Dr. Hamel and staff are wonderful. I went in today to have a very old filling removed and replaced with a new state of the art white filling. I experienced no discomfort and the procedure was very quick and actually enjoyable. Thank you Dr. Hamel😁

I havent been to the dentist in two years due to Covid. Had a regular cleaning and met Dr Hamlin. The staff and Dr. Hamlin were very pleasant and it was a pleasure to met everyone and see Stephanie my hygienist who is always awesome.

I had a very good experience. I do every time I go. I only wish they was in net work for my insurance. It would be a lot cheaper for me if they was.

I have been coming to this practice for many years now and it has really gone down hill. Joyce the receptionist is very rude and judgmental. They frown upon Mainecare here because it’s hard for them to get paid. Those are her exact words, Joyce has said this to me many of times. My sons appointment was rescheduled for earlier and had to wait 30 mins to be seen and when it was brought to her attention she said she had him in for one. It isn’t our fault that no one updated or communicated the time change but to make him wait 30 mins is unacceptable. You never know what to expect when you come here because it always a song and a dance. Thank goodness I only have to deal with them twice a year otherwise I would have found a different dentist years ago.
