It was an excellent experience!! For the future; I’ll be going there for any eyewear I will need. The service was fast, efficient, and not only did I find the right pair of glasses I got an additional pair for free!! It was a 45 minute drive from my home, but the experience was well worth it! Not only that, but now I have more confidence when wearing my glasses then I ever have.

My experience ( optometrists side)I was in need of a new prescription, however before I made an appointment my daughter broke my only pair of glasses. I called around and was able to get an emergency appointment next day.I arrive, they tell me sorry the only doctor had to go to surgery. I understand, however they didnt try to bump anyone who was just in for an annual to get me in for an emergency visit.I said I am not sure what to do now , I was told you were booked till September. She checked and said we can get you in Sept 2nd. I said I need something sooner I cant see very well at all without glasses. She smiled and replied...welcome to Friday the 13th, so do you want the appointment? I shook my head and started to leave and those to girls began to bad mouth me. I just left.

First of all, staff was so helpful! They explained cost and options. The COVID precautions were great and they encouraged me to try on as many pairs as I wanted and then set aside for disinfection. I know it says 1 hour, it took 7 minutes for 2 pairs of glasses!! Definitely recommend.

Went with an old prescription because I broke my glasses and could not get into my eye doctors for a month or more.... they looked up my insurance for me and had my glasses in 17 minutes!!! Great place to go and great service.

Great customer service. I arrived after I finished my eye appointment, was shown the options covered by my insurance, styles that might look good, and they were there with me basically the whole time. I really felt like they cared about helping me make the best decision for my glasses. Then on top of the great customer service, my glasses were ready to be picked up roughly an hour after I left! Great place for glasses!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and how prepared they were in regards to Covid. The service was quick and very friendly. They have a large variety to choose from with reasonable prices, I would doubt that you couldnt find what you were looking for. When I was paying, they gave me an extra receipt so I could turn it in to get reimbursed through my employer. I would highly recommend getting your glases through this company, I love my new glasses!

Omg rude! I have never worn glasses before and told them that. Was told to hurry up Got 2 diff sized glasses (didnt know they came in diff sizes and wouldnt that be a part of picking them out?!!!) and one of them i cant wear even if they fit cuz they are not put together right and are oddly warped and the end of the bow snapped being shut! The wearable pair lenses keep falling out. Been dping that since month 2 of owning them. Would of taken them back but i cant take the rudeness!

Love my new glasses and they were done within 2hours of purchasing them . My husband was not very happy that when he stopped by to pick them up that what should have taken 2 min took him over 15 min. No one would take a moment from what they were doing to acknowledge him. Acknowledging someone is very important even if you can’t give them immediate service.

They said it could be a little more than an hour and the glasses were done in about 30 minutes. The lady I worked with was very helpful and took the time to help me find the right fit for my face. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

They were helpful but not pushy, they had my lenses in stock and it took them less than half an hour to make both pairs of glasses. I felt bad for trying on too many knowing they’d have to sanitize them all but they encouraged me to try on as many as I needed to.

Wonderful variety of affordable glasses! Love the staff here!! I was told both pair of glasses could be done there and would be ready in an hour. One pair was done, one was unable to be done, so they said they ordered the lenses and put a rush on them, so I would have them in a couple of days. It has now been a week and a day, i just got a text saying theyre ready for pick up...not super impressed with the delay...

My glasses broke and I needed a new pair ASAP.I looked around and found this place and I’m glad I did!Dr Benes and the whole staff were wonderful, I received a full exam for a very reasonable price, picked out 2 great frames and progressive lenses, all for a very reasonable price and they were ready for me the following morning. I am a senior and started a new medicare Insurance in January. I had not had new glasses in years as I had no coverage. When I came into Eyemart I had no idea what my coverage was and I walked out in about two hours with a great new pair of glasses. Best service ever!

I worked with Kendra, and she was great, but I feel like all the associates were awesome, too! I had my glasses in a half hour, and it was actually cheaper NOT to use my insurance benefit, so people who dont have an eye care benefit should not worry or put off getting glasses. I ended up paying $87 for two pair of progressives....what a deal!!!!! And, the frames are definitely cute and trendy--- not old and outdated.

Went in with my daughters rx that she got the day before next door and within an hour walked out with 2 brand new glasses with awesome warranty (she’s 10 so definitely need the warranty) for $130 without insurance! I did NOT want to get glasses, but after years of mistaken identities, and meeting a new optometrist friend, I caved. Then, I did NOT want to pay tons of money for something I needed, but didnt want at all. I went into Eyemart Express in Augusta, ME because I wanted to just rip off the bandaid. They gal I worked with was AWESOME. She gave me space to pick frames I liked, but when she could tell I was just floundering she stepped in to help me find something flattering for me, making me feel better about being totally indecisive. She took the time with me, and was very kind about the whole thing. She even went through all the pricing options with me and my insurance, so I could get two pairs of quality glasses for $50. It comes with warentees, too, so if I stomp on them (which is likely for me), Ill be able to get them replaced. And, they were super busy the day I went, and it was 23 minutes for both pairs of glasses to be ready for pick up. They throw in a free glasses holder, too, which might be standard, but was still appreciated.I still dont want to need glasses, but this process was as painless as if could have been with this team and the employee we worked with, and I really appreciated that. 10/10

Got my secondary pair same day, waited two weeks then called about the primary pair of glasses. After a 5 minute wait I was told that they were working on them. I dont believe that it took two weeks and I just happened to call as they were being worked on. It seems very unprofessional and suspect. The price was right the follow through not so much!
