Dr. has a reputation for excessive wait times for scheduled visits. In my experience he has a very haphazard approach and seems like he is only half listening, sometimes addressing something totally unrelated to the visit instead of the issue at hand, or turns dismissive and hurries out the door. I am disappointed in him for his blatant inability to use critical thinking in regards to covid 19. He would rather tow the line with marching orders towards the Guidelines instead of being diligent and researching it himself. I was completely dismissed when i went to him for help (when we had discussed my concern almost 2 years ago) because it went against CDC guidelines buy he obviously doesnt care about my health or we would have had a real discussion, but he wouldnt hear it. Shame on you Doc. I trusted in you and expected more.

Dr. Souder delivered me as a baby in 1984 in Auburn, Indiana and has been my entire home town community’s trusted physician for over 40 years.Just this past December, Dr. Souder took the time during his Saturday patient rounding to help accommodate a FaceTime for me with my Grandma Joy Carpenter, a resident in the memory care area of Betz Nursing Home. I often am torn with regret being away from my hometown and family during the snowy winters as I work as a travel nurse. It meant the world to me to see her holiday smile.A big hug, thank you, and happy new year to Dr. Souder and Deb, his knowledgeable and always helpful Office Manager. With his magical bedside manner, Dr. Souder always takes the time to make sure his patients and their loved ones are receiving his complete attention and expertise.

My wife and I have been patients for years. Doctor Souder also treats my Mother In Law and was my Father In Laws doctor before he passed. This is a caring and generous man who has dedicated his life to his patients. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Souder suggested Chiropractic to a patient after a traumatic injury. This patient came to me, the insurance co. challenged the referral. Dr. Souder supported the referral and has actively conferred to maximize his recovery. This doctor has been most gracious and supportive, recognizing both our limitations. If I lived closer, I would use his services gladly.

You will never find a more caring Doctor anywhere!I remember after a visit in ER a while back he carried my son out to the car for me as I was with 2 sons. Also many of us complain about the wait but I understand why , I was informed that a little girl was very sick and needed to see him in the hospital and he stopped his day and went to help her.He said I care about all my patients in need !So I have since becoming more understanding and bring a bookThanks again Dr. Souder for 30 plus years of your care.88

The office is very cooperative. My tip to anyone is pay them through the actual office and not the company the billing goes through. The billing company reps are kinda rude and charge a insane amount a month if you decide to do a payment plan on your bill. With the office you can give them as much as you can afford.

He was my mothers doctor for yearsIrene Summers ,!He pushed xanax and other medications on her!He never ordered a CT scan when he diagnosed her with Dementia !She had a tumor the size of half her brain!A competent doctor would have caught that tumor years ago!She passed away 11/617!You should probably just retire ss a dotor when you become a legalized drug dealer! Dr. SOUDER treated my sister for over 30 years. He dismissed her symptoms as anxiety and put her on Xanax. At one point during a Dr. Visit, he gestured she was crazy. It turned out she had a brain tumor.or and died. When a doctor no longer sees a patient as a human being, it is time for this doctor to retire.
