyre great with my 6 year old would definatly recommened.

Staff was wonderful and super accommodating.

I took my daughter here for the third time this week... She is under the age of 5 they called the incorrect name 4 times in the apointment. i corrected them each time. They did not fix how they said her name witch is a very easy name they called her a completely different name, then wrote on our reminder card again the wrong name first name wrong. last name wrong. They have no heart nor do they look at patients as people they cant even try to have any descentcy. we will not be going back from this bad experience

Called multiple times and never receive a call back after leaving a message.plus they never sent in my prior authorization to mainecare after 6 months i called mainecare who then said they never recieved anything from them while my teeth are getting worse as the day goes but they wont fix them without a cleaning
