Ive had Dr Duckett since 2019 when he was still in the Community Hospital. My experience with his has been nothing short of amazing, hes always fast, caring, and takes time to stop and listen to your issues. A stern doctor that will tell you the truth about your symptoms instead of text booking a definition to you. Dr Duckett has done amazing for me, and has referred me to several amazing specialists after my fathers death.My fiance has had him as a PCP for a year and is getting worked with for weight loss instead of just being told hes fat and needs to work out he actually recommended a nutrition specialist.Dr Duckett is a refreshing and honest doctor.

He is extremely rude man! He must play favorites and I guess I am not one of them. I have questions about a Med he acts like a 5 year old child , like who are you to question my PHD. He never listens to your heart and never knows why you are there. Even though his staff writes diligent notes. I do not recommend him to anyone!

First time visit and it was very pleasant, staff is very friendly and Dr. Duckett is a very nice doctor, the place is calming and very clean. As soon as I was seen I could tell he cares about your health. I’ve had some troubles at other areas and with most doctors I’ve been to and he’s the best one if gotten, I immediately switched to him and made him my primary care doctor, I’m glad I now have a doctor that cares and knows what he’s doing! I have been seeing Dr. Duckett for over a year now. We came back to the Central New York area from Minnesota where we used the top rated Mayo Health Clinic system.Since seeing Dr. Duckett I have received very good and professional medical advice from him. He knows when and is not hesitant to send you to a specialist when needed. I respect his candor and honesty. Duckett shouldnt be allowed to play Dr. In a kindergarten class let alone with real people. He has no bedside manner. And misdiagnosed a tumor and fracture due to his lack of concern and plain laziness to order an xray. He would rather spend his time stalking people on facebook than to do his job. His attitude comes from working in a jail where i am sure he has even less regard for patients wellbeing. I wouldnt recomend this quack to my worst enemy!!!!!

Great Doctor, very thorough exam. He asked the right questions to find out whats wrong with you. And prescribes the right treatment.

Doctor Duckett always has a great sense of humor and understanding and did a great job of making me feel comfortable. While making sure to try and make sure I’m doing the right things to stay healthy.

We arrived to my appointment 5 minutes late do to being given the wrong address. We drove from Rochester which is 1 hour and 15 minutes away so we didn’t know are way around the city but still made it there in a reasonable time. The rude male who works the front desk had a tantrum and went and got a rude nurse who just started saying we are a half hour late when we were 5 minutes late lol. They said we needed to reschedule so I have passed on that do to there unprofessionalism and the fact that the place looked like a methadone clinic and was disgusting looking and dirty throughout the waiting room. Any ways it was unfortunate to say the least but if I can save anybody there time and money it’s worth it, trust me when I say do t waste your time. To the rude people who work there I wish you well.

Terrible doctor missed diagnosedme and gave medicine I was allergic to and he told me to just take Benadryl wouldn’t recommend him to a nyc rat.

Horrible bedside manner. Unprofessional. Wont prescribe necessary medication because its a controlled substance. Treats me like Im a inmate since he is also the county jail doctor.

Very unprofessional and I paid for an office visit to find out he didnt have any of my records..so it was a waist of my time and money..want tests redone that I had done 2 weeks ago...I will not be going back..
