This is a top notch physicians office!! They are thorough and take their time to listen and help with health concerns. Office staff is always professional and helpful!!

The staff is always so kind and works quickly to get my babies in when we need them. Both Dr. Cuthbertson and Dr. Greer have seen my children and have been amazing. I have never had any complaints! I wouldnt take my children anywhere else. Best pediatricians we have used!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tonya Bradley for over 10 years. She listens, she doesn’t rush the visit and she is genuinely concerned about you as a patient. Dr. Bradley is thorough and checks everything off to be sure there isn’t something underlying. I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable with her. Also, Ali, the NP is amazing! I see her occasionally and she is very caring, concerned and thorough. Really the only thing I feel could be better is, the attention to a prescription being called in by my pharmacy. Sometimes it doesn’t happen or it takes a really long time. I understand they are busy, so I try to be understanding. I would highly recommend their practice!

This is the first time Ive had a Doctor actually sit down with me and listen to my problems. Most doctors will just ask you the basic questions and are always in a rush to see the next patient. I was impressed with Dr. Tonya Bradley. She is professional and actually cares about what I have to say. She took her time with me and tried to find the best solutions to my problems. I highly recommend!

Earlier this week I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Morgan. I explained to Morgan that I needed a visit in mid-February if possible due to some recent lab results and needed to see a PCP soon. Ms. Morgan took her time to assess the physician’s calendar and offered a few different dates and times. I agreed to a date and she documented the appointment. This will be my first visit with this office; however, my God-child has been to this office before as well as my sister so I’m so anxious to meet more staff and I’m hoping that I’ll have the same experience with the office as I did with Ms. Morgan. Thank you for being so compassionate, professional and understanding Morgan! I look forward to meeting you and the remaining staff!!!

I called to try to set up an appointment to receive a COVID test due to being symptomatic and as the receptionist was in the process of setting up an appointment, she immediately stopped and said they aren’t accepting new patients after learning that even with BCBS. For a simple test that takes a couple of minutes max? What happened to physicians and providers who actually cared about the patient?

I have been going here for the last 2-3 years. I have enjoyed it however yesterday I had the most amazing experience with a PA. I often see a different doctor and Ive been satisfied with seeing them but my experience yesterday was so amazing that I want to change whom I see. My questions were answered and she was extremely thorough even doing bloodwork after not having any done at my time being at the clinic. I was so impressed with Neva. And I will be bummed when she leaves for maternity leave but until then, I definitely plan to see her from now on. That was the absolute best office visit Ive ever had with anyone in that entire office. And she even prepared me for a visit with someone in OB and gave me someone to try to get an appointment with whom I absolutely loved. Thank you so much Neva!!!

Dr Greer is wonderful however Dr Bradley is dismissive and refused to test my t4 and t3 when requested for thyroid disease. I have since been diagnosed with Hashimotos. Would never recommend her unless you prefer a physician with the bedside manner of a terrorist.

I have had two great doctors at this location. Recommend Dr. Greer for pediatrics and Dr. Bradley for adults.I have been taking my daughter to this office since she was born in April. We absolutely love Dr. Greer and his staff. He’s made us feel very comfortable in the decisions we’ve made with our daughter. He’s very personable and most importantly he wants what’s best for her. I would absolutely recommend him.I had my first appointment with Dr. Bradley, who was recommended to me by another physician who was about to retire. I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect but thankfully she was a breath of fresh air. She was so easy to talk to and voice my concerns with. She’s genuine and really took time with me. Even went out of her way to look for a dicount coupon for my medication. I’m very happy that she was recommended and I would definitely recommend her as well!

The Doctors and PAs are great (we see the PAs most of the time when we go...) but the front office staff and nurses can be very rude and short with us, including my daughter. Most of the time when I call I get hung up on and have to redial several times, and then they take 10 minutes to look up our information even though my whole family has been going there for 7 years.

This place has been amazing. They always find a way to get us in. All the nurses and doctors are really caring and go the extra mile. Dr. Greer has been wonderful as well and I cant say enough about Stephanie. She has gone to great lengths to take care of us and we will always be so appreciative for everything she has done.

The doctors here have always been great - very friendly, knowledgable, and will give you the details you want and spend time with you if you ask and want it.The front desk has always been pretty friendly. Weve had an issue with billing once, so we had to deal with a few other areas. It was a little back and forth between our insurance and the office, but we did eventually get the issue resolved. They were always friendly and helpful in helping get the situation pushed along.Weve had an issue before with X-rays between here and the orthopedic not work. The doctor did later talk to us about the issue, and I think theyre working to make sure that doesnt happen again. It was frustrating at the time, but we do understand that mistakes do happen.Overall, wed definitely recommend this office. Weve considered going elsewhere in the past, mainly because our child seems to have something happen after theyve closed for the weekend; however, theyve reassured us with after hours number, among other personal touches. From my past experiences with doctors, Ive been more jaded and less-trusting – so many seem so quick to get you in, get you a med, and out while I want to find the problem. Theyve gained my trust more in our previous few encounters thats really helped changed my perspective. Id definitely recommend them.

Dr. GREER is the absolutely the most caring, loving and truly sincere Dr I have have ever experienced!!! My daughter was drawn to him as a person first time she ever met him and she is not one to be like that with any stranger! She felt his true heart and I did as well and we feel blessed to have him as our Dr and will follow him wherever he may go if that is what his future holds!!!! Much love and appreciation for this man and his staff is super sweet and nice as well :-)

This doctors office was recommended by our previous physician as she was leaving to go to another state. I called and asked if they were taking new patients telling the receptionist the practice had been recommended by our previous Dr. She said yes they were and I explained both my husband and myself were covered by an insurance company they accepted. I then told her I was also covered by Medicare, my secondary insurance, but only myself. She instantly became very rude telling me they didnt accept Medicare and would would not accept my husband nor myself as patients. At that time she disconnected the call. If this is the way employees are trained to speak to possible new patients, then they are not the physicians we need to see.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Greer is an amazing doctor!!! Hands down! My son have seen almost every pediatrician there when Dr. Greer isn’t available and they treat him as if he’s their own. I absolutely love it.

We love everyone at this practice so much!! Our entire family is treated here and the Doctors and everyone on staff is fantastic. Thank you for the excellent care!

My boys go here and Ive never had a problem. They are always quick and efficient.
